Abstract

Health is an important thing needed by humans to sustain all of their life activities. The phenomenon of people who prefer to seek treatment abroad rather than using domestic health services is a big challenge. This challenge can be answered by improving quality in all fields, especially in the health sector. So, this is what will help health service providers in determining strategies to meet community needs in the health sector. This study aims to determine the perceptions of outpatients at Mitra Sehat Sukoharjo Clinic. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research method uses a questionnaire method. The population in this study were the people of Sukoharjo Regency who visited the Puskesmas. The samples taken were 50 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the public's perception of outpatient services at the Mitra Sehat Sukoharjo Clinic is quite good.

Abstract

Background: One of the forms of recording medical record documents is a summary of the patient going home (Discharge Summary). Recording of medical records must be made as complete as possible by a doctor or authorized health worker. However, in reality, it is still common to find forms that are filled out incompletely. From this background, the researcher wants to know what factors cause incompleteness. Objective: To find out what factors cause incompleteness in filling out the patient's discharge form Methods: The research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Results: From the results of interviews conducted, it was found that filling out the forms was following the applicable standard operating procedures, and having carried out socialization regularly, one of the factors that caused the incompleteness was the busyness of the doctor and the burden. The work is so heavy that doctors and nurses forget to fill out the patient's return form Conclusion: filling out the patient's discharge form is following the MIRM 15 standard, and it is expected that the hospital will use this standard. One of the factors that cause incompleteness is the busyness of the doctor and the heavy workload.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants of implementing the Health Protocol as a preventative for Covid-19 among Gemolong Market Traders. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The dependent variable in this research is the implementation of health protocols, while the independent variables in the research are knowledge, perception, facilities regarding Covid-19. The research sample was taken using quota sampling with a sample size of 295 respondents who were traders selling at Gemolong Market. The analysis used by researchers to determine the influence of each variable uses multiple regression analysis. A total of 233 traders at Gemolong Market have implemented health protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The results of the research show that there is an influence of knowledge about Covid-19 on the implementation of health protocols as a preventative for Covid-19 transmission among Gemolong Market traders (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is no influence of perceptions about Covid-19 on the implementation of health protocols as a prevention of transmission Covid-19 among Gemolong Market traders (p value = 0.714 > 0.05) and there is an influence of the availability of Covid-19 prevention facilities on the implementation of health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission among Gemolong Market traders (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

Based on data from the Directorate General of the Central Religious Courts in 2022, there were 52,094 cases of applications for dispensation among teenagers aged (15-19 years), of which 210 cases were in Klaten Regency. Dispensation cases are triggered by untimely accidents which originate from insufficient knowledge and attitudes regarding sex before marriage. Abstract

Integrated healthcare center is a form of health effort community resources which is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in implementing health development. Cadres' knowledge of anthropometry is very important because it will have an impact on cadres' skills in measuring the growth of toddlers. From the results of preliminary survey observations at 4 integrated healthcare center who had anthropometric measurements, 36 children (28%) had measurement errors. Abstract

Smoking behavior is often carried out during adolescence. The number of male students who smoke cigarettes is 38.3%. Lack of knowledge about the dangers of smoking is one of the reasons why teenagers smoke. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior among young men at SMK N 2 Sukoharjo, Sukoharjo Regency. This type of quantitative research is an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary survey on work accident report data for 3 years. In 2019 there were 21 work accident cases, in 2020 there were 40 work accident cases, and in 2021 there were 23 work accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the variables age, gender, years of service, unsafe behavior, unsafe conditions with work accidents at PT Adikencana Mahkotabuana Karanganyar. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted from December 2022 to January 2023. The population was PT X spinning unit 2 production workers, the sample was 186 workers. The sampling technique uses Quota Sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire about factors related to work accidents. Methods of data analysis using the Chi-square test. The results of this study show that the variables associated with the occurrence of work accidents are years of service (p=0.006), unsafe behavior (p=0.001), and unsafe conditions (p=0.000).. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to improve the quality of new workers by providing knowledge and importance related to SOPs and rules, increasing the role of supervisors' strictness and discipline, imposing rewards and punishments, increasing housekeeping to keep floors clean from scattered cotton waste, and providing knowledge and rules on the importance of using shoes with non-slip soles.

