JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Abstract

This study aims to design, build and implement a website in Bulolondong Village, Lamasi Timur District, Luwu Regency. The research method used is the system development method with the waterfall model. Data collection techniques using data documentation methods, interviews and observations. The design of this village web in its design uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) development method which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Database logic design using My SQL and system interface. The software used in designing, building and implementing the system uses XAMPP as a webserver, PhpMySQL as a database. The village web design includes the home page, profile page, village information page, potential page, community service page, contact, Login page, profile management page, information management page, village potential management page, service information management page and contact management page. The information system has been tested (test case) in order to obtain an information system that runs well

Abstract

This research is based on the background of the observations and experiences of researchers, that the system of recruitment of new teachers who are currently running in TK / PAUD LESTARI is still not optimal because they are still doing manual and not computerized methods. As a result, it will slow down the work time of the school in making decisions, searching, inputting, updating, the previous recruitment data of the previous period will also be difficult and require a long time, and the security of data recruitment is also not guaranteed. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the subject of new teacher recruitment research for TK / PAUD LESTARI. Research is carried out in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is a life cycle or methodology in system development. The conclusion of the results of this study is through the cycle of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is a life cycle or methodology in developing the system to be even better. Based on the conclusions of the results of this study, it was recommended: the aim of the researchers to conduct this research was to design and create a "New Teacher Recruitment Decision Support System in TK / PAUD LESTARI in Simalungun Regency" in order to facilitate the school in inputting, updating, searching and securing recruitment data

Abstract

School is a place for students to gain knowledge. Every school has a goal which is to improve the quality of the education world, as well as the MTS Pembina Maligas Bayu school. To realize this goal there must be improvements in service, teaching and assessment in order to make a quality school. In this case the homeroom teacher is faced with a problem that is the selection of high achieving students who fit the criteria desired by the school. The purpose of this study is to analyze which factors are the most dominant in determining student achievement. The selection of high achieving students has many factors and has different values, so we need an Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to overcome them. Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods including decision support system techniques, Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a mathematical theory that allows dealing with interrelated factors and feedback in a structured manner. The data of this study came from student questionnaires which had a rating of 1-10. With alternative morals (A1), Grades (A2), Discipline (A3), Absence (A4), The role of the teacher (A5). Whereas A1 0.16%, A2 0.02%, A3 0.02%, A4 0.07% and A5 0.06%. It is hoped that this research can provide input to the MTS Pembina schools to focus on the dominant factor in the selection of outstanding students so as to increase the number of outstanding students.

Abstract

Current problems often do not have certain answers. The use of fuzzy mamdani logic to determine a level of achievement of the success of the teacher in teaching students at MI Mambaul Ulum Al Amin Sampit is the content of this paper. The problem will be solved by determining the level of achievement of the teacher's success in teaching students, if only two input variables are used, namely the teacher and also the value. So the first thing to solve the problem of the level of achievement of teacher success in teaching through the fuzzy mamdani method is to determine the input and output variables of a firm set. The second thing is changing the input variables into fuzzy sets through fuzzyfication. The third thing is processing data from fuzzy sets using the maximum system. The last or fourth thing is changing the results issued into a firm set through defuzzyfication with the centroid method, so the results are as desired in the output variable. The calculation of fuzzy mamdani results in an achievement level of success for MI teachers with a teacher variable value of 55 and a variable value of 80

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make a ranking of high achieving students in the tenth grade at Simalungun MAN School. In this study, researchers used a Decision Support System, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method. From the data of student grades, all tenth graders of MAN Simalungun obtained student scores that have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). To assess student achievement not only from semester exam scores, grades in other fields can also be considered by teachers in assessing students. In the assessment can be taken from everyday values and also student absences. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input to the school, especially teachers to pay more attention to students who are weak in the learning process. So students are motivated and can improve achievement at school

