Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the insights of the world of work owned by students of class XII (X1); (2) describe vocational skills mastered by students to get involved in the world of work in the 21st century (X2); (3) describe the readiness to enter the 21st century workforce as students as candidates for labor in the 21st century era (Y); (4) reveal the significance of the relationship between (X1) and (Y); (5) reveal the significance of the relationships (X2) and (Y); (6) revealing the significance of the simultaneous relationship between (X1) and (X2) with (Y); the 107 students of Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering Program at vocational higj school regional Jombang. The data collection method is the questionnaire method. The questionnaire used has met the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used are partial correlation analysis and multiple regression, prerequisite test analysis, and analysis of relative-relative contributions. The regression equation Y = 30,215 + 0.035X1 + 0.481X2 with a significance of 0,000 indicates a positive and significant relationship between insight into the world of work and vocational skills with readiness to enter the 21st century work world.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Deskripsi tingkat kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0; 2) Deskripsi tingkat Occupational Skill; 3) Deskripsi tingkat Self-Perceived Employability; 4) Signifikansi hubungan Occupational Skill dengan kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0; 5) Signifikansi hubungan Self-Perceived Employability dengan kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0; 6) Signifikansi hubungan Occupational Skill dan Self-Perceived Employability dengan kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0 siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Singosari dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen kelas 13 dengan sampel sebanyak 105 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi parsial dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0 masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, Occupational Skill masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan Self-Perceived Employability masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan jika siswa mampu mengembangkan Occupational Skill yang sesuai dengan kurikulum SMK, maka mempengaruhi kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0. Tingginya Self-Perceived Employability akan meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0 pada siswa. Selain itu, jika tingkat Occupational Skill yang tinggi diikuti dengan tingginya Self-Perceived Employability, maka kemampuan adaptasi untuk menghadapi dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0 akan meningkat. Abstract This study aims to determine: 1) Description of the level of adaptability to face the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0; 2) Description of Occupational Skill level; 3) Description of the level of Self-Perceived Employability; 4) The significance of the relationship between Occupational Skills and adaptability to face the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0; 5) The significance of the relationship between Self-Perceived Employability and adaptability to face the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0; 6) The significance of the relationship between Occupational Skill and Self-Perceived Employability with the ability to adapt to face the world of work in the industrial revolution 4.0 era for SMK students of Industrial Automation Engineering Expertise Competence in Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Singosari and SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen class 13 with a sample of 105 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. Data were analyzed using partial correlation test and hypothesis testing to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The results showed that the ability to adapt to the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 was in the very high category, Occupational Skills were in the high category, and Self-Perceived Employability was in the high category. This study shows that if students are able to develop Occupational Skills in accordance with the SMK curriculum, it will affect their adaptability to face the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. High Self-Perceived Employability will increase students' adaptability to face the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In addition, if a high level of Occupational Skill is followed by a high level of Self-Perceived Employability, then the ability to adapt to the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will increase.

