Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big influence student independence to student achievement of SMP Negeri 120 Jakarta. Learning achievement is the result of learning that can be achieved after through the process of teaching and learning activities. Learning achievement can be demonstrated through the value provided by an educator of the number of fields of study that have been studied by learners. Each learning activity would always expect to produce maximum learning. Data taken through survey and research using survey research method, ex post facto, experiment, naturalistic, policy research (Research policy), action research, evaluation and history. The result of this research is the result of coefficient of determination analysis (r²) variable of learning independence (x2) to learning achievement (Y) is 0,474. This means that 47,4% of variation that happened on learning achievement variable (Y) can be predicted by the variable of learning independence (x2), or in other words the variable of learning independence as predicator variable can be relied on to predict the variable of learning achievement of SMP Negeri 120 Jakarta as much as 52.6%. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of operating cash flows, profitability and sales growth on dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at mining companies listed on the BEI period 2012-2016. The data used in this study were obtained from the financial statements. The population in this study is a mining sector company listed on the BEI. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and obtained 6 samples within 5 years so that obtained 30 sample unit of mining company period 2012-2016 period. Data analysis method in this research is panel data regression by using Software Eviews 9.0. Based on the results of data processing shows that simultaneously operating cash flow, profitability and sales growth have a significant effect on dividend policy. While partially, operating cash flow has no significant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy and sales growth negatively affect dividend policy. Based on the results of this study, a company that wants to distribute dividends should pay attention to sales growth, this is because large sales growth tends to allocate funds for the expansion of the company compared with distributing dividends. Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain the influence of the independent variable profesinalism with work performance he got from his lecturers as dependent variable by taking 60 sample in the population lp3i polytechnic he got from his lecturers jakarta ciledug campus campus blok m which consisted of 60 the people who had given its input through the questionnaire provided researchers and measured by likert scale use correlation polytechnic and regression to hypothesis .The result analysis of the data and test hypotheses are ( 1 ) the value a sig . With 2-tailed 0.787 as much as to the level of a very streght mean so much smaller than the level of significant(α) 1 % and value of r2 or coefficient of determination as much as 0.620 , so it can be concluded that h1 accepted which means hypothesis advanced by tested that the impact of which is between the profesionalism with work performance he got from his lecturers .The conclusion of this research is competence , having significant influence with work performance he got from his lecturers in jakarta lp3i polytechnic . Abstract

The adoption of web servers in the world of office lately became quite important, as a result of the development of the desktop-based applications that have begun to shift toward Web-Based Applications. In reality, application of a web server in a company is not enough with just one web server, for the effectiveness of the work of the web server itself. Therefore, in this study the author tries to apply failover techniques on high availability clustering web server. Based on research methods that have been done writers begin with the analysis of needs, design, testing to implementation and data collection by way of observation, interview, and literature study, the application of failover techniques on high availability web server clustering is an attempt to minimize access failures that may occur anytime considering the state of the device that should standby at any time, where later after this technique is applied, then when the main server fails access to the application within the web server, the access will automatically be redirected to the second server. Abstract

The form of wage protection is the goal of the worker/laborer in doing the work to earn sufficient income to finance his life with his family, which is a decent living for humanity. During this time workers always neglected their rights in doing the work. Issues discussed in this paper are Is legal protection for workers/laborers in North Halmahera Regency in compliance with Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower and What are the Barriers in Legal Protection for Workers? This research is conducted by using type of juridical Normative legal research. so the source of the Law material is analyzed is the legal material by using the Law and Case Approach. Against the results of the study "a Legal Study on the Protection of Workers/Workers in North Halmahera Regency Based on Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower. Keywords: Labor Law Protection.

Abstract

The problem of workers is one important thing in running a company because the company in doing activities to get a goods or services required the existence of workers, workers themselves are assets of a company. When companies experience bankruptcy the rights of workers to a company must be clear and also the process of payment of workers' wages, especially in companies that experienced bankruptcy. How legal protection is provided by the government against workers whose company is declared bankrupt. In reviewing the problem using normative juridical methods, consisting of laws, books, and journals on employment and insolvency. The results of this research is that protection starts from the rights and obligations. Workers or laborers as the implementation of development shall be guaranteed its right, regulated its obligations and developed its usefulness. Keywords: legal protection, workers, bankruptcy.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the environmental impact caused by the construction of ITERA campus (Intitute Teknologi of Sumatera). The sample was taken by random sampling samples in Way Hui Village which is the closest object from ITERA campus, then analyzed from each questionnaire. The results showed that the negative impact of development by respondents most such as increased air pollution, congestion, and road damage. from the economic sector, respondents get new jobs to become motorcycle taxi drivers and start a business like renthouse. In terms of environmental health 33 respondents showed the results of 13 respondents rarely affected by disease and 8 people responded to other diseases such as itching and coughing, 6 people affected by cough disease in the last 3 months. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of employee work on One Roof Management System (Samsat) of Bima Town. The type of this research is associated research. The collect of the research data by using the spreading of cueisioner with a sample of 36 employees with the technique of data analysis using simple linear regression. The result of this study is T value = 1.085 and t table = 2,041, so t calculate smaller than t table (1.085 <2.041) hence it is stated that t hitung falls on acceptance area Ho means there is no relationship of leadership style to employee Dept. One Roof Management One (Samsat) of Bima Town or Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Keywords: Leadership style, employee discipline.

Abstract

The patterns and ways in which people work to access information have changed with smartphones. Thus encouraging the development of reliable quality information systems in order to assist and facilitate humans, especially in the field of health by creating a first aid application. The quality of software in value as things that affect the success of the software. So to be able to obtain good software quality needs to be evaluated software based on ISO/IEC 25010:2011 which is part of Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) replace ISO/IEC 9126-1:2001 by categorizing product quality into characteristic which consists of Functional Suitability, Performance efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, Portability. Abstract

This study examines the application of one of the collaborative learning models of "Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT)" to improve students' skills in reading English-language texts. The method used in this research is classroom action research method, by doing 2 actions in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages: planning, execution, observation and reflection. The result of the research shows that the results obtained from the students from giving the action for 2 cycles have increased. Keywords: Collaborative, TGT, Reading Skills