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to classify data on families who are entitled to receive a Prosperous Family Card (KKS), because there are still many other poor families who have not had the opportunity to receive this assistance program. Sources of data obtained from the Panghulu Nagori Mekar Rejo office, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The method used in this research is the C4.5 algorithm data mining technique which is implemented with the RapidMiner 5.3 application. The variables used in determining which families are entitled to receive a Prosperous Family Card (KKS) are (1) Occupation, (2) Income of the Head of the Family, (3) Number of Dependents, (4) Highest Education, (5) Condition of the House Building. The results of the classification using the C4.5 algorithm and testing with the Rapidminer software found that the factor that determines the feasibility of providing the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) assistance is C2 (Head of Household Income) with the highest gain value, namely 0.46880137

Abstract

Calories are a source of energy that we get from food intake that contains nutrients and as a basic human need for humans to survive. The number of people who consume excessive calories and do not pay attention to the amount of calorie intake that is consumed will result in the emergence of various diseases that are bad for health. In this case the government does not have information about the data on the average calorie consumption per province by province. The purpose of this study is to determine the highest and lowest clusters, for that the authors use Data Mining with the K-Means Algorithm to classify Average Calorie Consumption per day by province. This test is carried out using RapidMiner software. The results were obtained from the average grouping of calorie consumption grouped by two clusters: high and low clusters, high clusters of 13 provinces and low clusters of 21 provinces. Provinces that are classified as low clusters are expected to be a contribution for the Indonesian government for decision making in an effort to maintain a balanced consumption of calories per day and create a healthy lifestyle program in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to build and implement a web-based academic information system at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo. The research method used is the system development method with the waterfall model. The web-based academic information system at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo in its design uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) development method which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Logical database design using MySQL and system interfaces. The software used in the design and implementation of the system uses XAMPP as a webserver, PHP, MySQL as a database. The web-based academic information system at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo includes home page registration, student data, teacher data, student grades, lesson schedules, counseling data, student data input, teacher data input, class data input, subject input, lesson schedule input, input value and input data BK. The information system has been tested (test case) in order to obtain an information system that runs well

Abstract

In overcoming the problem of poverty, the Government implements the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is a program assistance that provides assistance (subsidies) in cash to poor households as long as they meet the requirements set out in the program. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the family is still eligible or not receive the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance, where there are many other disadvantaged families who have not had the opportunity to receive this assistance program. Sources of data obtained from the Martoba Village Head Office. The method used in the study is a data mining technique with the C4.5 algorithm which is implemented with the RapidMiner application. The attributes used in determining the family's eligibility are still feasible or not receiving assistance from this assistance program, namely income, number of family dependents, vehicle ownership and residence status. The results of the classification algorithm C4.5 and testing with Rapid Miner software, it is found that the factor that most influences the eligibility of the Family Hope Program (PKH) recipients is the number of stages (C1) with an acquisition value of 0.51827179

Abstract

Allergies are an abnormal response from the immune system. People who experience allergies have an immune system that reacts to a substance that is usually harmless in the environment. There are two limitations in this study, namely, seafood allergy and air allergy. In this study, the data used were sourced from the National Statistics Agency in 2011-2019. This study uses data mining techniques in data processing with the k-medoids clustering method. The k-medoids method is a clustering method that functions to split the dataset into several groups. The advantages of this method are able to overcome the weaknesses of the k-means method which is sensitive to outliers. Another advantage of this method is that the results of the clustering process do not depend on the order in which the dataset is entered. This method can be applied to data on the percentage of children affected by allergies by province, so that it can be seen the grouping of provinces based on this data. From this grouping data obtained 3 clusters namely low cluster (2 provinces), medium cluster (30 provinces) and high cluster (2 provinces) from the percentage of allergy immunization under five in each province. It is hoped that this research can provide information to the health department, especially the public health center regarding data grouping of Allergic Diseases in children in Indonesia which has an impact on equity in giving anti-allergic immunization to children in Indonesia
