JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Abstract

Pematangsiantar District Attorney's Office is a government agency that is engaged in the management of law and human rights. Employees are very important resources to determine the success of a work unit. Efforts to improve the quality of performance of a civil servant is a promotion. Position is a position that indicates the level of a person of the State Civil Apparatus. Promotion is an award given for work performance and service of the State Civil Apparatus. Decision Support System (SPK) which can help make it easier to determine an employee can be said to be eligible for promotion. In this study the decision-making calculation method used is Promethee with 5 criteria namely rank, Education, Discipline, Position History, Test Results. The system was built using the PHP programming language. The test results using the Questionnaire Testing show that the system can function according to the needs of users and the system is declared to have fulfilled the criteria for structural promotion of Employees at Pematangsiantar District Attorney's Office.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times, the number of consumers who need ornamental plants provides good prospects for the future of the ornamental plant business, especially for ornamental plant farmers. Ornamental plants are not limited to ornamental plants that live in pots, but also include cut flowers, cacti, bonsai, hoya carnosa hydroponic plants and tabor flowers. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of hoya carnosa ornamental plants. The criteria for selecting hoya carnosa ornamental plants are to have a beautiful basic shape, come from long-lived plants, easy-to-form stems and branches, attractive and curvy skin surface, small leaves and quite dense, the condition of the plant is old enough and the plant is strong to form. The system was built using the Android programming language and applied the TOPSIS method to determine the hoya carnosa ornamental plants.

Abstract

Meat production results should have good quantity and quality. To increase meat production, of course it is necessary to look at healthy types of livestock. Meat continues to increase in line with the increase in population, community income, education, standard of living and awareness of the nutritional value of animal production. The need for livestock meat production is one of the driving factors for the economy in Indonesia. This research can provide and input to the local government which is the leading producer of meat for the type of livestock in North Sumatra province and as a basis for making policies to increase meat production for other provinces. The method used in this research is the K-Means Algorithm. Where K-Means is one of the Algorithms in Data Mining that can be used to group data clusters. So that the data from 33 districts / cities will be divided into 2 clusters where cluster 1 is the high group, while cluster 2 is the low group. The results obtained from the study show that the results of manual calculation Algorithms and Microsoft Excel data have the same value, namely high cluster 1 and low cluster 32, and entering Microsoft Excel calculations into rapidminer has the same value as well

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing in assessing the level of management and services provided by the bank to its customers. The existence of banking services in society is indeed more profitable, especially in the economic sector, where economic actors are more free to carry out the process of economic activities to support survival. Data mining is an analysis of observations of large amounts of data to find relationships that are not known beforehand, data processed by the data mining method will produce a new knowledge sourced from old data, the results of processing can be used to determine future decisions. Using the C4.5 algorithm will predict which aspects are more dominant towards customer satisfaction. The data source of this research was collected based on a questionnaire (questionnaire) filled out by customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pematangsiantar City. Data will be processed by calculating the value of entropy, calculating the gain value. So that the final results obtained in the form of a decision tree are expected to be input to the Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pematangsiantar City in maintaining the quality of its services to customers and improving the quality so that customers are always satisfied with the services provided

Abstract

This study discusses the assessment of the performance of the ASN (State Civil Apparatus) in the Pematangsiantar DPRD Secretariat based on the quality of its work. In carrying out their performance, emoployess are still often truant and have a poor work ethic.In this case the research aims to improve employee welfare. During this time the amount of employee income is only based on the group and position they have. This study uses the K-Means method to classify or classify employee performance quality assessments based on SKP (employee work objectives) with additional income based on work quality assessment and employee behavior.After conducting this research there is a result that in carrying out the performance of employees include Quality, Quantity, Time, Cost of each task activity so as to produce a system capable of assisting the appraisal officer in evaluating the quality of employee performance using the K-Means algorithm as information to find out the employee including very good, enough, and less.

Abstract

This study aims to design an information system for new student admissions at SMA Negeri 4 Luwu. The research method used is the system development method with the waterfall model. Data collection techniques using data documentation methods, interviews and observations. This new admissions information system in its design uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) development method which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Database logic design using My SQL and system interface. The software used in designing and implementing or supporting the system uses XAMPP as a web server, PhpMySQL as a database, HTML as a framework or format for a web, PHP as a language used on the server side, black box as a system test and a browser as a display media. The new student admission information system at SMA Negeri 4 Luwu includes new student registration, registration information, announcements, managing registration information and approving registration. The information system has been tested (test case) in order to obtain an information system that runs well

Abstract

Services provided by an organizational unit or people who work in that organization and employees in other units are known as internal services. The use of web applications for problem complaints services at the Secretariat General of DPD RI is still considered less flexible because the activities of employees and officials within the Secretariat General of DPD RI are mobile and rarely in the room. This research aims to design a mobile-based problem complaint information system by applying the waterfall system development methodology. System requirements analysis was conducted by interviewing two informants with more than two years of service and observing the current system. The study results stated that the problem complaint information system managed to display the things that were expected from the entire menu after being tested using the black-box method. After testing, it is hoped that a mobile-based problem complaint information system can be developed by adding features that support and measure the performance of employees or officials.

Abstract

This study aims to create and implement a web-based information system for SMP Negeri 5 Walenrang. The type of research used in this study is Research And Development (R&D) with data collection techniques using observation methods, documentation methods, and interview methods. The web-based information system of SMP Negeri 5 Walenrang is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The information system that is built is web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system has been tested using black box testing, where all tested displays are guilty as desired

Abstract

In several studies, many have produced various programs or applications specifically designed to identify plants, fruits, leaves or others based on the specified characteristics. Of the various kinds of fruits and vegetables, carrots are vegetables that have many benefits and are liked by the majority of people. So it is necessary to choose good quality fruit to produce quality products as well. However, so far, the selection of quality carrots is still using the manual method with the human sense of sight to determine good and bad quality carrots. . Image processing in this application uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm which is a method that classifies objects based on the learning data that is closest to the object. In the development of the carrot quality classification application, it is hoped that it can help farmers, industry, or the general public in sorting out good and efficient carrot quality. On the results of the classification using this classification system got a percentage of 74.19%
