Jurnal AKMAMI (Akuntansi Manajemen Ekonomi) diterbitkan oleh Centre for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia) bulan Juni dan bulan Desember dalam setahun. Jurnal AKMAMI menerima kiriman artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Abstract

The decline in employee performance is influenced by many factors. At PT Capital Megah Mandiri, it is seen that there is a decline in employee performance as indicated by the company's unachieved realization of targets. This study aims to see the factors that affect the decline in employee performance at PT. Capital Megah Mandiri, the competence, satisfaction and employee communication factors. The approach and type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the target population of the study are all employees of PT. Capital Megah Mandiri. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis prove that competence, communication and satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. It is known that competence is the most significant factor and has the greatest impact on the decline in employee performance of PT. Capital Megah Mandiri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity Dan Return On Assets Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Dividen Payout Ratio tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Deli Serdang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Deli Serdang as many as 220 employees. The sample was determined by simple random sampling technique, with 69 employees as respondents. Information collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test (partially), and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis of the significance test (t-test), work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from the t-test where the t-count produced is 4.141 greater than the t-table 1.998 and the significance value is 0.000. Based on the empirical facts obtained, so that it can be stated that the research independent variable, namely Work Discipline, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Deli Serdang, the leadership needs to improve policies related to Work Discipline

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel  (4,790 > 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel (5,554< 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car. Hasil uji F diatas diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar (16,217 > 3.09) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on firm value in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a type of associative research. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained is 14 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019 with a total of 70 observational data for 5 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation with data sources using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software tools. The results of this study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of product quality (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y) PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan Medan branch. The population in this study are all customers of PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan Medan branch. The number of samples is 100 respondents. This research was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021. This study used quantitative data that was processed with SPSS version 25.0 with multiple linear regression models. data came from respondents who were collected through questionnaires. The results showed that product quality and price partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, price and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. 44.2% of customer satisfaction can be explained and obtained from product quality, price and service quality while the rest by other factors. Customer satisfaction has a very strong relationship to product quality, price and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, Liquidity and Capital Structure on Earnings Quality in Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Data was collected by the documentation method. This research has a population of 47 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample selection method using purposive sampling and obtained 13 companies. Hypothesis testing was carried out using panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Earnings Quality. (2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Earnings Quality. (3) Capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on Earning Quality. Changes that occur in the sample company sample of 69% are caused by Company Size, Liquidity and Capital Structure, while the remaining 31% is determined by other variables not listed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation at Sampali Asri PT Kurnia Medan. This research using descriptive data analysis, multiple regression analysis with t-test (test partial), F test (simultaneous test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). This research test equipment using multiple linear regression model. The conclusion that can be drawn from the test results, the stimulatory and partial leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Dividend Policy and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Data was collected by the documentation method. Sample selection using purposive sampling and obtained 14 companies. Hypothesis testing was carried out using panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: Economic Value Added (EVA) has a significant effect on Firm Value; Market Value Added (MVA) has a significant effect on Firm Value; Dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value; managerial ownership has a significant effect on firm value. Changes that occur in the sample company sample of 30.72% are caused by Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Dividend Policy and Managerial Ownership; while the remaining 69.28% is determined by other variables not listed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to purchase Formula Toothpaste in the village of Denai Kuala Pantai Labu Deli Serdang. Some of the proxied factors include advertising and price on the decision to purchase Formula Toothpaste at Desa Denai Kuala Pantai Labu Deli Serdang. It aims to analyze the effect of advertising and price on purchasing decisions of formula toothpaste in the community of Denai Kuala Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang. This study uses quantitative data analysis with the population being the people of Denai Kuala Village, Pantai Labu Deli Serdang District. Sampling using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that the research sample was obtained as many as 97 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 22.00 for windows. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 28.84 - 0.802X1 + 0.331X2 . This value indicates that the two independent variables make a significant contribution in determining the Y variable.
