Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai modal dasar dalam proses pembangunan oleh karena itu maka kualitas sumber daya manusia senantiasa harus dikembangkan, kini persaingan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan semakin ketat dimana proses rekrutmen dan seleksi semangit ketat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana prosedur dan seleksi karyawan, permasalahan apa saja yang di alami selama proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan, bagaimana solusi dan cara mengatasi masalah dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan, mengetahui permasalahan yang dialami selama proses rekrutmen dan seleksi, mengetahui solusi atau cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. CV. Putra Wijaya Motor menggunakan metode dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi dengan cara memasang iklan di depan gerbang perusahaan mereka, dan juga menggunkan referensi dari teman atau kerabat yang bekerja di perusahaan mereka.

Abstract

Disaster prevention and community preparedness have a significant and strong influence on earthquake and tsunami disaster response in East Kolono sub-District, South Konawe Regency with an R2 value of 0.888, which means prevention and public preparedness have an effect of around 88.80% on disaster response earthquake and tsunami. Partially, prevention has a significant and strong influence on earthquake and tsunami disaster response,and community preparedness also have a significant and strong influence on the earthquake and tsunami disaster response in East Kolono sub-District. In the management of earthquake and tsunami disaster response in the eastern sub-district of East Kolono, it is carried out by making routes and evacuation sites, where there are eleven 11 potential and feasible temporary evacuation locations in Ngapawali Village for 2 points; Batu Putih Village 3 points; 2 points of Rumba-Rumba Village, 2 points of Ampera Village and 2 points of Amolengu Village, and 9 main points of evacuation, namely in Ngapawali Village 1 point, Batu Putih Village 2 points, Rumba-Rumba Village 2 points, Ampera Village 2 points, and Amolengu Village 2 points.

Abstract

This research uses the Image Restoration theory from William L. Benoit. The research paradigm used is constructivism with a qualitative research approach and a particular case study method that focuses on events, situations, phenomena, and special programs of Nurussalam Islamic Boarding Schools in responding to issues. The research data were obtained by in-depth interview technique with Key Informants who were inside Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School and other trusted informants. The results of this study indicate that the Public Relations efforts at Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School have succeeded in convincing the public that Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School has never been involved in a series of acts of terrorism in Indonesia. The indications can be seen in the results of interviews with the head of the RT and local residents, that at this time the relationship between Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School and the surrounding community is very harmonious. Public Relations Efforts Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School by carrying out activities that always involve the surrounding community, in terms of holding social services such as mass circumcision, free medical treatment, and commemoration of Islamic holidays.

Abstract

Excellent service is caring for customers by providing the best service to facilitate the convenience of customer needs. Excellent service plays an important role in an organization and can provide a positive image for the organization. Puskesmas is a government-owned organization, the service at the Puskesmas will affect population loyalty to the Government. Although many customers (patients) will not reduce the income (salary) of employees. The study was conducted using qualitative descriptive method data obtained based on the results of observations and interviews. The strategic location of the Pondok Aren Community Health Center, located in a residential area and surrounded by people with a very dense middle and lower income is a very strategic potential for treatment at the Community Health Center. Services at the Pondok Aren Health Center are quite effective, this can be seen from the running of the program outside the building and inside the building to provide strategic services in order to improve public health. Examination in the poly section provides the best service with a number of poly which includes diseases in general, teeth, children and even the elderly. The amount of poly available is sufficient so that there is no accumulation of patients in the waiting room. With this good service, puskesmas have a very wide opportunity or potential to develop in the Pondok Aren and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Perusahaan telekomunikasi merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa layanan informasi dan telekomunikasi demi kemudahan dalam menjalin hubungan dan bersosialisasi, sehingga dalam hal ini segala kegiatan dalam dunia bisnis pertelekomunikasian tersebut diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang larangan praktek monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan secara normatif yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 harus dipenuhi perusahaan untuk kegiatannya. Seperti halnya dalam pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat, yang mana mengatur mengenai perjanjian kartel. Praktek kartel membawa pengaruh dan dampak terhadap pelaku usaha lain dan juga merugikan pihak konsumen. Pada dasarnya konklusi dalam kartel bertujuan untuk mengatur produksi, yang pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi harga. KPPU dan BRTI sebagai lembaga pengawas persaingan dalam hal implementasi regulasi Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 bekerja bersama dalam menindak kecurangan dan indikasi praktek kartel yang dilakukan para pelaku usaha