Abstract

 Varicella is a contagious infectious disease caused by the Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV). Varicella zoster virus causes transmission between humans through droplets from inhalation and the mouth, and direct contact. Chickenpox causes a skin rash that forms small, itchy blisters that scab over. It usually starts on the chest, back and face and then spreads. The highest prevalence is in the 4 to 10 year age group. Chickenpox has an infection rate of 90%. Secondary cases in household contacts tend to have more severe disease than primary cases. Internal risks include a lack of knowledge about diseases related to their transmission, cleanliness and a weakened immune system. External risks include a lack of family knowledge, and inappropriate family treatment practices before going to the community health center. This paper reports a male patient aged 9 years with the main complaint of reddish spots filled with fluid appearing all over the body. The patient began to experience complaints 4 days ago. The patient's mother said that this was the first time the patient had experienced a complaint like this. The patient had previously sought treatment but not at a health facility and there was no improvement. Various approaches are needed to carry out comprehensive management of health problems in patients. Giving the varicella vaccine is one effort to minimize varicella disease. According to the mother's statement, the patient did not understand her child's illness so she was given education regarding prevention, transmission and treatment.

Abstract

Urgency: Working in a laboratory often brings us into contact with hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, sharp objects, blood, hazardous specimens, and various heavy equipment. Based on a preliminary study on December 8, 2023, the LPFK Kemenkes Banjarbaru is an agency that has collaborated with FKMIK in terms of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The results of a preliminary study conducted on December 8, 2023 at the LPFK Kemenskes Banjarbaru, it is known that in the work process there are potential risks whose risk profiles and risk categories are not yet known. Where these risks will interfere with organizational processes and must be controlled. Objective: This study aims to identify hazards, determine the level of danger, group risk profiles and risk categories. The importance of this research is to reduce the risk of work accidents, making it one of the references for reducing the number of work accidents. Method: This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the research variables used are single variables, namely risk assessment/risk management, the targeted outputs in this study are indexed publications in Sinta 3 and pocket books. Result : The results of risk identification in the laboratory work unit at LPFK X based on the assessment of the standard of Permenkes No. 25 of 2029 have the potential for Quality risk hazards and K3 risk hazards as stated in the risk code LPDP.01.01 to LPDP.01.12. The results of the risk assessment analysis have the potential for low risk hazards for 3 activities, medium risk for 8 activities and high risk for 1 activity. The results of the risk category based on the standard assessment have the risk categories of Legal Risk, Reputation Risk, Operational Risk, Financial Risk, and Compliance Risk.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenanggulangan penyakit menular dan penyakit tidak menular menular antara lain dilakukan melalui upaya promosi kesehatan. Penyampaian pesan kesehatan prioritas melalui penayangan spot radio menjadi salah satu alternatif media promosi kesehatan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat di saat pandemi Covid19.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyampaian pesan kesehatan prioritas melalui media spot radio (studi dilakukan pada 4 stasiun radio di Kota Semarang). Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah apakah terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan pendengar radio yang signifikan terkait pesan kesehatan prioritas sebelum dan sesudah penayangan spot radio. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Mei-Juni 2021.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode pre eksperimental design. Populasi  penelitian adalah para pendengar di empat stasiun radio di Kota Semarang, yaitu Radio Gajahmada 102.4 FM, Radio POP 103.6 FM, Radio Idola 92.6 FM, dan Radio Sonora 98.9 FM. Adapun Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling insidental. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pendengar keempat stasiun radio yang telah mengisi kuesioner pada link tautan yang telah diinformasikan oleh penyiar  radio.Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat dilakukan pada beberapa variabel antara lain variabel usia, pendidikan dan pengetahuan responden terkait pesan kesehatan prioritas sebelum dan sesudah penayangan spot radio. Sedangkan analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistic Wilcoxon dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%,  tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan pendengar radio yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penayangan spot radio.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 1395 total responden, sebagian besar  adalah wanita 724 orang(51,9%), sebagian besar berpendidikan SLTA dan S1 1057 orang (76,5%) dan sebagian besar berusia 21 tahun sebanyak 92 orang(6,6%). Hasil uji statistic Wilcoxon diketahui p value <0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan  pengetahuan pendengar radio yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penayangan spot radio.
