Abstract

Hasil studi empiris, bahwa 98,7 GEN FM Jakarta telah melakukan komunikasi pemasaran program interatifnya dalam rangka menarik audiensi kepada pengiklan melalui dua strategi, baik strategi push maupun strategi pull seperti iklan, promosi, hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas. , penjualan pribadi dan penjualan langsung. Namun, hasil iklannya belum optimal karena radio swasta di Jakarta berfungsi. Hasil analisis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode SOSTAC (Situasi, Tujuan, Strategi, Taktik, Tindakan, Kontrol) didapatkan hasil bahwa komunikasi pemasaran program interatif melalui iklan, promosi, hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas, penjualan pribadi dan penjualan langsung di 98 , 7 GEN FM Jakarta belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena terbatasnya jumlah pemasaran, sehingga iklan komersial yang didapat belum memenuhi kuota yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum didukung perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang efektif, sistemik, terintegrasi dan komprehensif sebagai dampak belum sepenuhnya didorong oleh kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia penyelenggara 98,7 GEN FM Jakarta cukup, terutama Pemasaran Manusia Sumber daya yang terlibat secara permanen dalam komunikasi pemasaran program interatif.

Abstract

As a tenant relation who performs the role of public relations in an apartment certainly knows that building the trust of residents is one of the most important factors in achieving the success of managed apartments. And maintaining good relations with residents is one of the factors in how to be able to maintain tenants. The new apartment and management building has a huge potential for complaints from inside or outside. This has an impact on the emergence of residents' distrust regarding management's ability to manage building operations. The public relations communication strategy is expected to be able to bridge the relationship between the occupants and the building manager in building the residents' trust in order to create a harmonious relationship. The author uses qualitative-descriptive research methods conducted by interview and in-depth observation directly with related parties. The conclusion from the research carried out is that public relations communication strategy in two-way communication is very important, with a face-to-face model or through the media is important in relationship management. Two-way communication can be smooth, there is mutual understanding where the apartment management can consider the welfare of residents.

Abstract

At present the culinary business in Indonesia is increasingly in demand, from traditional food drinks to contemporary food and drinks. One of the culinary presentations of beverage products is Haus. Haus products are the Thai beverage with a combination of flavors. Haus also has its own way to promote its products, namely by utilizing social media. The social media that Haus uses to carry out promotions is Instagram. Instagram is an application that allows users to share photos / videos. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of selected intagrams as media promotions for thirsty products. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. With data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that thirst for using Instagram as a media promotion to introduce the latest products and variants accompanied by quizzes and give away in an interesting way along with posts about information about variants, the latest products, places, operating hours, stores. Haus utilizes Instagram social media that aims to introduce Haus products to be known in the community as the number one drink in Indonesia at an affordable price and can make Haus a national drink.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan mengevaluasi manajemen pemeliharaan ternak babi lokal oleh masyarakat Distrik Sausapor Kabupaten Tambrauw. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 – Februari 2020 di Distrik Sausapor Kabupaten Tambrauw. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purpossive), di Distrik Sausapor Kabupaten Tambrauw. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara purpossive (sengaja). Responden dipilih dari pihak internal pelaku peternakan babi lokal di Distrik Sausapor Kabupaten Tambrauw berjumlah 35 orang dari 3 Kampung sebagai perwakilan sampel yang dipilih secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara umum manajemen pemeliharaan babi lokal di Distrik Sausapor Kabupaten Tambrauw masih kurang baik. Sistem pemeliharaan ternak adalah tradisional dan semi intensif. Pakan yang diberikan adalah pakan kombinasi antara ubi kayu (singkong) dengan hasil pertanian dan sisa makanan rumahan. Kandang yang digunakan masih bersifat non permanen dan masih kurang layak sebagai tempat aktivitas ternak.

Abstract

Sebagaimana perusahaan yang memiliki struktur organisasi, bekerja di lingkungan birokrasi seperti PNS juga memiliki kesempatan karir yang berjenjang. Struktur birokrasi pada ASN ini dibagi berdasarkan pangkat dan golongan. Di dalam karir abdi negara, kedua hal ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh waktu lamanya mengabdi, diklat jabatan yang pernah diikuti, kompetensi, pendidikan, serta prestasi dari PNS bersangkutan. Pada dasarnya golongan dan kepangkatan PNS ini memiliki pola perubahannya masing-masing, atas dasar hal tersebut penulis menganalisa data yang ada menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree (ID3) dan menghasilkan pola yang dapat menentukan kepangkatan sesuai dengan syarat-syarat yang ada. Masih banyaknya calon ASN atau masyarakat yang belum mengetahui betul kepangkatan yang ada pada Struktur birokrasi pada ASN, dan syarat-syarat umum yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk kenaikan pangkat. Melalui penerapan klasifikasi prediksi dengan Algoritma Decision Tree ( ID3) dapat membantu calon ASN dan ASN untuk mengetahui kepangkatan yang akan didapat dengan syarat yang telah dipenuhi.