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer yang semakin berkembang pesat dan juga membutuhkan layanan jaringan computer yang stabil dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi. Namun akan menjadi kendala apabila pada router yang berfungsi untuk menstabilkan jaringan, karena tidak adanya router lain untuk mem-backup jaringan ketika router utamanya mengalami kendala. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini mengusulkan penambahan router cisco yang membantu setiap kendala yang ada pada router utama. Router backup ini disebut HSRP (Hot standby Router Protocol) yang merupakan sebuah software yang berfungsi untuk menjadikan router backup yang akan secara otomatis mengambil alih tugas daripada router utama ketika router utama mengalami down, sehingga kestabilan jaringan akan tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini akan merancang dan megimplementasikan HSRP pada jaringan Thin Client yang akan menjamin kenyamanan dan kelancaran arus internet dan membuat penggunaan daya listrik seefisien mungkin. HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol) merupakan sebuah interface (virtual) dari Router CISCO yang memungkinkan kita untuk membuat beberapa router sebagai gateway dari jaringan lokal yang satu segment. Komunikasi antar router akan menggunakan sebuah Virtual network dan pada interface HSRP dimasing-masing router akan dipasang sebuah single IP Address yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai gateway dari jaringan lokal tersebut

Abstract

In the era of information that is all advanced now, the need for fast information in its presentation is absolutely necessary to exist. To get the information quickly and precisely, one form of solution is to use a computerized information system. In the routine purchase and sale of goods, a systematic recording of goods inventory is needed. To avoid the overbalance and the lack of drug supplies, a good system of management should be used. As for the problems that are often faced in the administration of inventory at dispensaries that are still manual are the time needed to record the number of drugs entered and the number of drugs sold, there are deficiencies in recording returns of drugs that have been purchased or medicines sent from suppliers not according to order, so it is necessary to make a list of returns and a list of drugs that have been sold as a whole. The goal to be achieved from the design of this system is to design a drug inventory information system for comparison of the current manual system or can be a proposed system to be used so that it is useful to facilitate its service in achieving good goals.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. Provisional answers (Hypothesis) for this research are: There is a joint effect of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The population in this study are consumers who make motorcycle purchases at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga during the month of October 2017 as many as 30 people and used as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that the R Square determination coefficient of 0.616 means that 61.6% of buying interest can be influenced by quality (X1) and brand (X2). While the simultaneous test results obtained Fcount (21,671) is greater than Ftable (3.32) or (21,671> 3.32) means that quality and brand simultaneously affect the consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The partial test results known t-test value of 2.966> t-table value of 2.042 (2.966> 2.042) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.006 <α (0.05) means that partially the quality variable has a positive and significant effect on interest buy consumers at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. Partial test results known t-count value of 3.462> t table value of 2.042 (3.462> 2.042) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 <α (0.05) means that partially brand variables have a positive and significant effect on interest buy consumers at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The multiple linear regression model in this study is Y = 10.494 + 0.332 X1 + 0.488 X2 the influence of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga shows a positive direction. Suggested PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga can maintain the quality and brand of products offered to consumers, in order to maintain the motorcycle market segment in Sibolga and Central Tapanuli Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pola Komunikasi antara Guru dengan Siswa melalui edukatif Dongeng dalam memberikan pendidikan akhlak. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori yang digunakan yaitu komunikasi interpersonal. Pola komunikasi ini yang akan peneliti telusuri secara mendalam di PAUD Pelangi Palmerah. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa bahwa anak-anak lebh tertarik dalam belajar dengan menggunakan media edukatf bercerita, pendekatan pola komunikasi dengan menggunakan komunikasi interpersonal melalui media mendongeng terjalin komunikasi yang efektif dan terdapat efek dari komunikasi yang terjalin dan juga adanya ikatan emosional antara guru dan siswa PAUD Pelangi Palmerah di kecamatan Palmerah Barat I. Penelitian ini, menyimpulkan adanya pola komunikasi interpersonal primer yang terbentuk antara guru dan siswa. Semakin sering bertatap muka dan melakukan interaksi, melalui media edukatif mendongeng maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat komunikasi interpersonal yang terbentuk.

Abstract

The computer sales business is very profitable because now computers are no longer a luxury item but are part of the need to do work, learning and others. It can be an opportunity for CV. Komputec to expand trading reach and increase its trade online or use a website. CV. Komputec still uses a simple sales system by recording the notes and calculations using a calculator so the calculation of transactions still has weaknesses and data collection only relies on recording in the book, makes it difficult for employees to see stock, price and information. Aside from marketing products in stores, employees market their products by offering directly to agencies such as schools and offices. In this writing, an e-commerce computer sale is made to make it easier for buyers so that they do not have to bother to come to the place and employees do not need to market their products directly to agencies so they can save time and money. The research method used is the development of waterfall model software, observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study are the establishment of online computer buying and selling websites which can handle sales and ordering online and are able to manage buyer data.