Abstract

Abstrak Internet merupakan jaringan komputer yang saling terhubung diseluruh dunia. Internet ini memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk menambah wawasan yang lebih luas dan pemahaman materi yang diajarkan oleh guru menjadi lebih mendalam. Internet juga memberikan kemudahan bagi guru yaitu, guru bisa mendapatkan bahan ajar yang lebih variatif. Instalasi motor listrik pada hakekatnya didesain atau perancangan instalasi motor listrik terletak pada ketepatan menganalisa spesifikasi yang direkomendasi oleh otoritas yang bersangkutan. Internet dizaman milenial ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar bagi siswa agar siswa memiliki wawasan yang luas terhadap materi-materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tugas individu berbasis internet terhadap hasil belajar teknik instalasi motor listrik pada siswa kelas XI TITL SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2020 sampai dengan Maret 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan nonequivalent control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah  cluster sampling dengan 54 siswa sebagai sampel. Kelompok Eksperimen menggunakan internet sebagai sumber belajar dalam mengerjakan tugas individu sedangkan pada Kelas Kontrol menggunakan buku serta catatan dari guru sebagai sumber belajar dalam mengerjakan tugas individu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal untuk mengukur hasil belajar instalasi motor listrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruhdan perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% ( 4,13 > 1,671). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tugas individu berbasis internet memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar instalasi motor listrik siswa kelas XI TITL. Abstract The internet is a network of computers that are interconnected throughout the world. This internet makes it easy for students to add broader insights and deeper understanding of the material taught by the teacher. The internet also makes it easy for teachers, that is, teachers can get more varied teaching materials. Electrical motor installation is essentially designed or the design of electric motor installation lies in the accuracy of analyzing the specifications recommended by the relevant authorities. The internet in this millennial era is very much needed to develop learning resources for students so that students have a broad insight into the material delivered by the teacher. This study aims to determine the effect of individual internet-based assignments on learning outcomes of electric motor installation techniques for students of class XI TITL Vocational School, Dinamika Pembangunan 1 East Jakarta. This research was conducted in January 2020 until March 2020. The method used was a quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling with 54 students as samples. The Experimental Group uses the internet as a learning resource in doing individual assignments while the Control Class uses books and notes from the teacher as a learning resource in doing individual assignments.The research instrument used was a multiple choice test of 20 questions to measure learning outcomes of electric motor installations. The results showed that there were significant learning outcomes and differences in the experimental class and control class students with the t value> t table at the 5% significance level (4.13> 1.671). So it can be concluded that the assignment of individual internet-based assignments has a positive influence on learning outcomes of electric motor installation of XI TITL students.

Abstract

The rapid development of modern industries increasingly relies on automation systems to improve product quality, shorten production time, and reduce human labor costs. One of the technologies used in automation systems is the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which has replaced conventional control systems. To meet industry demands, students in the Electrical Engineering Education Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) are expected to have skills in operating and programming PLCs. However, based on observations, students' understanding of PLC materials remains low, and the laboratory's supporting facilities for PLC learning are still limited. This research aims to develop a PLC Trainer Kit and its corresponding Jobsheet as a Practicum Support Tool in the Programmable Logic Control course. The development method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results show that the developed PLC Trainer Kit obtained a feasibility score of 97.3% from material experts, 89% from media experts, and 94% from student trials. Thus, it can be concluded that this PLC Trainer Kit is highly suitable as a learning aid in the Electrical Engineering Education Program at UNJ. This study is expected to contribute to improving students' understanding of PLCs and facilitating more interactive and applicable learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis kelayakan video interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik dan penggunaan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun berdasarkan fakta dan data menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan di SMK Negeri 2 Depok belum melakukan pembelajaran berpusat kepada peserta didik dan belum terintegrasi teknologi untuk pembelajaran yang lebih canggih dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (RnD) yang dikembangkan oleh Plomp. Untuk mendapatkan nilai kelayakan, dilakukan uji validasi oleh 3 ahli materi dan 3 ahli media serta uji penilaian produk oleh peserta didik melalui uji one to one dan uji field test menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire(UEQ). