Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Auction data is very important data for companies that are particularly engaged in credit distribution services. In this company, there is also an auction activity in which goods that have been pawned but have expired credit payments, the goods will be auctioned in general by the company. A large amount of existing customer auction data causes employees to experience several problems in managing large amounts of data and it is difficult to obtain accurate information in grouping auction data according to the amount of money borrowed. This application can help employees to obtain information in the method of grouping auction data by applying K-Means Clustering and can be better selected based on predetermined criteria. Testing the application for grouping the K-Means Clustering method using RapidMiner gave results based on 17 customer data types of Small loans, 5 Medium loan types, and 2 customer data on Large loan types.

At the Labuhanbatu Selatan Ministry of Religion office, there were problems in selecting the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) establishment permit registration file, because the admin was still selecting files one by one without using accurate calculations, so the process of obtaining a recommendation for Raudhatul Athfal (RA) establishment permit took a long time. . Therefore we need a Decision Support System (DSS) to help simplify the decision-making process by using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method which will weight each criterion where the highest criterion weight value influences the interests of the other criteria so as to produce calculations with high accuracy values. Calculations are carried out by manual calculations or system calculations. The application for selecting the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) establishment permit file is a web-based application where the application will perform calculations and perform rankings quickly and accurately in determining which madrasas will later receive a recommendation for Raudhatul Athfal's establishment permit.

This study aims to compare the read and write speed levels between NTFS compression and compression in software, both with the Lempel-Ziv algorithm and other algorithms. Results were retrieved by comparing the compression and decompression rates using the NTFS file system and the 7-Zip application which was performed using files with different file types and sizes. It is concluded that NTFS compression with process automation capability is quite good in terms of read and write speed, although in terms of compression level it is still not as good as compression in software. This research does not only compare one file compression algorithm to another, but also how the algorithm is implemented in different ways/media, in this case on the NTFS file system and on third-party software (7-Zip).

Mapping of food security in celala sub-district has not been mapped into the Geographic Information System (GIS). Food security is a condition where humans can meet their food needs. Therefore, as a first step to overcome the problem of food insecurity, efforts are needed regarding the condition of food security in Celala District. Information on food security and insecurity is important to provide information to decision makers in making programs and policies, this information can be used as a an instrument to deal with food crises in the context of efforts to protect/avoid food and nutrition crises in the short, medium and long term.

To increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in the field of social protection, the Indonesian government, starting in 2007, is implementing the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). The Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) has been implemented in various regions in Indonesia, and Titi Kuning Village, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra is one of the areas in Indonesia that has implemented PKH. The obstacle that is often found in the process of determining PKH beneficiaries is that there are beneficiaries of PKH social assistance who are not on target. In addition, many families, ranking the determination of PKH beneficiaries will take a long time. Thus a solution is needed to help this problem, namely with a decision support system that applies the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method as determining priority for prospective recipients of PKH social assistance in Titi Kuning Village. Decision support systems have the goal of providing information to decision-makers so that decision-makers can make more effective and targeted decisions. Designing a decision support system for prioritizing prospective recipients of PKH social assistance using the VIKOR method in the Titi Kuning Village, so that PKH assistance recipients are right on target according to predetermined criteria. It can support the performance of the Village Government to the Social Office and to the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Currently, games are in great demand by various age groups, especially children. Game is one of the alternative media that is very effective in creating educational situations for children to play. Interactive games can trigger children's interest in playing and can help children be more active in the reactions given by the system. This educational game aimed at early childhood aims to add insight and knowledge to children, as well as train children's motor skills in playing, train memory, hone children's creativity, as well as a fun entertainment medium. In this study, the design of an animal recognition game was built using the Adobe Flash CS6 application and with the Finite State Machine or FSM as the method used to design a control system by implementing three standard system work matters, namely states, events and actions. actions). This game uses the Finite State Machine or FSM technique with the aim that this application is easier for children aged 4-6 years to use. Development of an animal introduction educational game application in the form of an .exe file that can run on a laptop or computer device. The results of tests carried out using the System Usability Scale method obtained a score of 70.8%, the results were categorized as acceptable and ready for use.

Currently, there are many programming languages that have been developed to assist developers in creating applications. One of them is the Golang programming language. Golang is a programming language created and developed by the Google Engineer team in 2009. The Golang programming language has several uses including as a language for building Backend Stacks, developing E-Commerce applications, and developing Cloud Native. In this case, the focus is on the Golang programming language as the back-end stack. To find out the effectiveness of the Golang programming language, a comparison is made with another programming language, namely the Node.js programming language. In this research, the two programming languages are compared with parameters of response speed, consumption of CPU and memory resources. This research reveals that Golang responds faster, and uses less CPU resources. Meanwhile, Node.Js has a good balance in the use of resources, especially memory.

The need for an analysis of the classification at SMA Negeri 1 Musi Rawas was the reason for conducting research on the clasification of the economic abilities of new student, determining classification in large numbers was impossible to do manually because it required quite a long time. For that we need a method that can solve classification problems automatically with a computer. in classifying an application in the form of orange is used and in analyzing using the K-Nearest Neighbor method because it has the working principle of fiding the shortest distance between the data to be evaluated with the nearest K in the training data. This study aims to apply the orange application using the K-Nearest Neighbor method and find out what the level of accuracy is with the K-Nearest Neighbor method. From this study the training data is 150 and testing 1 with a K value of 50 gets an accuracy value of 92%.

The Internet of Things (IoT) Industry is growing rapidly, security surrounding this Industry has to be upgraded. This study analyzes which machine learning performs the best in detecting Injection Attacks in IoT devices. The proposed machine learning methods includes Catboost, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). This study uses Edge-IIoTset dataset. The traffic data obtained in this dataset comes from 13 different types of IoT devices which contains 10 files with normal traffic and 14 files of attack traffics. This study takes normal traffic and injection attacks traffic from Edge-IIoTset. Results shows that Catboost machine learning model performs the best in terms of performance score with 0.95599 score in Accuracy, Precision, F1-Score, and recall score where as Decision Tree model performs the fastest with 0.09 seconds of runtime and achieving 0.93 score in the performance.

Public complaint service is a very important service in a government agency. Service 112 is a public complaint service that is connected directly to the 112 call center that has been appointed by the local government. The government of the city of Samarinda through the Office of Communication and Informatics also has a call center service 112 which is commonly called by Samarinda City residents, namely the Samarinda Siaga Service 112. Various kinds of complaints from the public make operators have to be more careful in categorizing every complaint that comes in, and not infrequently the community convey it using the regional language which can make it difficult for operators to categorize the complaint. Text mining is one of the methods used in the classification process. In this study, the text mining process was used to classify public complaints using the Support Vector Machine method. The results of the research that has been carried out using as many as 120 public complaint data, which are then divided into 2, namely as training data as much as 96 data and data testing as much as 24 data using the Support Vector Machine method using the RBF kernel get an accuracy result of 79%, a precision of 56%, recall of 100%, f1-score of 71% and support 5.
