Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah melakukan perubahan jumlah terbitan dari 1 x setahun (Juli) menjadi 2 x setahun (Februari dan Agustus) dan telah melakukan perubahan data administrasi pada laman LIPI dengan url: http://u.lipi.go.id/1480905139. <![CDATA[Online business is one of the industries that thrives on social media. With business competition starting to grow a lot these days, businesses are setting up online businesses to boost sales. One suggestion is to reduce the price on combination of items that are commonly purchased at the same time. Using the transaction data obtained through purchase, an association rule may be used to discover the rules for combinations of items. The association process uses an a priori algorithm to access sales transaction data. The positive results of this study can be used to produce the strategies in the development of online businesses.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to create an application that can help visitors / couples of childbearing age see the locations and data of couples of childbearing age in Tamarundung village. Where the researchers directly went to the object of research, namely UPTD KB Tamarundung Village, Palopo City to obtain data and information about couples of childbearing age. The research method used is the Prototype method where the stages in this method are Requirements Collection, Prototyping building, Prototyping evaluation, coding, testing, system evaluation and system use. This Geographic information system in its manufacture uses PHP and MySQL as a database, Google MAPS API & Web Server is used to implement the program and is tested with Black Box testing techniques. With this geographic information system, it can help visitors/couples of childbearing age to view information such as data on couples of childbearing age, location of couples of childbearing age, location of UPTD KB in Tamarudung Village, Palopo City and make it easier for UPTD KB in Tamarundung Village to manage data for fertile age couples.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the vocational division of the acceptance of new students that will be taken by the author with data mining techniques using a priori algorithm method. The data source used is to make observations. Match predictions can be obtained based on the results of comparisons with other students who have similarity data with student A. By using a priori algorithm obtained results that involve a collection of items that often with a high value of trust. The results of this study are data that group prospective new students based on their desired majors with a minimum support of 50% and a minimum trust of 50%, making 20 rules that are set aside. One of the rules that is formed is if the student chooses a fashion major (A4) then the department that is more suitable for students is hair and skin (A2) with a support value of 0.5 or equal to 50 and trust 100 to 0.5 or equal to 50 It is hoped that this information can provide advice to the public vocational school 1 Siantar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the level of community satisfaction with services in the District Court Simalungun using the C4.5 Algorithm method. The data source used in this study was taken with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with closed and open answers, where the data is in the form of numbers and analyzed static descriptive. The study population was all service users in the District Court Simalungun, including Procedures, Service Time, Costs/ Tariffs, Implementing Behavior, etc. After doing the calculations manually, the verification is also done using the application, namely RapidMiner. From the analysis process, it can be seen that the responsive aspect is the most dominant aspect in determining the level of community satisfaction at the District Court Simalungun]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based TPI Palopo Fish Ordering Application which is later expected to be able to assist and minimize the time used and facilitate the delivery of information. The type of research used is descriptive. The results of the study are in the form of an Android application consisting of several pages containing the order of TPI PALOPO fish, product information, product category information and product prices, all of which have been functionally tested using the black box testing method, and of course user friendly interface The software that supports this application uses the Windows 10 Android Studio operating system, XAMPP, Sublime Text, Photoshop CC 2015, Android emulator with UML as the system designer, which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The system development method applied is the waterfall, which is carried out step by step and must be passed sequentially. So that with this application that has been built, it is expected to improve the performance of an institution/agency/company, especially in TPI Palopo.]]>

<![CDATA[The SMK Negeri 1 Siantar School Library is one of the special libraries located at the SMK Negeri 1 Siantar School. Libraries provide various kinds of library materials such as books, lessons, lesson questions, and other vocational books. After the researcher made observations, the problem that often occurred was books that were borrowed and returned books that had a non-strategic layout, so that library visitors who did not know the placement found it difficult to find the books they wanted to borrow. This research uses data mining techniques, namely the Apriori Algorithm, the Apriori Method is a method for looking for patterns of relationships between one or more items in a dataset. The Apriori method can be used for data on borrowing books at the Siantar 1 State Vocational School School Library, where the composition of the library books (B1) X_Press UN 2019 B. Indonesia side by side with books (B4) School of Love is a Great Leader and Teacher, if the composition of the book is (B10) Moral Mulia side by side with book (B1) X_Press UN 2019 B. Indonesia, If the book arrangement (B7) X_Press Mathematics is side by side with the book (B5) Relationer, if the book arrangement (B7) X_Press Mathematics is side by side with the book (B9) Indonesian Wisdom Batak Toba, and if the arrangement of the book (B10) Morals Mulia is side by side with the book (B8) Hati Therapy, the data from these items each met the minimum confidance value of 0,5% or the same as the specified 50%. Artificial neural network is a method that is able to perform mathematical processes in predicting santri / wati. Bacpropagation algorithm is used to process data that is implemented with Matlab. Where data is collected through direct observation. Data is grouped by majors. <![CDATA[Termination of Employment (PHK) for employees is a thing that is very avoided for every employee, it stops there based on their own request, but there is also a reason for regulations that no longer allow the employee to continue his work. Cases of termination of employment (layoffs) against employees in a company often occur. In PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia, Tbk precisely in the office of the Bah Lias Research Station (BLRS) there were 76 employees laid off. And in the Bah Lias Estate (BLE) office there were 21-22 employees who were laid off. The company will make efficiency because of the excess ratio. Standardization ratio set by the company is 0.16. But the company has exceeded the existing ratio. The service period in the company is 55 years old. After 55 years the company will retire the worker according to the applicable law (Law 13 of 2000). For employees affected by the R program from the company, their rights will be paid according to applicable laws. In this efficiency, there are 4 R program criteria, namely: lose day is workers who are often absent while working or are absent, unproductive are workers who do not have work or workers who are often sick, nearing retirement. The service period in the company is 55 years old, so it is required to retire if the work period has reached 55 years. And the last criterion is undisciplined is workers who are late for work hours and are absent from work.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the development of learning media for Android-based elementary school mathematics educational games for mathematics lessons in elementary schools. From the results of this study, the research method chosen is the waterfaal method, with a development model consisting of 5 stages, namely: (1) planning stage, (2) design stage, (3) manufacture stage, (4) testing stage, (5 ) Implementation Phase. The results of the determination show that the Android-based educational game teaching facility for elementary school mathematics is feasible to use for learning elementary school mathematics. The design of this application is specifically for students as users. The application is designed for a running system that will be built in the form of a Use Case.]]>
