Abstract

Nurses are the primary needs of hospitals and almost all hospital services. The outpatient nurse must take direct action against the patient. A large number of outpatients every day makes the workload increase. The existence of speed and accuracy in providing services to outpatients is an indicator of outpatient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the nurse's workload on response time and patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation at Hospital X. The method used in this study was analytic survey research with a cross-sectional study approach. The data processing is carried out in this study using multiple linear regression analysis between the variables of nurse workload, response time, and patient satisfaction. The results of the linearity test show that the value of Sig. In the line Deviation from Linearity is 0.793, meaning that the relationship between the Response Time and Nurse Burden variables is linear. While the line Deviation from Linearity is 0.990, meaning that the relationship between the variables of Patient Satisfaction and Nurse Burden is linear.

Abstract

The world of health is currently experiencing very rapid progress both in developed and developing countries, the clinic is one of the service units engaged in the health sector, with the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) in the health sector, health service providers are required to Providing effective and efficient services is an absolute requirement in order to achieve optimal service. One of the vital parts in health services is the medical record unit. In the recording of medical record documents, there are still many things that are done conventionally, resulting in delays in information, therefore a computerized/electronic recording method is needed. Medical record documents are made electronically to avoid lost documents, take up storage space, and avoid inconsistencies in filling out medical record documents. The completeness of the items contained in the medical record also greatly affects the quality of the information produced. The web-based medical record information system allows various information from various sources to be stored and processed and communicated to retrieve the processed results. By applying information technology in managing medical record data, it is able to provide convenience in managing medical record data to making the required reports. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based clinical medical record information system application and to find out the flow and procedures of a web-based clinical medical record information system, so that data and information can be stored and managed effectively and efficiently. This research is expected to provide convenience in recording medical records in outpatient clinics and can provide better services to be able to improve the quality of service to patients.

Abstract

Abstract The spread of Covid-19 through small droplets of saliva that come out of the nose or mouth when a person infected with Covid-19 sneezes or coughs. Masks when traveling, maintaining distance and implementing health protocols. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) pandemic on the level of public anxiety in the Mojorejo village. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The purpose of the study was a significant difference in the effectiveness of providing health education regarding the prevention of Covid 19 and 5M in reducing the level of anxiety in the residents of Dukuh Mojorejo in Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach, namely one group pre-test and post-test approaches. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, as many as 60 respondents. The results before giving Health Education about Prevention of Covid 19 and 5m were the most with moderate anxiety of 39 people (65%) and after the Provision of Health Education about Prevention of Covid 19 the most low anxiety was 41 people (68.3) with a t count of 10, 40 and the -value is 0.001 because (p <0.05) it is concluded that there is an Effectiveness of Providing Health Education About Covid 19 Prevention in Reducing Anxiety Levels

Abstract

Elektronic Medical Records have been widely applied in Asian countries including Indonesia. Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta has implemented EMR on an outpatient basis since July 2019. In practice, there are still obstacles in implementation. So it is necessary to evaluate by looking at the satisfaction of service users, usefulness, ease of use, quality of information, performance expectations and attitudes of officers. The hope is that there will be improvements, helping performance and learning about the development of management systems in hospitals. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of electronic medical records in outpatient services at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The population is an outpatient staff. The sample is 81 people with total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires totaling 33 questions and open interviews. Data analysis with univariate analysis. The results showed that service user satisfaction was 97,5 % good, usefulness was 95,1 % good, user convenience was 95,1 % good, information quality was 87,7 % good, performance expectations were 87,7 % good, and the attitude of the officers was 95,1 % good. The conclusion that the implementation of electronic medical records in outpatient Queen Latifa Hospital Yogyakarta is in the good category for all variables. It is recommended that further researchers use other variables such as facilities, security, timeliness.

Abstract

Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease that caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome CoronaVirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). This virus attacks the human respiratory tract and accompanied by initial symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, even losing of sense, taste or smell. COVID-19 is still a pandemic in various countries including Indonesia so far. The Indonesian government has implemented various efforts to prevent the transmission of the virus, starting with the implementation of health protocols to maintain personal and environmental hygiene with Large-Scale Social Restrictions since the first positive cases of COVID-19 in 2020. The Samarinda City Government participated in implementing health protocols policies cover Testing, Tracing, and Treatment (3T), Large Scale Social Restrictions, and higher level of social restrictions . This study will research the level of community compliance in implementing Health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic in Samarinda. This research was conducted through a digital survey using Googleform. The results show that Samarinda citizens has an increase on the application of health protocols as evidenced by the awareness of washing hands and using Hand sanitizer. However, in maintaining distance and self isolation, the community still does not have high awareness enough that has a potential to create new cluster by the opportunities of virus tranmission.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a decrease in number of ANC visits, due to various factors includings level of knowledge, anxiety, economic factors, examination fees, and others. This study was to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on Antenatal Care (ANC) examination visits in pregnant women at the Curug Health Center in Serang City in 2021. An analytical method was conducted with cross sectional approach. Data was collected from questionaire and medical record from 96 respondence. there was a significant relationship between knowledge about COVID-19, knowledge about ANC, age and economic factors related to ANC visits. There was no significant relationship between anxiety and ANC visit at the Curug Health Center in Serang City in 2021

