Every flexible pavement in giving service to customer, goodnessin the case of product service and also service. Congeniality quality of in flexible pavement service industries contextcan be defined to through various approach, but in principle is reaching of according to among result of activity tobe delivered by customers to service company.ISO 9000 representing one of the management system quality of which is on this time become especial choice toflexible pavement service which wish to apply concept from management system quality of consistently and is systematic.The company that has the ISO must commit that is all kind from the lower level until top management have to runthe ISO system in right way. In this chase PT. Marga Maju Mandiri runs ISO system on the tract. The relationshipbetween ISO 9001 : 2000 implementing with customer satisfaction can be see as the result such as repeat order, thatis the customers have got the satisfaction. PT. Marga Maju Mandiri has been running the philosophy of the ISO 9001: 2000 ,they are; what you do you write, what you write you do, what you did you record and safety factor.The implementation of the quality management concept that has been carried out properly and effectively throughfull commitment from the company management in service orientation at PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh FCF, GCG dan Leverage terhadap manajemen laba.  Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi penelitian-penelitian  sebelumnya. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan IICG dari perusahaan peserta CGPI yang mempubliksikan laporan keuangannya pada periode 2012-2018. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menghasilkan 13 perusahaan dengan jumlah 91 data observasi. Metode regresi data panel dan  uji asumsi klasik  digunakan  untuk menganalisis data dengan  tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  FCF, GCG dan leverage secara simultan   mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Dengan  adjusted R2 sebesar 0,417 berartai bahwa FCF, GCG dan Leverage dapat memepengaruhi manajemen laba sebesar 41,7%, sedangkan 58,3% merupakan variabel lainnya. Hasil pengujian secara partial menunjukkan bahwa   masing – masing variabel FCF, GCG, Leverage juga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan  negatif terhadap manajemen laba. Manajemen Laba dengan Indikator Penyebabnya

Abstract

This research is aimed at obtaining information related to the effect of the work ability, and work motivation on the performance of the employees . Reseach has been implemented using path analysis after all variables put into matrix of correlkation. In this research employees had been chosen as a unit of analysis 70 .The resuld had showed that ( 1) work ability had direct effect on the performance of the  employees, (2) work motivation had direct effect on the  performance of the employees ( 3 ) work ablity had and indirect effect on the  performance of the employees trough work motivation. The resuld suggest that work ability, work motivation are important determinants of the employees  performance. Abstract

The regional government holds the mandate of the central government in implementing regional autonomy and has a role in resource management which in turn can improve the welfare of the community. To be able to improve the welfare of the community, one measure can use an analysis of regional financial independence and regional financial capacity by assessing the original regional income compared to total regional income and the balance fund. And see the effect on the percentage of poor. The results obtained, the regional financial independence of Bogor Regency is still in the range of 0% - 25% so that it is categorized as very low, while the regional financial capacity is at 24.07% or it can be said that it is sufficient. Meanwhile, the results of multiple linear regressions for regional financial independence and regional financial capacity have an influence on the percentage of poor people. The expected result is that Bogor Regency can do more to increase its base of tax and retribution revenues so as to minimize budget dependence from the central government and local governments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh label halal, citra merek dan label harga terhadap keputusan pembelian susu formula SGM. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang sudah mempunyai anak di wilayah kabupaten bogor. Data yang dihimpun sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis serta didukung oleh aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Label halal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian susu formula SGM dan mempunyai pengaruh paling kecil, (2) Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian susu formula SGM dan dan mempunyai pengaruh lebih besar daripada label halal, (3) Label harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian susu formula SGM dan dan mempunyai pengaruh paling tinggi. Uji F menunjukan jika model regresi dianggap layak untuk meramalkan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Uji R menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sebesar 47,7%.