Abstract

The Garbage Bank KSM BIMA is one of the Garbage Banks located in the Kelurahan of Teluk, Subdistrict of South Purwokerto, which operates independently in the field of waste management. The current management of the waste bank is still done manually, so that officers experience difficulties including when a member who is saving money is constrained by the price of waste, which sometimes changes the price of waste, which makes officers have to carefully look at the current garbage price table. The next obstacle is that by reporting the recorded savings results, there are sometimes differences in balances with the waste bank manager and difficulties in making a report on the amount of waste per category and a report on the state of cash. This study aims to develop a garbage bank application in order to facilitate officers in managing the garbage bank data, as well as improve the quality of service to customers and partners of waste. This application was developed with the PHP programming language and Codeigniter Framework, while the system development method used in making applications is to use the waterfall method. Validation of functionality testing using the blackbox testing method and 100% valid test results from 30 test cases provide results in accordance with the test plan and find no errors in running the application functions.

Abstract

This Thesis Research aims to determine the extent of employee satisfaction with the implementation of promotion in the office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the level of employee satisfaction with the implementation of promotion in the office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency. The research design used was a quantitative analysis, in which the total population in this study were all employees in the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency totaling 67 and a sample of 45 people. Based on the results of the study showed that the relationship between job promotion and employee satisfaction is a very low category, where the calculation of correlation obtained 0.199. While the coefficient of determination is 4% while the remaining 96% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Simple linear regression obtained by the equation model Y = 21.235 + 0.365 X shows the relationship between promotion and employee satisfaction toward positive. Tcount value is smaller than ttable or 1.334 ≤ 1.68107 then the hypothesis proposed is rejected. So it can be concluded that Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted, namely there was no employee satisfaction with the promotion of position at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Konawe dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Konawe. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan terdiri dari pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dilapangan harus segera dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Konawe sudah cukup baik, ditinjau dari aspek kemampuan, meningkatkan hasil, semangat kerja, pengembangan diri, mutu dan efisiensi. namun masih terdapat sedikit kesalahan dan secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Konawe. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai antara lain: pendidikan, keterampilan, disiplin, sikap dan etika kerja, motivasi, gaji, kesehatan, teknologi, manajemen, dan kesempatan berprestasi. Belum tercapainya produktivitas kerja pegawai yang maksimal disebabkan karena sarana dan prasarana serta pengembangan diri pegawai yang masih kurang.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine: Analysis of the Application of Value Added Tax (PPN) at PT. Lenko Surya Perkasa Head Office Jakarta. The researcher used qualitative research methods that aimed to examine and find out the application of Value Added Tax (PPN) in the company. According to Law Number 42 of 2009, Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax that is imposed on the consumption of goods and services, in a multi-storey customs area in each production and distribution line. From the data obtained from the company, the authors conducted an analysis of the application of Value Added Tax to the company whether it is in accordance with the laws of the taxation. The research method is primary data with data analysis techniques through interviews and observation, documentation and literature study at PT. Lenko Surya Perkasa Head Office Jakarta. The researcher observed for 3 months to find out how the value added tax (PPN) was implemented by the company. Research Results that the company has implemented, calculated, deposited and reported value added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

In this growing modern era, information systems are very important and major in assisting the business process and improving the performance of an institution. The use of information technology in various aspects of life has evolved and many have changed. The Warung data collection on Suku Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Serta Perdagangan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara still uses a manual system where the data is still stored in Microsoft Excel on a computer. The most common problem is the possibility of duplication Warung data, theft and editing of data that makes the data security still lacking so that the system updates. On the basis of identification of the problem described above, the problem in this final task is how to make Warung data collection program in the institution to support better performance. Expected data processing stalls can be well integrated, accessible user easily. Designing a system that can provide security so as not to the occurrence of data confusion, data editing and data loss. The system is also expected to generate the official registered Warung data report.
