Changes that occur in the business world today is completely uncertain. For that every company that wants to win the competition and success in this century must apply the concept of product differentiation then the company can use all the resources and advantages that exist in exploiting all changes to win the competition. Differentiation is very important and suitable as the key to success in the company, then this study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of product differentiation on customer satisfaction at New Store Motor Sport (BMS) Samarinda. Companies in running their business must apply differentiation, where differentiation is one type of competitive advantage that can be owned by the company. Because of the suspected application of product differentiation is very influential on customer satisfaction of a company. This research was conducted by conducting research on product differentiation policy at New Store Motor Sport (BMS) Samarinda. The method used is simple regression method and correlation coefficient and t test to see the influence and relationship of product differentiation to customer satisfaction. The results showed that product differentiation has a strong relationship to customer satisfaction in New Store Motor Sport (BMS) Samarinda. This is evidenced from the results obtained in testing the hypothesis where the value of t count = 13.29> from ttable = 1.701 at = 0.05 or 5% and the correlation coefficient of 0.929 and the value of coefficient of determination = 86.3%, then the regression equation simple obtained is y = 7.707 + 0.87106 x. It means that every decrease of product differentiation as 1% in New Store Motor Sport (BMS) Samarinda will increase consumer satisfaction equal to 0,87106%. It was concluded that the key to success of New Motor Sport Stores (BMS) of Samarinda in reaching and serving the market should apply the concept of product differentiation that can increase customer satisfaction and continue to be a successful company and can win the competition.

The aim to determine the effect of product Quality of Service on customer satisfaction at PT. Totogasono Sekawan Samarinda. Companies in running their business must apply Quality of Services, where Quality of service is one type of competitive advantage that can be owned by the company. Because of the suspected application of Service Quality is very influential on customer satisfaction of a company. This research was conducted by conducting research on Quality of service policy at PT. Totogasono Sekawan Samarinda. The method used is simple regression method and correlation coefficient and t test to see the influence and relationship of Quality of Service to customer satisfaction. The results showed that Quality Service has a strong relationship to customer satisfaction in PT. Totogasono Sekawan Samarinda. This is evidenced from the results obtained in testing the hypothesis where the value of t count = 6,251> from ttable = 2,021 at = 0.05 or 5% and the correlation coefficient of 0,710 and the value of coefficient of determination = 86.3%, then the regression equation simple obtained is y = 0,600 sampai dengan 0,800 x. It means that every decrease of product differentiation as 1% in PT. Totogasono Sekawan Samarinda will increase consumer satisfaction equal to 0,800%. It was concluded that the key to success of PT. Totogasono Sekawan Samarinda in reaching and serving the market should apply the concept of product differentiation that can increase customer satisfaction and continue to be a successful company and can win the competition.

This study aims to determine the effect of systemic risk and liquidity partially and simultaneously to return stock at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is financial statements in 2012 through 2016. This study uses the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing by F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), the coefficient of multiple determination and correlation analysis with 5% significance level.The results of this study can be seen that the influence of systematic risk and liquidity together have a significant effect on stock returns. Liquidity risk systematically and jointly able to explain the ups and downs of the stock return of 71.7%, while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. In this study, multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.449 + 0,019X1-0,269X2. The systematic risk of a significant effect on stock returns and have a positive relationship. While liquidity has no significant effect on stock returns and has a negative correlation.

This Research aims to knows the amount of supply of liquid infuse as the pharmaceutical product as most efficient at PT. Dos Ni Roha Samarinda. Analyser used the method of Economic of Order Quantity (EOQ).The Result by ordering for Ecosol Ringer Lactated (RL) as much 10 times and as much 9.818 bottle, 9 times and NaCl of 8,874 bottles and 10 times for Gelofusine of 297 bottles ordering in one year and each time order with the expense by equal to Rp. 16.494.309, Rp. 12.199.695, Rp.17.618.480 and Reorder point where company have to order to return at the time of stock reminded by 6.025 bottle, 4.777 bottle and 301 bottle.