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video interaktif yang divalidasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 0,91 dengan kriteria “Sangat Valid” dan penilaian validasi oleh ahli media menggunakan formula Aiken memperoleh nilai rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 0,81 dengan kriteri “Sangat Valid”. Uji coba one to one dengan menggunakan 3 peserta didik memperoleh nilai 93,33% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” dan uji coba field test pada 32 peserta didik dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) memperoleh hasil 1,984 aspek daya tarik, 2,086 aspek kejelasan, 2,008 aspek efisiensi, 1,852 aspek ketepatan, 1,781 aspek stimulasi dan 1,469 aspek kebaruan, dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” untuk semua aspek. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba one to one serta uji coba field test pada peserta didik, media pembelajaran video interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran. Abstract This study aims to develop and analyze the feasibility of interactive video as a learning medium in the vocational competency subject class X Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. The Independent Curriculum emphasizes student-centered learning and the use of technology to improve the quality of learning. However, based on facts and data, it shows that the learning of vocational competency subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok has not been student-centered and has not been integrated with technology for more sophisticated and interesting learning. This study uses the development research method (RnD) developed by Plomp. To obtain the feasibility score, validation tests were carried out by 3 material experts and 3 media experts as well as product assessment tests by students through one-to-one tests  and field tests using  the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The study shows that interactive videos validated by material experts obtained an average validity score of 0.91 with the criterion of "Very Valid" and validation assessments by media experts using the Aiken formula obtained an average validity score of 0.81 with the criterion of "Very Valid". The one-to-one  trial using 3 students obtained a score of 93.33% with the category of "Very Good" and the field test trial on 32 students using  the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) obtained results of 1,984 the aspect of attractiveness, 2.086 the aspect of clarity, 2.008 the aspect of efficiency, 1.852 the aspect of accuracy, 1.781 the aspect of stimulation and 1.469 the aspect of novelty,  with the category of "Very Good" for all aspects. Based on the results of validation and one-to-one  trials as well as field tests on students, the interactive video learning media developed was declared feasible as a learning medium.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi kerja dengan persepsi kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII program keahlian teknin instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Negeri 34 Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) tidak terdapat hubungan antara variablel status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan persepsi kesiapan kerja, dimana nilai signifikansi > 0,05 yaitu 0,056 dan nilai rhitung < rtabel (-0,259 < 0,266) (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara  motivasi kerja dengan persepsi kesiapan kerja , dimana nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu <0,001 dan nilai rhitung < rtabel (0,750 < 0,266) dengan arah positif (rhitung > 0) (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan persepsi kesiapan kerja dengan tingkat hubungan yang tinggi dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu < 0,001 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 yaitu (<0,001 < 0,05) dan nilai rhitung < rtabel (0,753 > 0,266) dengan arah positif (rhitung > 0), menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi kerja dengan persepsi kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,7%. Abstract This study aims to determine the correlation between the socio-economic status of parents and work motivation with the perception of work readiness. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were class XII students of the electrical installation engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 34 Jakarta. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results of the study showed: (1) there was no relationship between the variables of the socio-economic status of parents and the perception of work readiness, where the significance value > 0.05, namely 0.056 and the calculated rvalue< rtable (-0.259 < 0.266) (2) there was a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and the perception of work readiness, where the significance value < 0.05, namely <0.001 and the calculated rvalue < rtable (0.750 < 0.266) with a positive direction (rvalue > 0) (3) there was a positive and significant relationship between the socio-economic status of parents and work motivation together with the perception of work readiness with a high level of relationship with a significance value of < 0.001 which means less than 0.05, namely (<0.001 < 0.05) and the calculated rvalue < rtable (0.753 > 0.266) with a positive direction (rvalue > 0), indicating that there was a positive relationship. and significant between the socio-economic status of parents and work motivation with the perception of work readiness with a contribution of 56.7%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Alat Sistem Pendeteksi Titik Panas Berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things). Pemantauan dilakukan pada web thinger.Io dan aplikasi telegram. pendeteksi titik api menggunakan sensor Flame, pendeteksi titik gas menggunakan sensor MQ-6, untuk monitoring tegangan, arus, dan daya menggunakan sensor