Abstract

Language is a tool of communication. English and Manado Malay Language are two languages of different families. English belongs to Indo-European language whereas Manado Malay language belongs to Austronesian language. This research used descriptive method through contrastive approach. The aim of this research in to find out the description about the similarities and differences of inflectional verbs ssform between English and Manado Malay Language. The theories used in this research are taken from Frank (1972), Gleason (1962) about inflectional verb form in English and concepts of karisoh-Najoan about inflectional verb form in Manado Malay Language.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Profit Changes at PT. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) Medan in 2012-2017. The results showed that the value of Fcount> Ftable was 16,542> 2.74 with a significant value of α (0,000 <0,05) and the value of tcount and ttable of each variable namely tcount> Total Assets Turnover (TATO) -2,364> 1 , 99547, α (0.021 <0.05). Net Profit Margin (NPM) 6,425> 1,99547, α (0,000 <0,05). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) -1.109 <1.99547, α (0.271> 0.05). The conclusions in this study that simultaneously Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affect the Profit Changes at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, and partially Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant negative effect, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has an influence on Profit Changes Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not have at PT. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) Medan in 2012-2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika kelompok P3A, mengkaji Kinerja P3A serta mengkaji hubungan antara dinamika kelompok dengan kinerja P3A. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan tehnik teknik survei, yaitu teknik penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja yaitu di Kecamatan Anggaberi Kabupaten Konawe. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara purposif dari setiap P3A. Misalnya 3 orang per P3A yang diambil secara acak, 1 orang dari unsur manajemen 2 orang diambil dari petani anggotanya. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh 51 orang dari 17 kelompok P3A. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dinamika kelompok dengan kinerja P3A di Kecamatan Anggaberi digunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman (rs). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang mengkaji hubungan Hubungan Antara Dinamika Kelompok Dengan Kinerja Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A) Pada Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Kecamatan Anggaberi Kabupaten Konawe maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Dinamika kelompok P3A tergolong dalam kategori sedang, dengan nilai persentase sebesar 51,17. Sedangkan kinerja P3A tergolong dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai presentasi sebesar 17,35. Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman pada taraf kepercayaan 95% menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dinamika kelompok dengan kinerja P3A.

Abstract

The increase in the human population has an increasing impact on public awareness about health. One of them is an increase in the number of outpatient patient visits in Bandung City Hospital. This study aims to determine the predictions of outpatient visits in 2018-2020 in Bandung City Hospital. This research method is descriptive research, using interviews, observation, and bibliography. Data was obtained from the daily outpatient census recapitulation in 2015-2017. The results of the predictions in 2018-2020, the number of patients visiting internal medicine, neurology, physiotherapy, children's, eye and heart health had increased by 8.5% annually.So that the hospital must add capacity to existing facilities and improve the quality of services provided. This is so that the patient's handling process can run quickly and the patient can be well served.

Abstract

Sikap bahasa diduga akan menunjukkan kecenderungan yang secara positif mendukung atau melemahkan pemertahanan bahasa. Sikap bahasa dan bahasa yang dipakai kaum muda menjadi parameter bagi vitalitas bahasa dan pemertahanan bahasa. Tulisan ini berisi sikap bahasa kaum muda Sunda Brebes terhadap bahasa Sunda. Tulisan ini penting untuk menggambarkan kemungkinan bahasa Sunda di masyarakat ini akan bertahan atau bergeser, bahkan punah. Tulisan ini menggunakan 140 responden. Data dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya, kaum muda Sunda Brebes sebagian besar memiliki sikap bahasa positif rendah terhadap bahasa Sunda. Secara kognitif, kaum muda Sunda Brebes memiliki pengetahuan tentang bahasa Sunda. Secara afektif, kaum muda merasa malu menggunakan bahasa Sunda Brebes. Selanjutnya, secara konatif, kaum muda Sunda Brebes siap memakai bahasa Sunda Brebes pada beberapa ranah kehidupan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi penerimaan kas merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang diperlukan bagi pihak manajemen. Sistem penerimaan kas dihasilkan dari kegiatan perusahaan baik penjualan yang dilakukan secara tunai maupun kredit. Penerimaan kas merupakan kunci pokok untuk menentukan posisi keuangan perusahaan dalam menentukan besarnya laba/rugi perusahaan. Sistem informasi penerimaan kas yang baik akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, blogging telah menjadi salah satu saluran yang paling populer untuk merekam dan mendiskusikan perasaan pribadi, gagasan dan pendapat yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa tertentu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Banyak penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa pengguna rekomendasi blog dapat mempengaruhi pemasaran yang kuat bagi konsumen jangkauan. Dalam e-commerce konsumen transaksi mencari nasihat sebelum melakukan pembelian melalui situs sosial dan mereka yang menerima rekomendasi untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur dengan mengambil sampel dari 120 dari Beauty Blogger Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mendukung usulan model penelitian dan variabel rekomendasi kepercayaan blog untuk variabel yang signifikan. Variabel tidak didukung adalah pengalaman online dan privasi. Dan variabel tambahan dari model sebelumnya adalah persepsi variabel risiko juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepercayaan yang berarti hipotesis didukung.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the effects of grammar mastery towards student’s reading comprehension.Grammar has an important role in mastering a language, and comprehending reading is also one of the ways to improve language learning. Therefore, it is necessary to know whether both variables have significantly effect to each other. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study. Sample are taken 80 students, and the sample taken with random technique. Data was collected through multiple choice test to the samples. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The research result shows that grammar mastery has a significant effect or influence towards the improvement of student’s reading comprehension. In other words the students who guided better grammar mastery are better to comprehend reading. Learning a language can hardly be defined from its grammatical. The language is mastered when the students can use it correctly and comunicatively either in oral or written. Thus, in learning English, the students must engage well to its grammatical. The results contribute most to the increasing of student’s reading comprehension. Key words: Grammar, Grammar Mastery, Language Learning, Reading Comprehension

Abstract

In 2018 the percentage of student registrations for State High Schools was 73.27% and for Private High Schools amounted to 26.73% to be the focus in the design of applications for admission of new students to improve the effectiveness of PPDB in HUTAMA High Schools. The method of designing a new web-based application for student acceptance uses the waterfall method by analyzing needs by conducting observations and interviews. At this stage as a resource person, the school and students who have made the process of accepting new students. The process of designing and making programs to represent the results of needs analysis by making interface designs, software architecture, and interface interactions, as well as program implementation and testing using the black box testing method. Results from this research can be obtained by the application of new web-based student admissions that aims to summarize the processes carried out with the previous system. Prospective students can register new students online that are not limited by space so that they can register anywhere and anytime in accordance with the policies of the school. And the school that carries out data management can directly receive the results of the report and can directly carry out data management without having to do typing first.
