Abstract

The purpose of research is to find out about the bravery needed in life in daily life. This research was carried out through a film titled Knives Out which was released in 2019, Directed by Rian Johnson. The author wants to analyze the causes of braveness. The writer chose Knives Out movie and used the main character as the object of this research. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are: (1) The main character's braveness is based on Rahman's theory: Decision-Making and Impulsivity, Risk-Taking Behavior and Sensation Seeking, Self-Confidence and Altruism (2) Actions of main character’s braveness: Confess Her Fault, Finding the Truth, Fight for Her Rights, Proving the Truth. Brave is one of the many important qualities that we must possess. The importance of the presence of people around you, just to remind you of the wrong decision that will be taken. Instead of regretting later, it's better to listen to the opinion of the people closest to be considered in making decisions.

Abstract

This research entitled “Analysis of Economic Efficiency and Prosperity Level of Agribusiness Land and Water Kangkung in Tambak Subdistrict Banyumas Regency”. The aim of this research are to analyze the economical eficiency comparison, total revenue, and prosperity level of kangkung farmers in Tambak Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. This research uses a survey method. The results of this research: (1) for first hypotesis, show that land kangkung agribusiness is more eficient than water kangkung, (2) for the second hypotesis the result shows that land kangkung agribusiness is giving more profit than water kangkung agribusiness, (3) and result for the third hypothesis shows that land and water kangkung agribusiness have still not given prosperity to the farmers.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and examine the factors that may affect the customer's satisfaction and loyalty in Don's Warnet Cikarang. With a sample size of 200 people, the research carried out on the visitors who have used the services of Don's Warnet, and conducted by purposive sampling technique. The results show that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by the quality of service and location factors. As for the only customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction factors. The moderating variable frequency of visits and customer's place of residence does not give significant results on satisfaction and customer loyalty. Thus , it can be concluded that in order to get satisfaction and customer loyalty , besides place the business location that is close to the customer's environment, Don 's Warnet should further improve the quality of services , especially in the field of reliability of internet access , responsiveness operators , security environment and a sense of empathy towards the customer . So the satisfaction perceived by customers, is expected to make a loyal customer to the products / services used. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berusaha mengungkap pesan moral seputar pola asuh (parenting) yang secara tersirat hadir dalam novel Susah Sinyal karya Ika Natassa dan Ernest Prakasa ini. Melalui penerapan teori psikologi sastra dan pola asuh, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa novel hasil saduran dari skenario asli film Susah Sinyal tersebut sangat mampu menyuguhkan aspek pendidikan pola asuh kepada para penikmatnya. Sasaran utama yang paling terasa adalah para orangtua yang hidup di era modern. Sebab orangtua di era ini lebih banyak menggunakan pola asuh permisif dibandingkan jenis pola asuh lainnya. Dari aspek pola asuh permisif tersebut peneliti menemukan banyak dampak negatif khususnya dalam hal komunikasi antara orangtua dan anak. Terlebih lagi jika pola asuh sang anak sudah sampai dialihkan ke pihak ketiga, dimana dalam novel ini ditujukan pada sang Oma. Sebagai penutup, peneliti juga ingin menambahkan dua buah pesan positif diantaranya komunikasi yang efektif dan quality time sebagai wadah untuk menetralisir kerenggangan komunikasi yang terjadi antar orangtua dan anak, jika saja pola asuh permisif sudah terlanjur diterapkan didalam keluarga. Kata kunci: pola asuh, pola asuh permisif orangtua, anak, keluarga, komunikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the promotion strategy of Zone Therapy Clinic through promotion mix to build brand value and loyalty of traditional health customers. This study uses marketing theory, Marketing Mix Theory, Marketing Mix Communication Theory and SWOT Analysis. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The results of this research are the Zone Therapy Clinic using marketing communication strategies using Advertising activities, Direct Marketing and then Word of Mount (word of mouth marketing) with the Segmentation, Tactics and Value approach. In building brand value and customer loyalty, the Zone Therapy Clinic always makes an innovation to improve both its marketing strategy both online and offline, by creating the latest content and design for marketing needs to be easily accepted by the public both with advertising, direct marketing and marketing patterns by word of mouth or word if mounted by first determining the segmentation, tactics and values ​​that will be given later. In addition, in terms of service, which is trying as much as possible to provide the best by aligning themselves with its consumers then asking more questions, greeting and providing education in accordance with the needs of its customers.

Abstract

Ragam bahasa bukan hanya menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sosial dalam masyarakat, tetapi juga memberi indikasi mengenai situasi berbahasa yang mencerminkan tujuan, topik, kaidah dan modus-modus pengguna bahasa. Ragam bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di lingkungan terminal tentu saja akan berbeda dengan ragam bahasa masyarakat yang hidup di lingkungan perumahan, ragam bahasa guru pasti berbeda dengan ragam bahasa pedagang, atau ragam bahasa tokoh-tokoh masyarakat akan berbeda dengan ragam bahasa masyarakat biasa, begitupun ragam bahasa orang-orang yang memiliki tingkat perekonomian rendah umumnya berbeda dengan ragam bahasa orang-orang kaya.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Implementation of Service Policies for Increasied the Number of Customers. The purpose of this study was to determined the effect of service policy implementation on increasing the number of customers at PT. The analytical method used is the analysis method of the correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression analysis and statistical T test. Correlation test results indicate that there is a positive relationship between service policied with an increase in the number of customers by 0.869 so that when interpreted in the value scale it can be categorized as high with the linear regression equation Y = 8.067 + 0.838 X. Hypothesis test results partically indicated that service policy is influential positively and significantly to the increasing number of customers at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sibolga Branch with proven t count 8.408> t table of 2.06866. The amount of influence of policy implementation on increasing the number of customers at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sibolga Branch is 75.5% while 25.5% is influenced by other factors not addressed in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh Pengalaman Auditor, Profesionalisme dan Etika terhadap Kualitas Audit. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Auditor Pengalaman, Profesionalisme dan Etika. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Kualitas Audit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik Batam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Pengalaman dan Etika Auditor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit, sedangkan Profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit. Dari hasil pengujian variabel-variabel di atas, pengalaman menunjukkan nilai thitung adalah 3,214> ttabel nilai 2,018 dengan angka signifikansi 0,03 <0,05. Variabel Profesionalisme tidak mempengaruhi Kualitas Audit. Dari hasil pengujian variabel-variabel di atas, Profesionalisme menunjukkan nilai (-0,247)> nilai tabel 2,018 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,806> 0,05. Variabel Etika Auditor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap thitung sebesar 3,128> ttabel sebesar 1,973 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 <0,05. Bersama-sama Pengalaman Auditor dan Etika memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 dan Fcount> Ftable, di mana Fcount of 23,240> Ftable of 2,81

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan indutrial membutuhkan penanganan yang efektif di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku. 2) Untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku. 3) Untuk mengetahui evaluasi implementasi kebijakan penyelesaian hubungan industrial di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku. Analisis data secara kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : 1) Penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku, yang di dibutuhkan telah sesuai dengan ketetapan UU PPHI. 2) Terbuktikan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku ditentukan oleh isi kebijakan (The Content of Policy) dan konteks implementasi (The Context of Policy). 3) Evaluasi implementasi kebijakan penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Maluku terungkap melalui metode, tujuan, dan kompetensi dalam proses implementasi yang terfokus pada isi kebijakan (The Content of Policy) dan konteks implementasi (The Context of Policy). Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Implementasi, Kebijakan.
