Abstract

The consideration in this article clarifies the openness of people with disabilities in Sidoarjo Rule to different perspectives of life, not as it was related to physical offices and foundation but to get to social exercises utilizing the concept of Human Administration which has not been found in numerous comprehensive considers. People with incapacities are those who have physical limitations, so they have trouble altering their exercises in common. Essentially, people with incapacities moreover have the same rights and commitments as citizens. In any case, the get to of people with inabilities to physical and non-physical offices and foundation in Sidoarjo Rule is still considered not accessible appropriately. The approach used in this research is qualitative, sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of research using the concept of Human Governance are found from the seven principles of Human Governance, which have not been fully implemented by the Sidoarjo regency government, especially those related to social accountability, education for citizens and reliability. There are still many Disability Associations in Sidoarjo Regency who do not attend school, especially formal schools, besides that the facilities and infrastructure such as those at SMAN 4 Sidoarjo are not disability friendly. Meanwhile, from the aspect of reliability, although the Sidoarjo regency government has been more serious in providing accessibility for persons with disabilities, the quality is still very low, such as the People Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) that is damaged, sidewalks in some locations are damaged and used for trading.

Abstract

Need the main human beings to include clothing, food, and shelter. In today's era, it is often seen that domestic industries or micro, small and medium enterprises are growing rapidly because in the current era they are supported by technological advances. One of the products is snacks. Most of these products are not included. expired the type of method used in this research is normative juridical. The research specification used by the author in this legal research is descriptive analysis. It is descriptive that this research was conducted by painting the object of research. In the UUPK it appears that good faith is more emphasized on business actors including home industry business actors because it covers all stages in carrying out their business activities so that it can be interpreted that the obligation of business actors to have good intentions starts from the time the goods are designed or produced until the after-sales stage. on the other hand, consumers are only required to have good intentions in making purchases of goods and/or services. This is of course caused by the possibility of harming consumers starting when the goods are designed or produced by producers or business actors, while for consumers the possibility of harming producers begins when they make transactions with producers.

Abstract

Sea Surface Temperature (SST) is one of the parameters used to measure water quality. Measurement of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) is based on water and ultimately affects the photosynthesis process in the waters. Too much Sea Surface Temperature (SST) can also reduce the availability of dissolved oxygen in the water. Based on the nature of the data which is composite data and ready to use, the SST data requires a geometric correction step. This study aims to analyze Sea Surface Temperature Using the Terra Modis Satellite Imagery Case Study on the coast of Ujungpangkah Gresik. The equipment needed in this activity is a unit of computer equipment and Seadas 4.7.3 software. Remote sensing is very appropriate to be used as a solution to analyze the Coastal Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Ujungpangkah, Fast, cheap and efficient use of image data has been proven in this activity. The results obtained the distribution of sea surface temperature (SST) in the entire coastal area of Ujungpangkah, Gresik Regency. Identification results show a range between 29.18 o C - 35.58 o C. Algorithm model of sea surface temperature (SST) Ujungpangkah coastal area, Gresik Regency y = 543.31x + 29.827 and the degree of determination R² = 0.3911 obtained from the wavelength/reflection Rrs_667. Hypothesis test re- results, the t-test gives the results t stat / t count < critical t / t table or 0.000499432 < 0.499803359 means: that the inside temperature is the same as the 2021 satellite image temperature. In other words, there is no difference between the inside temperature and temperature satellite image 2021.

Abstract

Population growth is highly correlated with development activities. Development activities bring changes in land use from one period to the next, bringing relatively high changes, especially changes in land use. Changes in land use that occurs will be a potential for floods, landslides, and prolonged drought if not controlled. It is necessary to do a mapping caused by the impact of the flood disaster, which will later be used as a database which is a regional administration need for land cover information as well as consideration for making a policy for the benefit of the surrounding community. Regional administration needs for land cover information will support planning in an area. Remote sensing is a medium that can monitor the dynamics of land-use change quickly and at a relatively low cost. And by using Sentinel-1 satellite imagery data with the GEE Platform (google earth engine). GEE (google earth engine) is a cloud-based computing platform for performing geospatial analysis, with petabytes of data for scientific analysis and visualization of geospatial data on a global scale. This study aims to identify the distribution of flood areas affected by floods in the Gresik Regency. The results of the study show that the estimated most affected by flooding is the estimated population affected by 6,800,071 Ha. Meanwhile, the next affected area is the Estimated Urban Land of 666,033 Ha. The last estimate affected by the smallest flood is 158,848 hectares of agricultural land. The districts affected by the flood include Cerme, Morowudi, Betatu, Benjeng, Balung Panggang, Gresik Regency.