PZEM004T, pendeteksi titik api,gas dan monitoring menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa Teknik (Forward Engeneering). Dimulai dari perancangan, pembuatan, dan pengujian. Adapun tahapan proses pelaksanaan yaitu: tahap perencanaan meliputi studi literatur mengenai penggunaan alat dan bahan material untuk alat display yang akan dibuat; manfaat dan kelebihan alat display yang akan dibuat, tahap perancangan meliputi penuangan ide gagasan dan spesifikasi rancang bangun sistem pendeteksi ttitik panas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Alat Sistem Pendeteksi Titik Panas Berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things) bahwa PZEM-004T dapat mengukur tegangan, arus dan daya, sensor Flame dapat mendeteksi api (yang dihasilkan dari korek api), dan sensor MQ-6 dapat mendeteksi gas (yang dihasilkan dari korek gas). Ketika bahaya kebakaran terdeteksi maka buzzer akan aktif sebagai alarm dan hasil pembacaan modul sensor akan dikirimkan notifikasi via Whatsapp dan untuk mendeteksi arus, tegangan dan daya akan dapat di monitoring pada website. Halaman Website dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh, jika terkoneksi dengan internet. Hasil pengujian rata-rata nilai error pada sensor PZEM004T menunjukkan bahwa pada beban puncak (pukul 19.00), kesalahan tegangan sebesar 0,67%, arus sebesar 5,02%, dan daya sebesar 5,6%. Sementara itu, pada pengujian di pagi hari (pukul 10.00), kesalahan tegangan tercatat sebesar 5,1%, arus sebesar 10,25%, dan daya sebesar 7,45%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian Alat Sistem Pendeteksi Titik Panas Berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things) adalah sistem telah berhasil dirancang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang diharapkan oleh peneliti, yaitu menghasilkan Rancang Bangun Sistem Pendeteksi Titik Panas (Api, Gas, Tegangan, Daya, dan Arus) Berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things). Abstract  This research aims to produce an IOT-Based Hot Spot Detection System Tool (Internet Of Things). Monitoring is carried out on the web thinger. Io and the telegram application. the fire point detector uses the Flame sensor, the gas point detector uses the MQ-6 sensor, for voltage, current, and power monitoring using the PZEM004T sensor, the fire point detector, the gas and monitoring uses the ESP32 microcontroller. This study uses the Forward Engineering method. Starting from design, manufacturing, and testing. The stages of the implementation process are: the planning stage includes a literature study on the use of tools and materials for the display equipment to be made; The benefits and advantages of the display equipment to be made, the design stage includes pouring out ideas and design specifications for the hot spot detection system. The results of this study show that the PZEM-004T can measure voltage, current and power, the Flame sensor can detect fire (generated from matches), and the MQ-6 sensor can detect gases (generated from matches). When a fire hazard is detected, the buzzer will be activated as an alarm and the results of the sensor module reading will be sent a notification via Whatsapp and to detect current, voltage and power will be monitored on the website. Website pages can be monitored remotely, if connected to the internet. The average test results of the error value on the PZEM004T sensor showed that at peak load (at 19.00), the voltage error was 0.67%, the current was 5.02%, and the power was 5.6%. Meanwhile, in the morning test (10.00 am), the voltage error was recorded at 5.1%, the current was 10.25%, and the power was 7.45%. The conclusion of the research of the IOT-Based Hot Spot Detection System Tool (Internet Of Things) is that the system has been successfully designed in accordance with the research objectives expected by the researcher, which is to produce the Design and Construction of an IOT-Based (Internet-Off-Things) Hot Spot Detection System (Fire, Gas, Voltage, Power, and Current).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan kedisiplinan dengan budaya K3 di bengkel motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri SMKN 7 Bekasi. Masalah penelitian berkaitan dengan kurangnya pemahaman tentang kekuatan hubungan antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas Teknik Otomasi Industri kelas X Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 45 siswa/i. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling yang artinya pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada didalam populasi itu. Analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari validasi ahli dan respon peserta didik. Hasil pengambilan data menggunakan alat uji IBM SPSS 27 version memperoleh hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dengan budaya K3 di bengkel motor listrik seperti yang ditunjukkan pada nilai r_hitung  > r_(tabel )(0,537 > 0,312) dan uji-t dengan t_(tabel )> t_hitung (3,235 > 2,026; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan dengan budaya K3 di bengkel motor listrik seperti yang ditunjukkan pada nilai r_hitung  > r_(tabel )(0,469 > 0,312) dan uji-t dengan t_(tabel )> t_hitung (2,516 > 2,026); (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama dengan budaya K3 di bengkel motor listrik seperti yang ditunjukkan pada nilai r_hitung  > r_(tabel ) (0,626 > 0,279) dan uji-F dengan F_tabel > F_(hitung )(11,924 > 3,25). Abstract  This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and discipline and K3 culture in the electric motorbike workshop of the Industrial Automation Engineering Skills Program at SMKN 7 Bekasi. Research problems relate to a lack of understanding of the strength of relationships between variables. The population in this study were students in the Industrial Automation Engineering class, class random without paying attention to the strata in the population. Data analysis uses quantitative data obtained from expert validation and student responses. The results of data collection using the IBM SPSS 27 version test tool showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and K3 culture in electric motorbike workshops as shown in the value of rcount > rtable(0.537 > 0.312) and  ttest with ttable> tcount (3.235 > 2.026; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between discipline and K3 culture in electric motorbike workshops as shown in the rcount > rtable (0.469 > 0.312) and t-test with  ttable> tcount (2.516 > 2.026); (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and discipline together with K3 culture in the workshop electric motor as shown in the value of rcount > rtable (0.626 > 0.279) and Ftest with Ftable > Fcount (11.924 > 3.25).