Abstract

Article Literature Review Building Work spirit: Analysis of the Work Environment, Workload and Colleagues is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in future research, within the scope of science Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is by the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) The Work Environment affects Work spirit; 2) Workload affects Work spirit; and 3) Colleagues affect Work spirit. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Work spirit, there are many other factors including the variables compensation, leadership and company loyalty.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in research or scientific articles. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence the acceptance of SAKTI, namely: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk, a study of state financial management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis about the influence of variables that can be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) perceived usefulness affects the acceptance of SAKTI; 2) perceived ease of use affects the acceptance of SAKTI; and 3) perceived risk affects the acceptance of SAKTI.

Literature Review Article Determination of Purchase Decision: Place, Price, and Quality of Service is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Place influences the Purchase Decision, 2) Price affects the Purchase Decision, and 3) Service Quality affects the Purchase Decision. Apart from these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Purchase Decisions, there are still many other factors, including Product Quality, Product Design, and Consumer Needs. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze Model of improving employee through organizational commitment to Pulp Industry in Sumatera. The research method used descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study used probability sampling technique. The sample selection criteria was employees of the pulp industry in Jambi, Pekanbaru and Palembang. Beverage Development with a total of 240 samples obtained from Sumatera (Jambi, Pekanbaru and Palembang). Data analysis was performed by using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The data obtained was processed using a component-based or variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). It was found that the direct influence of competence, career development and extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in pulp industry, then the indirect effect of competence, career development and extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe the effect of the implementation of green governance on organizational performance and to determine whether the tax administration system renewal can strengthen the application of green governance on organizational performance.Methodology-The population of this research is the employees of the tax office throughout Indonesia. The sample of this research is senior employees, employees who have echelon IV positions and at least have the position of section head.Research Findings-This research resulted in a conclusion, namely the application of green governance results in better organizational performance. Tax administration system renewal resulted in decreased organizational performance. Tax administration system renewal can increase influence of green governance on organizational performance for the better.Theoretical contribution/Originality: Researchers add a new dimension to the green governance variables, namely participation and law enforcement.

Abstract

Economic development is a top priority for every country. Due to this urgency state, this research aims to investigate whether MSMEs plays crucial part in Reviving the national economic during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research method used was qualitative with descriptive analysis based on literature study. The research approach used is an integral comprehensive approach. So that it comes to the results which indicate that MSMEs have a tremendous contribution to the national economic especially in the recovery time after being hit by the pandemic. The abundance of MSMEs in Indonesia is inseparable from numerous challenges and circumstance of the Covid-19 pandemic which modified the consumption pattern towards goods and services into a momentum in accelerating the digital transformation. Therefore, MSMEs are advised to encourage the progressing of MSMEs in order to advance its class through acceleration of digital transformation and capacity building.

Abstract

The purpose of this exploratory study is to seek information on the effect of Mobile Money Services (MMS) dynamics on the growth of Micro-Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. (MSMEs) The available studies provide limited information on the subject, regarding the growth of micro-small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in Bosaso municipality, Puntland Somalia. The study is guided by the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to arrive at some of the factors affecting the growth of micro small and medium-sized enterprises. The study is based on a case study carried out using quasi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. The data was collected from a sample of 34 participants. The information gathered indicated that usefulness, social influence, accessibility, cost, enabling environment and trust aspects were linked to behavioural intention to utilise mobile money service, which has the potential to lead to the growth of micro-small and medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, it was learned that though mobile money service technology is new in the market, but the rate at which it is being adopted is on upward trajectory. Moreover, most of the participants possessed smartphones and they were already utilizing them to conduct their business transactions. The article presents information collected through the administration of interviews, observation and documentation. The findings potentially increase awareness of mobile money technology among MSMEs, policymakers, financial institutions, academicians and researchers. Thus, the overall growth of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the accounting graduates (S1) in Indonesia. Specifically, this study examines Determination of Internal and External Factors of Careeer selection of Professional accounting in this study, the research subjects used were Accounting Students at several universities in Indonesia, especially in Java, namely: the city of Jakarta, the city of Bandung, and the city of Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods by using the type of research conducted with quantitative approaches and data. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, conclusions can be drawn: Perception of Professional Accountants has a significant influence on the Career Interest of a student in a career as a Public Accountant. The interest of an accounting graduate who will pursue his career as a public accountant starts from the person's perception of the professional public accountant itself. Knowledge of Accounting has no significant and positive effect on Public Accountant Career Interest. As an accounting graduate who will determine his career as a Public Accountant, it is an absolute requirement to have knowledge of Accounting Science, especially in Financial Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. This has a significant and positive effect, where with in-depth and adequate Accounting Science, a person will be right in determining his career to become a reliable and professional Public Accountant.
