Abstract

Micro business, small and medium enterprises is part of public economy derived from community groups .Micro business, small and medium enterprises not progressing or cover business because the size of the capital must be fulfilled and large enough. Fenomena Micro business, small and medium enterprises because do not understand the procedure with the banking. In addition, the understanding of accounting standards are not enough by Micro business , small and medium enterprises. As for data analysis this study using multiple linear regression. In this study using descriptive quantitative methods, with the sample to technique purposive sampling. As 151 sample of Micro business , small and medium enterprises to the research. The results of the study is a partial ( test t ) asymmetry information, socialization, firm size significant of understanding accounting standard entity without public accountability With significant value0,00<0,05. The results of the study is a simultan ( test f ) asymmetry information, socialization and firm size significant of understanding accounting standard entity without public accountability With significant value0,00<0,05.

Abstract

Principal leadership has a strategic leadership style in realizing successful implementation and management of education. This study aims to assess the leadership style of principals on teacher performance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out in November to all SD Negeri Jatisari II teachers in Bekasi City. SPSS 23 is used to analyze data. Saturated Sample Method was carried out in this study. The results show that the Leadership Style has very strong results. The results of the coefficient of determination in accordance with R Square amounted to 0.866 teacher performance influenced by leadership style. Simple linear regression analysis between Leadership Style on Teacher Performance is Y = 1.045 + 0.968 (X = Leadership Style and Y = Teacher Performance. Thus the direction of leadership style towards teacher performance is one-way positivity. Respondents' assessment of leadership style of SD Jatisari Elementary School II is quite good, but it needs to be improved in its leadership style, given the importance of leadership style in accordance with existing rules.

Abstract

Modal kerja, penjualan dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada sektor manufaktur pada subsektor dan komponen otomotif dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengelolaan data Uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung yang dihitung sebesar 10.242 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 ini berarti nilai (Sig <α) 0,000 <0,05, ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen bersama secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah laporan keuangan tahunan sektor manufaktur perusahaan sub-sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek mulai tahun 2015 - 2019. menggunakan metode purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dan perpustakaan penelitian dengan analisis data menggunakan spss versi 25.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang peraturan lalu lintas sangat diperlukan bagi pengendara. Namun seringkali pembelajaran tentang rambu lalu lintas dirasa kurang menarik dan membosankan. Maka perlu sebuah media pembelajaran yang menarik untuk dipelajari. Peneliti merancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran lalu lintas yang menampilkan permainan simulasi 3D sebagai sarana pembelajaran interkatif dan menarik. Dimana animasi ini juga terdapat fasilitas materi tentang peraturan lalu lintas dengan bentuk aturan permainan sebagai pendukung untuk membuat pembelajaran menyenangkan. Dalam animasi aplikasi ini juga terdapat kuis, serta simulator yang menampilkan penampakan dari rambu-rambu lalu lintas dalam bentuk tiga dimensi. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi peneliti menggunakan software blender, sedangkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi peneliti menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) .

Abstract

This research is an indication that the employee's performance is not maximal in Tanjung Balai City's Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office. There are still many obstacles in carrying out tasks and employees cannot work optimally. The method used in this study is a survey approach. This type of quantitative descriptive research and the nature of research are explanations. Data collection method is by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The population is all employees in the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of the Tanjung Balai City, namely 38 employees and the number of employees from the entire population is 38 employees. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between job promotion, absenteeism and discipline on the performance of employees at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Tanjung Balai City and partially showed a significant influence between job promotion, absenteeism and discipline the performance of employees at the Tanjung Balai City Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office and partially the most dominant influence on employee performance is discipline.

Abstract

Abstract This learn about examines grammatical cohesion in novel of Si Parasit Lajang by Ayu Utami entitled. The motive of this lookup is to explain the use of grammatical concord in Ayu Utami's novel, titled Si Parasit Lajang. The results of grammatical cohesion contained in the sentences in the novel Si Parasit Lajang in the form of substitution (recovery), reference (referencing), ellipsis (impulse), and conjunction (connecting). Grammatical concord contained in sentences is used to connect entire sentences so that they turn out to be cohesive and effective. In the Ayu Utami novel entitled Si Parasit Lajang, the use of grammatical brotherly love was obtained from the most records to the least data, specifically first, the use of 896 facts conjunctions, more often than not 391 records subordinative conjunctions; second, the use of 415 references, specifically endophore references with 180 data; third, the use of ellipses as an awful lot as four data; and fourth, the use of substitution of 2 facts which solely exists in the verb substitution. Overall data as many as 1,137 data.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran biologi di sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan diskusi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: penggunaan media pembelajaran biologi di sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Sumba Timur adalah “kurang sekali” sebesar 8,26% (9 responden) "kurang" sebesar 23,85% (26 responden), kategori "sedang" adalah 34,86% (38 responden), kategori "baik" adalah 26,52% (29 responden), dan kategori "sangat bagus" adalah 6, 42% (7 responden). Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata 15,89, maka penggunaan media pembelajaran biologi di sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Sumba Timur termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, High School Biologi.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the implementation of Village Fund management in Konawe District, as well as the factors that influence implementation and strategies that must be carried out in order to improve implementation, as well as providing assistance to Local Governments in developing Village Funds. The implementation of the Village Fund management policy in Konawe District has been carried out since 2015. However, with the approval of the goals, the implementation of the Village Fund in Konawe District has not been optimal. The planning formulation process has not yet been approved according to established procedures, discussion of the objectives of improving governance, development and community empowerment, has been carried out optimally, but the goal of continuing to increase the capacity of community institutions in the village in planning, implementing and developing development has not run optimally. Likewise, the accountability program has not been carried out optimally which does not have a standard operating procedure on the systematic arrangement of the responsibility. Some of the factors that influence the implementation of the Village Fund in the Konawe Regency are communication, resource capabilities, implementing attitudes, and bureaucratic structures. the main instrument in research is the researcher itself. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data relating to policies and empirical requirements for the implementation of the Village Fund Management Policy. In this study, also using survey research to obtain primary data on village funding policies in Konawe District.

Abstract

Aplikasi penjualan obat di apotek ini merupakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan kasir untuk melakukan transaksi penjualan obat dan pendataan obat. Tujuan dikembangkan aplikasi ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan kinerja baik kinerja karyawan maupun kinerja sistem penjualan obatnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall Model (model air terjun) atau disebut model sekuensial linier (Sequential linier). Selain itu perancangan sistemnya menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) sedangkan perancangan basis datanya menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Diharapkan aplikasi penjualan obat di apotek ini dapat juga meningkatkan keuntungan pendapatan apotek tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of family awareness of nutrition behavior with the occurrence of Stuting in children under five in Sorkam District, Aek Raso Village, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, 2016. The results showed that the majority of respondents had nutritional conscious behavior as many as 71 people (65.1%), the majority of respondents did not experience stunting (normal) as many as 106 people (97.2%). As a conclusion from this study, there is a correlation between the behavior of the family aware of nutrition and the occurrence of Stunting in children under five where from the Chi Square test results obtained X2 count of 5.764> X2 tables of 3.841. It is recommended that respondents pay attention to nutritional awareness (routine weighing of toddlers at the posyandu, application of exclusive breastfeeding, varied eating, use of iodized salt, and nutritional supplements to children under five) so that there are no nutritional problems in the form of stunting.