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan akses Storage Room Teknik Elektronika di SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok yang masih menggunakan kunci manual, sehingga berisiko kehilangan, duplikasi, dan kesulitan manajemen akses. Kelemahan ini mengganggu keamanan aset dan operasional pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan menguji sistem pengelolaan akses pintu berbasis pengenalan wajah untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi akses. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik dengan jenis rekayasa maju (Forward Engineering). Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja sistem pengelolaan akses berbasis pengenalan wajah menggunakan algoritma LBPH (Local Binary Patterns Histogram). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 10 individu (5 terdaftar dan 5 tidak terdaftar) dengan pengujian sebanyak 5 kali pada masing-masing individu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi sistem berhasil membuka pintu dengan persentase 100%. Rata-rata waktu proses pengenalan hingga membuka pintu adalah 6,54 detik, mencerminkan efisiensi sistem. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat diandalkan untuk pengelolaan akses yang aman dan cepat. Abstract This research discusses the access management of the Electronics Engineering Storage Room at SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok which still uses manual keys, thus risking loss, duplication, and access management difficulties. These weaknesses interfere with asset security and learning operations. The research objective is to design and test a face recognition-based door access management system to improve security and access efficiency. This research was conducted using engineering methods with the type of forward engineering. This research evaluates the performance of face recognition-based access management system using LBPH (Local Binary Patterns Histogram) algorithm. Tests were conducted using 10 individuals (5 registered and 5 unregistered) with 5 times testing on each individual. The test results show the accuracy of the system successfully opens the door with a percentage of 100%. The average time from the recognition process to opening the door was 6.54 seconds, reflecting the efficiency of the system. The findings show that the system is reliable for secure and fast access management.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat yang dapat membersihkan permukaan panel surya secara otomatis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik dengan jenis rekayasa maju (Forward Engineering). Proses pemindaian kekotoran permukaan panel surya menggunakan sensor TCS3200 dengan memanfaatkan frekuensi warna red (R), green (G), dan blue (B) serta Sensor HC-SR04 digunakan untuk mengukur volume air yang tersedia pada ember penampungan air. Untuk memproses hasil pemindaian, digunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Teknologi IoT (Internet of Things) digunakan untuk menghubungkan ESP32 dengan Blynk, yang memungkinkan alat untuk mengirimkan notifikasi atau data dari perangkat fisik ke platform cloud. Dalam penelitian ini, setiap komponen dilakukan pengujian yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kinerja yang optimal dalam sistem pemantauan dan pembersihan panel surya berbasis IoT.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian volume air memiliki rata-rata selisih akurasi 3,753%. Pada pengujian sensor warna berdasarkan kondisi awal permukaan panel surya dan kondisi permukaan panel surya setelah dibersihkan, rata-rata selisih akurasinya adalah 1,6%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut alat yang dibuat dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam membersihkan kotoran pada permukaan panel surya. Abstract This study aims to design a tool that can clean the surface of solar panels automatically. This research was conducted using engineering methods with the type of forward engineering. The process of scanning dirt on the surface of the solar panel uses the TCS3200 sensor by utilizing the red (R), green (G), and blue (B) color frequencies and the HC-SR04 sensor is used to measure the volume of water available in the water storage bucket. To process the scan results, the ESP32 microcontroller is used. IoT (Internet of Things) technology is used to connect the ESP32 with Blynk, which allows the tool to send notifications or data from physical devices to the cloud platform. In this study, each component was tested with the aim of ensuring optimal performance in the IoT-based solar panel monitoring and cleaning system. Based on the results of the water volume test, the average accuracy difference is 3.753%. In the color sensor test based on the initial condition of the solar panel surface and the condition of the solar panel surface after cleaning, the average accuracy difference is 1.6%. Based on this, the tool made can function well in cleaning dirt on the surface of the solar panel.
