Abstract

In vitro fertilization technology in cows is an effort done to utilize ovary waste from cows slughtered in abbatoir. This study was aimed at assessing the qualiy of embryos resulted from in vitro fertilization by using frozen semen thawed in different temperatures. In order to get qualty semen, standardized thawing method is required. It was expected from this study that an optimum thawing temperature for frozen semen was determined to obtain quality transferable embryos. Three treatments consisting of thawing with water 37°C for 30 second (T1), thawing with water 25°C for 30 second (T2), and thawing with water 10°C for 30 second (T3). Data were subjected to an an anlysis of variance (Anova) and a Duncan test. Results showed that oocytes fertilized with frozen semen thawed at 37°C and 10°C had higher fertilization rate and excellent-grade embryos (P<0.05) than did the ones fertilized with frozen semen thawed at 25°C. However, no different effect of thawing temperatures was found on transferable and degenerated embryos (P>0.05). It was concluded that embryos fertilized with Brahman frozen semen in thawed at 37°C had the highest number of embryos (49.66±2.88) and excellent-grade embryos (22.00±4.35). Key words: Embryo quality, In vitro fertilization, frozen semen thawing, Brahman bull.

Abstract

Abstrak: Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) ternyata tidak cukup untuk menerangkan kesuksesan seseorang dalam belajar. Dibutuhkan lagi faktor lainnya yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika yakni kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) dan perilaku belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh EQ, SQ, IQ dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tak langsung melalui perilaku belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi (explanatory survey) yang berfungsi untuk menguji hubungan dan pengaruh  antar variabel yang dihipotesiskan dengan pendekatan desain analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MA Annur Azzubaidi, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 siswa dengan cara pengambilan sampel acak menggunakan tehnik Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kecerdasan intelektual, angket skala likert kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan perilaku belajar. Sedangkan prestasi belajar diperoleh dari data nilai raport mata pelajaran matematika semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif tiap aspek kecerdasan dan anlisis secara inferensial berupa analisis korelasi dan regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) berpengaruh tak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar matematika melalui perilaku belajar. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan baik terhadap perilaku belajar maupun terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Perilaku   Belajar dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika.Abstract: Some studies reported that intelligence quotient (IQ) is not the only factor that determine one’s success in learning. Other factors are necessary to increase learning achievement in mathematics, including emotional quotient (EQ), spiritual quotient (SQ), and learning behaviors. This study aimed to find out the effect of EQ, SQ, IQ, and learning behaviors on students’ achievement in mathematics, either directly or indirectly via learning behaviors. The study used an explanatory survey method which aims to examine the relationship between hypothesized variables by employing a path analysis approach. Population of the study was 60 students at MA Annur Azzubaidi. Samples were drawn using a stratified random sampling technique. Instruments of the study were a test designed to measure intelligence quotient, and a questionnaire using a Likert-scale to gauge emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and learning behavior. Data about students’ learning achievement were obtained from the students’ scores of Mathematics subject in the even semester of 2014/2015 as stated in their result report. The data were then analyzed descriptively and analyzed qualitatively in terms of the different aspects of intelligence. In addition, inferential analysis, i.e. correlation and regression, was conducted. Result of data analysis showed thatemotional quotient (EQ), intelligence quotient (IQ), and learning behaviors had a direct effect on students’ achievement in learning mathematics. Via learning behavior, emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) had no direct effect on students’ achievement in learning mathematics, whereas spiritual quotient had no significant effect on both learning behavior and learning achievement. Keywords: Emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, intelligence quotient, learning behavior,learning achievement in mathematics.

Abstract

This thesis is the result of field research to answer the question: How the Scientific Method Implementation Subjects Qur'an Hadith Class XI IPS in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lamongan, How Supporting and Inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Scientific Method Subjects Al -Qur'an Hadith Class XI IPS in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lamongan, How to Overcome Obstacles to the Implementation of the Scientific method Subjects Qur'an Hadith Class XI IPS in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lamongan.This research is a qualitative descriptive study in which research methods using the method of observation, interviews and documentation, The steps of analysis techniques in this study, namely Data Reduction (Data Reduction), Display Data (Data Display) and Data Verification.The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the Scientific Method 5M steps: Observe, ask, Trying, Associate and Communicating. Factors supporting the implementation of the scientific method is the mental attitude of educators, the ability of educators, instructional media were insufficient, library, facilities eligible, the school environment is conducive and the inhibiting factor is telatnya pengkontribusian books, difficulty adjusting material, method is emerging, assessment still sophisticated, learning tools, school hours are so dense, the difficulty in dealing with differences in the characteristics of learners, difficulties in obtaining resources and tools for learning, difficulties in conducting the evaluation and setting time. To overcome the inhibiting factor is by no delays in the contribution of the book, the agency held a workshop on learning as much as possible by means of the scientific method, assessment and learning how to manufacture the device, division of rest time.In line with the above conclusions, then to the academic community Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lamongan in order to implement the scientific method as well as possible.