Abstract

Medical record retention is an activity of reducing medical record files from storage shelves by determining the storage period for medical record files that are stored for at least 5 years since the patient was last treated or returned from treatment at the hospital. RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru City filing rack conditions are narrow and full so that officers have difficulty finding inactive files that are still in active shelves for retention by taking groups of medical record numbers to look for medical records that must be retained. In this case, the medical record retention process which is still manual, by recapitulating the medical record files that have been retained with the retention form recapitulation in this case can increase the workload of medical record officers because they have to spend their working time outside the shift to retain medical record files. The purpose of this study was to create a medical record file retention system at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, documentation and FGD This type of research is qualitative using the waterfall method. Making a system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database, with admin lte as a template in this medical record file retention system. Testing this system using Black Box Testing. The results of this study are the medical record file retention system can facilitate the work of officers in doing retention by quickly finding files that have been inactive on the active shelf. As well as ensuring the storage of valuable medical record documents.

Abstract

Filing information system is an information system that can assist filing officers in controlling and controlling medical records with the scan qrcode feature to speed up the input process and can produce output in the form of reports and trackers. The medical record document storage system at the Kalianget Health Center, Sumenep regency often experiences missfiles (lost and misplaced) because the use of tracers and recording of entry and exit of medicalrecord documents is not implemented so that officers find it difficult to find and control these documents. The pupose of this study is to facilitate filing officers in control and control the entry and exit of medical record documents in order to minimize the occurrence of missfiles. The design of this information system uses the waterfall method and data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as the database, with Java Script as the template in this filing information system. The result of this study are in the form of a filing information system that can facilitate officers in finding, controlling and controlling the entry and exit of medical record documents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi kelengkapan resume medis rawat inap menggunakan WEB di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistem, menggunakan metode waterfall. Inti dari metode waterfall adalah pengerjaan dari suatu sistem dilakukan secara berurutan.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka yang terkait dengan pokok permasalahan penelitian. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan berbagai masalah diantaranya. Belum sempurnanya sistem informasi yaitu berupa program yang benar-benar komputerisasi. Berkas rekam medis masih banyak yang tidak lengkap terutama berkas resume medis yang sangat penting dilengkapi untuk keperluan pelaporan tahunan dan bulanan, Tidak adanya analisa lebih lanjut terhadap pencarian resume medis, jadi akan memakan waku lebih jika ingin mencari resume medis pasien yang telah pulang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi pemeriksaan dokumen resume medis pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit umum daerah muyang kute bener meriah yang diharapkan dapat memperudah pemeriksan resume medis. Adapun saran-saran yang penulis berikan yaitu: Merancang sistem informasi kelengkapan resume medis yang keseluruhannya telah terkomputerisasi. Melakukan pembaharuan seluruh sistem informasi berkas rekam medis terutama sistem informasi kelengkapan resume medis rawat inap. Menyediakan sarana dan prasarana berupa software dan hardware untuk implementasi sistem yang baru. This study aims to design an information system for completing an inpatient medical resume using WEB at the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Regional General Hospital, Aceh. The research method used is a qualitative research type. As for the system development using the waterfall method. The essence of the waterfall method is that the work of a system is carried out sequentially. Data collection techniques are by means of observation, interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter of the research. As for the software development method using a waterfall. Based on the research conducted, various problems were found including: The information system is not yet perfect, namely in the form of a truly computerized program. There are still many incomplete medical record files, especially medical record files which are very important to be completed for annual and monthly reporting purposes. There is no further analysis of the search for medical resumes, so it will take more time if you want to search for medical resumes of patients who have gone home. The results of this study are an application system for checking medical resumes for inpatients at the general hospital in the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah area which is expected to facilitate the examination of medical resumes. The suggestions that the author gives are: Designing a complete computerized medical resume information system, carry out the entire medical record file information system, especially the information system for the completeness of inpatient medical resumes. Provide facilities and infrastructure in the form of software and hardware for the implementation of the new system

Abstract

According to the World Health Organitation (WHO), Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) around the world has always increased drastically over the last 20 years. DHF is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, characterized by a sudden high fever accompanied by bleeding manifestations and tends to cause shock and death. This disease is one of the most important public health problems in the world in general. The accuracy of decision making from an identification of data in the world of health is very important for patients, because this will affect the patient's treatment services, then this will have an impact on the quality of service in the hospital. This technology has now become a fundamental requirement for the continuity of an organization. By applying information technology to assist clinicians in detecting dengue fever, it will provide convenience and speed in making the diagnosis of dengue fever effectively and efficiently. Based on the information above, the hospital needs a system that can assist clinicians in making a diagnosis. Namely by implementing dengue fever detection software using an information technology-based system. By using a computerized dengue fever detection software that is developed, it will make it easier for a doctor to process and detect patient dengue fever disease data. In addition, with the developed application, it can be easily cooled down that all data will be stored in a database so that a doctor only needs to provide data input according to the needs of the analysis in the application, then the application will provide information in a timely manner so that it will have an impact on improving the quality of service to patients.