Abstract

 Aset organisasi paling penting yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu organisasi dan sangat diperhatikan oleh manajemen adalah asset manusia dari organisasi tersebut.Organisasi dikelola dan terdiri atas orang-orang,para karyawannya, tanpa orang-orang maka organisasi tidak bakal ada.Kinerja pegawai sampai saat ini belum sesuai harapan, karena masih terjadi kesenjangan antara yang berkinerja sangat baik dengan yang berkinerja hanya sebatas standar minimal yang ditentukan.Disiplin kerja yang belum optimal demikian pula pendidikan pelatihan yang belum efektif.Banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, sesuai hipotesa ada pengaruh antara disiplinkerja dan pendidikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan.Sesuai penelitian ternyata teruji ada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Pegawai dan Pendidikan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di , Kecamatan TAPOS , KOTA DEPOK secara parsial maupun simultan dengan persamaan regresi berganda, Yaitu : Y = 27,158 + 0,351X1 + 0,644X2 dan koefisien determinasi berganda sebesar 75,10% dengan rincian, sebagai berikut:1.       Disiplin kerja pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, sebesar 35,10%.2.       Pendidikan pelatihan pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,40%.3.       Disiplin kerja pegawai dan pendidikan pelatihan pegawai secara simultan (bersama) mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 75,10%.Pengaruh pendidikan pelatihan lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai namun apabila dikerjakan secara simultan akan bersinergi karena pengaruhnya meningkat terhadap kinerja pegawai menjadi sebesar 75,10%.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai maka manajemen harus memperhatikan dan meningkatkan, antara lain sebagai berikut:1.       Disiplin pegawai harus ditingkatkan dengan cara memberikan sangsi tegas bagi pegawai yang melanggar.2.         Manajemen harus melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan pelatihan secara rutin dan terencana sesuai kebutuhan organisasi dan pegawai.

Consumers prioritize product quality, affordable prices and the company's advertisementsare not excessive. Creating purchase satisfaction is a challenge for entrepreneurs because a buyer is now increasinglycritical in choosing the type of product and must match his expectations. The purpose of this study is to determine:Analysis  of  the  Effect  of  Product  Quality, Price  and  Advertising  on  Purchase  Satisfaction  at  PT.  Askotama  IntiNusantara.“The sampling technique used in this study the author uses the Random Sampling technique (Randomlyon All  Consumers) where  each member of the  population has the  same opportunity  to be  selected as  the overallsample, but the sample in this study is the  entire population that is sampled .“The results obtained that partially andsimultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality, Price, Advertising on Purchase Satisfaction.

Abstract

The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in FBM WORLDWIDE. The study aims to determine service quality to customer satisfaction correlation and influence score at FBM WORLDWIDE. The method used is a survey method by using questionnaires to respondents as many as 75 respondents from customers/users of FBM WORLDWIDE delivery services. The data used are descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, R test, T-test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the service quality variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The type of research is the quantitative method. Furthermore, Data collection techniques use carried out through survey methods. The number of samples is 75 people. The results of this study use statistical data methods with the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 21 program. The results of the analysis state that the relationship between variable X (service quality) and variable Y (customer satisfaction) is forceful. It can be seen from the R-value of 0.903 so that it is close to 1. The influence of service quality variable (X) to customer satisfaction variable (Y) score is 0.813 or 81,3%. Furthermore,  the rest is influenced by other factors. The T-count value is 17.980 and T-table is 1.993 (based on the table), so T-count is greater than T-table which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the X variable (quality of service) is very related and has a significant effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh KB. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling (n = 46 ), dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Korelasi dan Regresi  dengan  program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh KB (t hitung = 10.215, p 0.00). Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh KB (t hitung = 2.532, p 0.015). Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh KB (F hitung = 94.706, p 0.00). Kontribusi Komitmen dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh KB ditunjukan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,701 atau (70,1%). Sisanya sebanyak 29,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi  penelitian ini adalah  harus ada kebijakan kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Karawang dalam peningkatan Kinerja Penyuluh KB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Audit on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi.This study is a causal-comparative research. This study population is the entire General Hospital Bekasi employees totaling 158 respondents. The selection of the sample using Cluster Random Sampling method. The number of samples was 80 respondents, derived from four divisions: medical division (8 respondents), paramedic (32 respondents), medical support (10 respondents), and general (30 respondents). The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Prior to the study, first conducted trials-test with the instrument validity-test and reliability-test involving 20 employees of a General Hospital Bekasi were not involved back at the time of the study. Analysis prerequisite- test including normality-test, linearity-test, multicolinearity-test, and heteroscedasticity-test. The hypothesis-test in this study using simple-regression analysis.The results of this study indicate the Human Resources Management Audit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi indicated by r2 value of 0.518, the significant value smaller than level of significant (0.000 0.050) and the regression line equation is Y = 0.813 + 0.766X.