Abstract

Mitigation of the risk of decreasing food security in urban areas can be done through the use of yardland through urban agriculture which is currently being carried out by urban communities since staying at home is one of the family's independent food solutions by cultivating short-lived vegetables (3-4 weeks) with a multilevel agricultural cultivation system. or ver-tical. The purpose of this study was to determine the composition of the growing media which resulted in the best production of three types of veg-etable crops cultivated vertically. The research was carried out in the ex-perimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, Surabaya which was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD), and was repeated 3 times. Factor 1 is the Composition of Planting Media which consists of 4 kinds of composition, namely: Soil, Compost, and Manure, namely: 1:1:1 (K1); 1:1:2 (K2); 1:2;1 (K3), and 1:2:2 (K4). The second factor is the type of vegetables (J), which consists of 3 types, namely: Pakcoy Mustard Plants (J1), Kangkung Plants (J2), and Red Spinach Plants (J3). The results showed that there was a significant interaction between plant height and vegetable production, where the K4J3 combination produced the highest production and was significant different with other treatment combinations.

Abstract

The School of TK Al Wahyu Surabaya has difficulties in managing student data (especially students registered in the previous few years), so the school management only focuses on the list of students in the current academic year. Data management manually takes a long time, the accuracy of the people who handle it, and is very susceptible to human error. Based on the field survey that has been carried out, school managers have difficulty managing data recorded on papers and computer files, especially when the school has to send report data to the relevant City Government Education Office. Through this community service activity (PIHAT Program), the Proposing Team offers a solution to these problems by implementing the Student Management System at TK Al-Wahyu Surabaya. In this system, student data management is carried out using web-based software to facilitate data gathering, automatic data retrieval, and student data mapping. The activity steps needed to realize the proposed solution include system requirements analysis, system customization, server & network infrastructure preparation, system installation, data entry to the system, training and assistance for system operation, evaluation of problems that arise during system operation, improvement of the system to overcome obstacles that arise and ensure the system can run according to plan, as well as final evaluation to determine the effectiveness of system implementation. Based on the activities that have been carried out, the installation of the application system and the process of assisting school administrators and admins for the operation of the system have been carried out. School administrators are very enthusiastic about implementing this system. This system supports data management and reporting to the City Government Education Office. For TK Al Wahyu Surabaya, the application of this system is a new breakthrough for schools, which have been accustomed to manual work, then use software-based methods that are faster and more effective.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social reporting (CSR) mandatory disclosure on firm performance. This study uses a literature review with five selected articles. The data collection method uses several keywords related to the topic. Several proxies are used to measure firm performance. The result shows that the regulation of mandatory disclosure cannot affect firm performance at all. The different proxies can be one of the factors for a different result. In India, there are two different results even though the regulation has been implemented a few years ago. It indicates the need for the government to explain more about the new regulation because, at some point, companies are confused to apply the new regulation. In China, the studies proved that corporate social responsibility in mandatory disclosure is significantly affect the firm’s performance. In this case, it is mentioned that the awareness of companies in China can be classified good to understand the regulation. For further research, governement involvement can be added to test the effect.

Abstract

Sandy soils generally have high macro pores and a low ability to provide water and plant nutrients. This condition is caused by the soil matrix which has almost no negative charge, so there is no strong adsorption capacity for ions and water. The next impact is that nutrients and water are easily lost because they are washed or evaporated. Nitrogen loss has been reported to reduce rice production by 6.10%. The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of ameliorants based on humic acid and silica in improving nutrient availability and sandy soil water. Humic acid from compost and silica from husk charcoal is expected to increase the negative charge of the soil (cation exchange capacity) so that it can adsorb and fix (chelate) nutrient ions such as nitrogen. The study was structured using a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is silica dose with a level of 0 ton/ha, 0.5 ton/ha, 1 ton/ha, and 1.5 ton/ha. The second factor is the dose of humic acid with a level of 0 kg/ha, 20 kg/ha, 40 kg/ha, and 60 kg/ha. Rice plants are used as growth indicators. Observation parameters include the availability of N in the soil, the growth of rice plants which includes plant length and the number of tillers, and plant chlorophyll. The results showed that the combination of humic acid and silica had no significant effect on plant length, the number of tillers, and nitrogen availability in the soil. However, it has a significant effect on plant chlorophyll.
