Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on investment decisions in Indonesia's banking sector, considering the role of the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Score as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach is used, involving eight banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and included in the IDX ESG Leaders index from 2019 to 2023, with a total sample of 40 research samples. The research findings indicate that CSR disclosure does not have a direct effect on investment decisions. However, ESG mediation significantly impacts CSR and investment decisions, and ESG is associated with EPS. These results suggest that ESG can act as a bridge for CSR in investment decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and sharia promotion on people's decisions to become members of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Tegaldlimo. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling method in this study used random sampling with a sample size of 60 members of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Tegaldlimo. The accumulation of data used in this study is primary data from the questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test) and multiple linear regression (t test, f test, r2 determination). The partial test results show that the t-value x1 is 4.743 > t-table value 2.002 and x2 t-value 2.428 > t-table value 2.002, meaning that brand image and sharia promotion have a significant effect on the decision to become a member of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Tegaldlimo and simultaneously show a calculated f-value of 56.893 > f-table value 3.16, so brand image and sharia promotion have a significant effect on the decision to become a member of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Tegaldlimo.

Abstract

The rapid rise in urban growth and health-conscious behavior in Pangkalpinang has spurred a demand for hydroponic vegetables. This study seeks to explore the factors shaping consumers' decision to purchase hydroponic vegetables in this area. By employing a quantitative research design, survey data were gathered from 170 respondents, focusing on demographic characteristics, variables related to socioeconomic status, perception as psychological influence, and marketing elements. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to identify the key predictors of purchasing behavior, alongside the application of the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy to enhance sales. The results show that most consumers are women working in the private sector, with a bachelor's degree, earning between Rp 4,000,000 and Rp 6,000,000, aged 17-25 years, married, and residing in Gabek District. The factors directly and significantly influence the decision to purchase hydroponic vegetables are product, income and perception. Price, however, does not have a direct effect. Nonetheless, price has a significant indirect impact on purchasing decision through its influence on perception. The marketing strategy employs the STP model to create an appealing product image and attract potential consumers. This approach integrates excellent customer service, attractive packaging, promotional pricing, and product innovation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the Indonesian Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) sector, fueled by e-commerce, has brought economic benefits but also significant environmental challenges. This research explores the potential of technology to implement green logistics practices within the Indonesian CEP industry, contributing to the global sustainability goals. A comprehensive literature review identified key technologies like electric vehicles, drones, AI, IoT, and sustainable packaging as crucial enablers of green logistics. Challenges such as high initial costs and regulatory hurdles were acknowledged. A proposed framework integrating these technologies into CEP operations was refined based on expert interviews, emphasizing the Indonesian context and the need for government support and incentives. The research concludes that a technology-driven approach to green logistics is vital for the CEP sector's sustainable future, highlighting potential benefits and addressing implementation challenges. The refined framework provides a practical roadmap for companies in Indonesia to adopt green technologies and contribute to a greener ecosystem. Future research directions include investigating the economic impact of green logistics on the Indonesian CEP sector and exploring the role of consumer awareness and behavior in driving sustainable practices.