Abstract

The development of tourist areas is directed as a mainstay sector to boost economic growth, increase local revenues, empower the economy of the community, expand employment and increase the introduction and marketing of typical tourism areas. Ngebel Lake is a natural lake located in District Ngebel, Ponorogo Regency which has a stunning natural scenery with the condition is still natural, save a million potential to be developed. Development of Ngebel Lake tourism area should be planned thoroughly and use appropriate strategies in order to obtain optimal benefits for the community. The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze the condition of external factors including opportunities and threats, 2) to analyze the condition of internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, appropriate for the development of tourism area Ngebel Lake using SWOT Analysis. Based on SWOT analysis, Telaga Ngebel tourism area has an external opportunity as well as an enormous internal strength to be developed. Result of internal and external matrix (IE), hence alternative of appropriate strategy to develop tourist area of Telaga Ngebel is SO Strategy (Strenght-Opportunity) that is a strategy chosen by using strength to utilize or seize opportunity. Implementation of the strategy is done through the development of tourism products, market development and market penetration. Important policies need to be taken, such as improving road infrastructure, developing tourism products, promoting promotion, providing souvenir shop area, handicraft and food, providing street lighting, improving hygiene and waste handling and cooperating with various parties including investors. Keywords—: strengths; weaknesses; opportunities; threats; development.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to find out the partial and simultaneous influence of transformational leadership style variables and compensation on the performance of KPRI Sejahtera Madiun employees. The population in this study was kpri Sejahtera Madiun employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Samples taken by 40 employees. Research instruments use questionnaires. In this study, the data used were primary data, namely questionnaires measured using Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the tests have shown that: (1) Transformational leadership styles partially affect employee performance variables. (2) Compensation partially affects employee performance. (3) Transformational leadership style and compensation jointly (simultaneously) affect employee performance. Keywords—: Transformational Leadership Style; Compensation; Employee Performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Pepedan, Kecamatan Moga, Kabupaten Pemalang dengan tujuan mengembangkan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui lima pilar yaitu pilar pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi, lingkungan dan ideologi pancasila serta meningkatkan partisipasi desa pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pengamatan lapangan, wawancara, pre-test, sosialisasi dan post-test. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan partisipasi desa, dimana pilar pendidikan meningkat sebesar 15.25%, pilar kesehatan sebesar 9.54%, pilar ekonomi sebesar 48.2%, pilar lingkungan sebesar 35.7% dan pilar ideologi pancasila sebesar 38.12%.

Abstract

“Assisting the Elderly Community in Tanjung Village through Religious Education with the ABCD Method aims to improve the participation and spiritual quality of life of the elderly. The first stage, Discovery, identifies community potential through interviews and mapping. The Dream stage involves the community in envisioning the expected future, including increased religious activities at the Baitur Rohim Mosque. The Design stage involves designing strategies, processes and systems to activate spiritual and cultural assets, especially through religious activities. The Destiny stage evaluates and implements changes, ensuring sustainability through collaboration with students and lecturers. UNZAH students are important supporters with their religious understanding and religious experience. Challenges included limited access to information and social engagement of older adults. Reflection and continuous learning highlighted the importance of capacity building, resource optimization, external cooperation, technology integration and cultural approaches. Despite these obstacles, the mentoring has had a positive impact on the religious participation, spiritual quality of life, and social dynamics of the elderly community. Holistic and sustainable assistance is expected to be a positive legacy in the form of sarwah for future generations”.

Abstract

Arabic language learning for children is a learning and teaching activity carried out by educators and students who are still in their childhood, so learning methods, learning strategies, learning media, teaching materials/ materials, evaluation techniques, and learning curricula are needed that are tailored for children. This article explains how the results of a mini-research that has been carried out by researchers to find out Arabic language learning in grade III at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember as a form of illustrating real Arabic learning in the field. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which is a method of analyzing explicitly by describing or describing the data that has been collected in its actual state with a data collection method in the form of direct observation and interviews with teachers who teach Arabic subjects at the school. The mini-research found that the strategies used in learning Arabic in grade III madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember are lectures, question and answer, and quiz methods with whiteboard learning media, pasted pictures, and direct media. The Arabic learning material is adjusted to the material in the textbooks that follow KMA No. 183 of 2019 and the LKS book published by BUPIN and the evaluation technique uses oral guesses and evaluation questions in textbooks.

Abstract

Sistem Keamanan Pintu Otomatis Berbasis Keylees adalah sebuah langkah antisipasi untuk keamanan rumah dari bahaya dari tindakan kejahatan. Banyak kejadian tindakan pencurian masuk dalam rumah karena penghuninya lalai dalam mengantisipasi dengan mengunci rumahnya. Maka dari itu saya sebagai penyusun dibuat sebuah prototipe sistem kontrol keamanan pintu otomatis berbasis keylees menggunakan ESP32. Alat ini bertujuan memberikan keamanan lebih pada sistem keamanan pintu pada rumah yang dimana keluar masuk pintu rumah harus selalu keadaan terkunci. Alat ini dirancang dengan kotak akrilik berukuran 15 x 10 x 10,3 cm. Dengan menggunakan ESP32 sebagai kontrol utama, sistem KeyLess dan menggunakan I-Tag sebagai input deteksi Bluetooth Low Energi, dan key switch sebagai sistem emergency, lalu Solenoid 12V, LED, LCD 16x2, sebagai output. Alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem emergency berupa Key Switch apabila terjadi keadaan darurat seperti halnya insiden atau error pada alat, sistem emergency tersebut bisa digunakan secara manual. Alat ini menggunakan sistem komunikasi BLE (Bluetooth Low Energi) sebagai sistem komunikasi dengan I-Tag pada setiap individu yang memilikinya, dengan mendeteksi Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) yaitu indikator kekuatan sinyal yang diterima, (RSSI) pada prototipe ini digunakan untuk estimasi jarak antara pengguna. Dari alat yang sudah di buat ini dapat bekerja Ketika I-Tag yang kita bawa mendekati. Prototipe tersebut kurang dari 1,7 meter maka rangkaian yang menggunakan microcontroller Esp32 yang bersistem komunikasi BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) pada pintu maka secara otomatis solenoid door lock pada rangkaian microcontroller Esp32 akan membuka penguncian pada pintu secara otomatis, dengan memberikan indikasi berupa led hijau akan menyala, dan jika kita menjauh pada prototipe tersebut melebihi dari 1,7 meter maka solenoid door lock akan mengunci kembali dengan memberikan indikasi led merah menyala.
