Abstract

The Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) is one of the Institutions that is responsible for labor issues that organizes workforce social security programs, to protect workers and their families from the threat of work risks in this case workers outside the work relationship or independent labor. The method used is a sociological juridical analytical descriptive research specification. Data obtained through observation, interviews and literature studies. The data is then analyzed by qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate (1) The implementation of a workforce social security program that carries out work outside the employment relationship is basically one of the instruments in terms of social security of workers and improvement of welfare and has been carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (2) in the implementation of social security program activities workers who carry out work outside of work relations are influenced by several obstacles both from the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) and from the independent workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the control team of the Bangun Pagi production program organization. The proposed research statement is what control organizations do by the Bangun Pagi program production team. The theory that researchers use to obtain data using organizational control theory. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivism paradigm. The research subjects were program directors, producers and broadcasters in obtaining accurate data, and the object of research was the control of the production team of the Bangun Pagi program organization on Radio 106.06 V in Jakarta. Data collection obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation carried out to key informants and informants. Other data obtained from documentation, informants, and various other data sources. The results of the study mentioned that the production team of the Bangun Pagi V Radio program carried out four concepts of the organizational control theory of Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney, and his colleagues consistently. The conclusion of this research is that the production team performs four concepts of control theory quite well, and it can be accounted for where the four concepts of this theory are the processes by which the production team performs in producing program events.

Abstract

Every customer would want satisfaction in receiving a service. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if customers receive services in accordance with the required and expected. This study aims to analyze the effect of service on customer satisfaction at PT Krista Pesona Adibusana Jakarta conducted for five working days with the number of visitors 102. By using the formula Al-Rashid, set sample of 50 customers. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method. From the stastistic analysis with the help of spss version 22, conducted correlation test, regression test and test of determination. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service variables on customer satisfaction variables. So the service is a very important thing to note for customer satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi, independensi dan etika auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari auditor independen kantor akuntan publik di kota batam. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode penentuan data yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 55 auditor, jumlah kuesioner yang dikembalikan adalah 50 kuesioner (50%). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yaitu independensi kompetensi dan etika auditor sebagai variabel independen sedangkan kualitas audit sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan bahwa kompetensi, independensi dan etika auditor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel kompetensi adalah 0,006 <0,05 variabel independensi sebesar 0,873> 0,05 dan variabel etika auditor adalah 0,001 <0,05.

Abstract

Klinik hewan merupakan suatu sarana bagi para pemilik hewan untuk memeriksakan hewannya ketika sakit, mendapatkan perawatan rutin, maupun sebagai tempat penitipan. Segala pelayanan yang dilakukan pada JVET Animal Clinic dicatat kedalam buku. Dengan banyaknya penggunaan kertas sebagai media pencatatan pembayaran menyebabkan banyak dokumen lama yang bertumpuk sehingga menjadi tidak efisien dan efektif tempat. Untuk mencari dokumen yang dimaksudkan pun harus mencari satu persatu menurut urutan abjad dan hal itu tentu membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang tidak sedikit. Selain itu JVET Animal Clinic membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menyajikan laporan pembayaran untuk diserahkan kepada pemilik JVET Animal Clinic. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan rancang bangun untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data hewan di JVET Animal Clinic dan sistem informasi pembayaran yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan Java netbeans sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySql sebagai media penyimpanan. Dalam mengumpulkan data atau informasi untuk melakukan rancang bangun di JVET Animal Clinic ini menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu metode wawancara serta metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Waterfall

Abstract

This research is a final report on classroom action research conducted to know how outlining technique can improve students’ writing ability.The researcher decided to conduct a classroom action researchwhich was done in four stages; planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The criterion of success was 75% of the students pass the passing grade of 75. In cycle 1, based on the result of the test, 50% of students have passed the passing grade of 75 and the result of the observation showed that the students still had difficulty with outlining technique. Therefore, second cycle was needed to be done. In the second cycle, the result of the test showed that 75% of students had passed the passing grade of 75. Moreover, the result of the observation showed that the students actively participated on the learning process. They also tend to be more enthusiastic in following the lesson. Thereofe,, it can be concluded that the criteria of success had been achieved. It means that the outlining technique was proved to be able to upgrade the students’ ability in writing descriptive paragraph. Abstract

The Alms Trash Program was launched to increase the role of active communities, create awareness of environmental involvement, and build a new culture of collecting waste. The communication and message delivery program is carried out through a socialization program and learning presence by giving alms. This study aims to understand the PR process (Public Relations) which consists of gathering facts and formulating problems, planning and programming, actions and communication, and evaluating the alms program conducted by the organizer. The research method used is a case study research method. Collecting data through interviews, observations, and documents. The collection of facts carried out by the supervisor starts with comments and complaints submitted by external parties, also goes to the field to see firsthand the environmental conditions of the City of Tangerang. Program organizers, licensed, designed, goal setting, audience resolution, media selection and public relations techniques, and budget planning. The action taken by the organizer in the waste alms program is.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and to identify a causative verb which is found on the novel of Indiana Jones and The lost treasure of Sheba. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method as guide to accomplish this research. The writer also does some steps, they are: collecting data, reading the novel to look for the causative been used, analyzing the datas and making conclussion. The datas are collected from references books, websites, and some articles. In this research, the writer would like to to analyze and explain how the use of causative verb in this novel such as let, help, get, make, and help. Furthermore, the result is the causative verb has been found as much 30 times whereas divided into 6 times for word of get, 2 times for the word of have, once for the word of make, 2 times for the word of help, and 19 times for the word of let. Abstract

The study aims to find out and analyse what qualifications for criminal acts of Macar and to know and analyze when the perpetrators of the matter convey public opinion can be categorized as Makar crime. The methods of study used are normative juridical, based on the principles of the law, the rules of the law and the legislation or books/literature relating to Makar action. Normative legal research is a study that examines prevailing norms including laws that have relevance to the problem as the source of legal material. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that communicating in public is permissible because it is part of human rights, namely the right of freedom to convey opinion as stipulated in article 28 CONSTITUTION of the Republic of Indonesia year 1945. Expressed opinion may be categorized as a criminal offence if it meets the provisions of article 88 of KUHAP. In article 88 the criminal CODE stated that there is an evil agreement, if two or more people have agreed to commit the crime, continued in article 88 of the bus with the overthrow of the government is negating or changing the form of unauthorized government under the Constitution. Therefore, presenting opinions in public can be categorized as Makar action if it is evident that in the implementation there is an indication or that has an intention to overthrow the government, with the intention to kill, or seize independence, or negate the ability of the President or vice President ruled.

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran adalah seperangkat alat pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan untuk terus menerus mencapai tujuan pemasaran di pasar sasarannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, merupakan penelitian yang menghubungkan dua variable atau lebih untuk melihat pengaruh strategi bauran pemasaran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen pemasaran jasa yang berkaitan dengan keputusan konsumen. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa strategi bauran pemasaran {produk, harga, tempat, promosi, personil, proses dan layanan pelanggan} akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen.