The result showed that : 1) quality of product (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) has a simultan impact on customers loyalty at Telkomsel pre-paid card, this is evidenced by the results calculations F statistics the three of variable 18.048 (sig. 0.000) is greater than F table is 2.76 with alpha 5 %. 2) quality of product (X1) has a significant impact on customers loyalty at Telkomsel pre-paid card, this is evidenced by the results calculations t statistics 3.697 (sig. 0.000) is greater than t table is 2.000 with alpha 5 %. price (X2) has a significant impact on customers loyalty at Telkomsel pre-paid card, this is evidenced by the results calculations t statistics 4.000 (sig. 0.000) is greater than t table is 2.000 with alpha 5 %. While promotion (X3) has not a significant impact on loyalty at Telkomsel pre-paid card, this is evidenced by the results calculations t statistics -0.411 (sig. 0.683) is smaller than t table is 2.000 with alpha 5 %. 3) the most dominan variable affecting customers loyalty at Telkomsel pre-paid card is quality of product (X1) and price (X2).

Cost of production encompasses all costs and sacrifices that need to be incurred and made to produce the finished product.This study aims to analyze the calculation of cost of production Tahu Mama Kokom Kotabaru by using company method, full costing and variable costing.Based on the calculation done by using the calculation itself (company method), then the cost of production tahu per piece is Rp. 190,42, -. By using the method of full costing cost of goods sold per piece is Rp. 190,78, -. while using the method of variable costing cost of goods sold per piece is Rp. 190,62, - From the three methods known calculations applied Mama Kokom is lower than the method of full costing and variable costing.

This research aimed to tasted the influence of wages, the influence of employment, investment and capital expenditures on migration in risen in east kalimantan.The theory that used demographic.This research using secondary data in the form of panel, analyzed using panel data regression analysis.The testing of hypotheses use the assumption classic, R test, R2, who has been adjusted F test and T test and analyzed quantitatively using computer program SPSS ( statistical package for the social science ) 20.The result of this research shows that wages have negative effects but insignificant, employment influential positive and significant, investment it has some positive effects but insignificant, capital expenditures influential positive and significant on migration in risen in east kalimantan.

Background in this research is the production as well as in marketing experience of increase or decrease, but nevertheless company can’t know for sure whether sales volume of Folding Gate and Rolling Door Mfg at PT. Son Agung Santoso in Samarinda is as a positive result of marketing expenditure activities performed or not. The formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is There Positive Influence of Marketing Cost of Sales Volume Folding Gate and Rolling Door Mfg at PT. Son of the Great Santoso in Samarinda? This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of marketing costs on sales volume Folding Gate and Rolling Door Mfg made by PT. Son of the Great Santoso in Samarinda. Based on the result of calculation of analysis and discussion, hence obtained result that marketing cost have influence very weak or small to sales volume of Folding Gate And Rolling Door Mfg at PT. Son of Agung Santoso in Samarinda for year 2014 can be seen in regression equation that is: Y = 285.945,033 + 215,720X, meaning every increase of marketing cost equal to Rp 215,720,00 which will lead to increase to sales volume of Folding Gate And Rolling Door Mfg at PT. Son Agung Santoso in Samarinda Rp 285,945,033.00 The amount of correlation coefficient (r) is 0.3602 or 0.36%, also has been proven by t test count greater than t table (1.2210> 1.1392). While the year 2015 with regression equation that is: Y = 210.904,044 + 172,279 (X), meaning every increase of marketing cost equal to Rp 172.279,00 will cause increase to sales volume of Folding Gate and Rolling Door Mfg at PT. Son of Agung Santoso in Samarinda Rp 210.904.044,00. The magnitude of correlation coefficient (r) is 0.7500 or 0.75%, with t count is greater than t table (3.5857> 2.7652), this means that the year 2015 tesrsebut between variable X marketing costs have a very positive or very strong with variable Y sales volume Folding Gate and Rolling Door Mfg on PT. Son of the Great Santoso in Samarinda, thus, the hypothesis which the authors point out is true and acceptable.

The potential risk of bankruptcy is always attached to every business including the property and real estate industries. The purpose of the study is to identify potential bankruptcy on property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange by Springate method. Using three samples with purposive sampling technique, data collection technique using secondary data. Data analysis from this study using Springate method look at from the company's financial statements. The results indicate company X bankruptcy, due to a decrease in the of working capital to total assets. The company Y experience conditions grea area in 2016 which means in the company in the conditions prone the bankruptcy, because of the produce a profit. Expected company can manage current liabilities well so that the company out of the conditions gre are. PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPCK) get assessment criteria healthy in the form of the financial statements expected management attention and improve the performance of the company in order to better in the following years.
