Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to determine the compliance of amil zakat institutions in financial management (accountability) in terms of the background of the financial manager. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with a multiple case study model of national amil zakat institutions that have zakat distribution in Madiun Raya and are members of the Madiun Raya Regional Zakat Organization Forum (FOZDA), namely BAZNAS, LMI, LAZISMU, Yatim Mandiri, BMH, Global Zakat, Nurul Hayat and Dompet Duafa. Collecting data using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation to informants at each institution. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of accounting, financial reports and applicable standards of the financial staff of the amil zakat institution is different, which is due to the educational background, years of service and position of the institution in Madiun, whether as a branch office, unit or outlet. However, office governance, finance, management and human resources within the institution can work together, so that the compliance of the amil zakat institution in carrying out accounting (accounting) which produces output in the form of financial reports can run well, as a form of transparency and accountability to donors. Keywords—: Amil Zakat Institution; Accounting; Financial statements; PSAK 109.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously life style, brand image and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions at Ngawi. Respondents in this study were all iPhone buyers in Ngawi. Given the large number of samples and not well recorded, then the sample taken by incidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 40 iPhone buyers in Ngawi. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The research findings show that (1) there is a partial influence of life style on iPhone purchasing decisions in Ngawi; (2) there is a partial influence of brand image on iPhone purchasing decisions in Ngawi; (3) there is a partial effect of product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions in Ngawi; and (4) there is a simultaneous influence on life style, brand image and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions at Ngawi. Keywords—: lifestyle; brand image; product quality; purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Accountancy Information System is a system made by human beings consists of components in an organization to accomplish a goal, e.g. presenting information. Therefore, employing information system in pondok pesantren is absolutely necessary. Besides for adding efficiency and effectiveness of financial operational in pesantren, it also helps presenting aiding progress report given. Information resulted by Accountancy Information System holds an essential role. It can be used to monitoring, controlling medium, and managing all activity and financial operational activity of pondok pesantren in order to be running well. This study has general objective, e.g. understanding how good system for pesantren is. While specific objective of this study is understanding design of accountancy information system of Madiun City Boarding School. This study employs descriptive-qualitative approach that aims to describe object of research by collecting data. Data are collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of this study includes analysis on organizational structure, analysis of document used, and analysis of procedure implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of current and non-performing loans against stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of observation in 2014 until 2016. Bank Indonesia in its regulation provides criteria of loan collectibility into 4 kinds that is current, in special attention, substandard and loss or non performing loans. This study focuses only on the view of current loans and non performings loans. From linear regression result obtained positive influence from current lending to stock price increase and negative influence from non performings loans to stock price increase. From the results of simultaneous testing results obtained that the current loans and non performings loans affect stock price changes in banking companies observation period 2014 to 2016.

Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of this research is to find out the role of E-commerce and digital literacy of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Madiun district in helping the sale of their products during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is expected to help increase the participation of UMKM. This study uses qualitative descriptive research method with the population of UMKM in Madiun. The determination of samples in this study by the purposive sampling method. The data From 100 respondents was collected by field observation and supported by the dissemination of questionnaires. The collected data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. From the results of the analysis obtained that 71% of respondents can use and operate digital devices properly and use digital devices every day in daily life even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows that most actors UMKM has good digital literacy. Some of the respondents do sales or promotion of their products by not using E-commerce facilities but are more likely to use through direct sales that is offline. A total of 53% of respondents used E-commerce to help sales of their products and said that E-commerce helped UMKM during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract— This research aims to analyse and prove about the effect of human resource capacity, accounting internal control, use of information technology, and regional financial supervision on the reliability of local government financial reporting. This research object is the Regional Finance Agency of Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling method use purposive sampling. Number of respondent in this research were 50 employee. Data analysis method use multiple linier regression analysis. The research result show that human resource capacity, accounting internal control, use of information technology, and regional financial supervision effect on the reliability of local government financial reporting. Keywords—: Human Resource Capacity; Accounting Internal Control; Use of Information Technology; Regional Financial Supervision.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention. Data were collected from 60 honorary employees at regency Grobogan by using a convenience sampling. The statistical method is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research which is showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords—: Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitment; Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to find out the partial and simultaneous influence of transformational leadership style variables and compensation on the performance of KPRI Sejahtera Madiun employees. The population in this study was kpri Sejahtera Madiun employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Samples taken by 40 employees. Research instruments use questionnaires. In this study, the data used were primary data, namely questionnaires measured using Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the tests have shown that: (1) Transformational leadership styles partially affect employee performance variables. (2) Compensation partially affects employee performance. (3) Transformational leadership style and compensation jointly (simultaneously) affect employee performance. Keywords—: Transformational Leadership Style; Compensation; Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract— The research objective to analyzes  the contribution of the primary and secondary sectors to the GRDP of Madiun Regency, analyzes the direction of the relationship between the primary and secondary sectors toward economic growth and analyzes the effect of the contribution of the primary and secondary sectors on the economic growth of Madiun Regency in 2014 - 2018. The data used in this study are (1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) aggregate primary and secondary sectors/sub-sectors is the total value added (products) generated by various primary and secondary sectors/sub-sectors  which has carried out business or activities in an area without regard to the selection of production factors for the data of 2014 - 2018 (2) GRDP based on the prevailing prices of the primary sector and the secondary sector of Madiun Regency based on the field of business data in 2014 - 2018. Research results that (1) The contribution of the primary sector which contributed the first is the agriculture, forestry and fisheries category, followed by mining and quarrying in Madiun Regency. (2) The contribution of the secondary sector which contributed the first is the construction category, followed by the processing industry, water supply and the lowest is electricity, gas procurement in Madiun Regency. (3) The direction of relations of each sector is positive. (4) Partially, each sector does not significantly influence the rate of economic growth in Madiun Regency. (6) Simultaneously the primary and secondary sectors have a significant effect on economic growth variables in Madiun Regency in 2014-2018. Keywords—: Primary Sector; Secondary Sector; Economic Growth; Madiun Regency.
