Abstract

The problem of reserch was “ the low of chlidren ability to recognize the geometric shapes. The research aims to see how the creative dance can improve the geometric in the children abilities in the Yannira Islamic Kindergarten. The research took a sample of 15 children. All the data is collected and the analized. Abstract

Fine motor is the activity of coordinating muscles by demanding the ability to control fine movements and be able to apply in the surrounding environment or in everyday life so that aspects of a child's development can develop properly. The purpose of this study was to improve children's fine motor skills through leaf compilation activities in Group B of Padang Pariaman Kindergarten. This type of research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action). Data collection by observation while analyzed using a percentage formula. The results of research in the kindergarten Amanah Padang Pariaman that the child's fine motor skills increased from each meeting can be seen from the average in the first cycle 56.6% increased in the second cycle to 83.3% with the activities of arranging leaves in the children's fine motor skills

Abstract

This research is motivated by the empowerment of fostered citizens through skills training activities in the Class IIB Detention Center of Sawahlunto City. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was found that the training activities carried out aim to change the attitudes and behavior of fostered citizens for the better, provide a handle on capital skills that can be utilized when the sentence ends so that they have more positive activities and do not repeat the crimes they have committed, fill the day days during their sentence, and can change the public's bad view of the Detention Center. In the implementation of training activities the use of methods in accordance with the training carried out is the demonstration method and practice method. The material provided in this activity is material about welding, craft making and spiritual material which ultimately returns to the purpose of empowering the fostered citizens, namely changing the attitudes and behavior of the fostered citizens

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of modern dance training activities in a community at Blitz Dance Studio Padang which aims to channel the talents and potential possessed by the participants. The Participants in this community are generally at the age of children and adolescents who have motivation and enthusiasm. This is based on the use of media and methods in training. This study aims to describe how the implementation of modern dance skills training at Blitz Dance Studio Padang. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. The data sources of this research are trainers and modern dance participants, as well as participant parents. The Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data employed is an extension of participation, observation, and triangulation. The results of data analysis were found: the media for the implementation of modern dance training uses audio media, visual media, media objects, and computer media. The method of implementing modern dance training uses lecture, question and answer and discussion methods, demonstration methods, and simulation game methods. Evaluation of the implementation of training is carried out using diagnostic, formative, and selective assessments. Diagnostic assessment is carried out every training process and after completion of the training which aims to see the weaknesses in the participants. Selective assessment is carried out to make selections in forming a team. A formative assesment was performed at the end of the training program by the way a coach ordered the participants to repeat the modern dance movement. Researchers suggest that trainers may use and develop good media, methods, and evaluations in the training of modern dance to give participans the ability to master the modern dance training movement according to the goal they wish to achieve

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the high social concern of the children of the seaside pantenggangan to the Character of Social Concern in Sholeh Wijaya Children's Home, Patenggangan Air Tawar Barat, Padang City. This study aims to describe the learning of social care characters in RAS Wijaya Karya viewed from aspects of learning strategies, learning methods, and forms of learning media used. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. Sources of data in this study consisted of research subjects and research informants. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the social awareness character learning strategy in RAS has four strategies namely; check the feeling / check the child's basic emotions, imagine, activity, and sharing. Furthermore, the method of learning social care characters in RAS has 5 methods namely; learning while playing method, demonstration method, discussion method, lecture method and kauny quranic school method. The third aspect is the social media character learning media in RAS using 6 media namely; dice, paper, books, sticks, cellphones, and mirrors. Suggestions in this research are that RAS managers can develop programs and increase community interest in participating in RAS activities.

Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dalam program kegiatannya melaksanakan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu terhadap narapidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan persepsi narapidana tentang kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, (2) mendeskripsikan partisipasi narapidana dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, dan (3) mengidentifikasi sejauh mana hubungan antara persepsi dengan partisipasi narapidana dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menetapkan sebanyak 32 narapidana sebagai responden penelitian dengan penggunaaan teknik purposive sampling, serta alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan instrumen penelitian model Skala Likert. Selanjutnya data tersebut diolah menggunakan teknik statistik dalam menentukan nilai mean, standar deviasi, range, skor dan presentase. Sedangkan untuk melihat hubungan diantara dua variabel, digunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution for windows release 20.0. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) deskripsi persepsi narapidana tentang kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan secara umum sangat positif, (2) deskripsi narapidana dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan secara umum sangat baik, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dengan partisipasi narapidana dalam mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dengan besaran korelasi 0,879. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian disarankan agar menyusun program-program yang disesuaikan dengan keefektifan penyelenggaraan pada kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan pertukangan kayu di lembaga pemasyarakatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan persepsi maupun partisipasi narapidana.

Abstract

The introduction of the concept of numbers given to children aims so that a child can better understand the concept of these numbers and can apply the surrounding environment or in everyday life so that aspects of child development develop well. This study aims to improve the ability of the concept of children's numbers through the activities of the turning wheel in Group B Islamic Kindergarten in Padang Pariaman. This type of research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action). Data collection techniques are through observation while the analysis technique used is the percentage. The results of research in primagama padang creative kindergartens that the reading ability of children increased from each meeting can be seen from the average in the first cycle 42.67% increased in the second cycle to 80% with the activity of the turning wheel in the ability of the child number concept.

Abstract

Relationship Perceived Interpersonal Relationship Students And Teachers With Student Achievement. This study began based on the phenomenon of the low value of the National Exam achievement of Muhammadiyah High School students. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between perceptions of interpersonal relationships between students and teachers with the learning achievements of students of Padang Panjang Muhammadiyah High School. Research subjects numbered 86 people who were obtained through proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection uses a QTI scale determined from aspects of the model of interpersonal teacher behavior (MITB) by Wubbels and Levy (1993). Data is processed using the product moment correlation statistical technique. The results of the study with a rxy value of 0.473 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01) showed that there was a significant positive relationship between perceptions of students 'interpersonal relationships with teachers and students' learning achievements in Padang Panjang Muhammadiyah High School. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Lubuk Begalung Padang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu pencermatan terhadap kegiatan yang sengaja dimunculkan yang terjadi disebuah kelas. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap hasil diperoleh dengan menggunakan pendekatan persentase. Pada siklus satu pertemuan tiga perkembangan kemampuan mengenal kata mencapai empat puluh empat persen dan belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Pelaksanaan penelitian pada siklus dua pertemuan tiga terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mengenal kata yang sangat baik mencapai delapan puluh delapan persen, sehingga mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Hasilnya menunjukkan melalui permainan kartu kata bergambar berbentuk jendela mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Lubuk Begalung Padang.

Correlation Mental Toughness and Competitive Anxiety to peak performance basketball atheletes Sumbar.This research aims to determine the relationship between mental toughness and competitive anxiety on peak performance in basketball athletes in West Sumatra.
