Abstract

Service quality is among the most crucial determinant for customer satisfaction in the parcel service industry. It consists of tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy and responsiveness. However, there is lack of research and knowledge available on the customer satisfaction with the parcel service especially in higher education level. The purpose of the research is to develop a SERVQUAL framework on student satisfaction with University’s Parcel Service Quality in a higher education institution. Therefore, this paper can act as benchmark for parcel services to checklist their quality. Future researcher can use this research as the foundation and reference about the precedents of the university’s parcel service toward the customer/student satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the income description of traditional coffee shops in Balongpanggang Village through 5 dimensions of service quality dslsm facing cafes in Balongpanggang sub-district. By collecting data from 5 informants and 1 key informant as the opening of the research to find accurate results. The presentation of the data is done using data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study found that the income earned by paying attention to the tangible dimension was caused by the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop. Earnings income by taking into account the dimension of reliability is caused by the application of careful and fast services. Earnings revenue by paying attention to the dimension of responsiveness caused by customer requests and notifications. Earnings income by paying attention to the assurance dimension is caused by inspection of goods, price stability, honesty, courtesy and patience. Earning income by paying attention to the empathy dimension is caused by greeting, joking, tolerance and incentives.

Abstract

The background in this study is that the problems that affect financial management behavior are that employees at PT Bina Bumi Berkat are still not able to manage their financial management behavior properly. This study aims to examine the influence of income, financial attitudes, and locus control on financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was PT Bina Bumi Berkat employees, totaling 120 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. the sample in this study is 120 permanent employees of PT Bina Bumi Berkati. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. For test aids using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that income has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat, financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat, and Locus Control has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat. .

Abstract

The determinant factor in improving employee performance in the face of competition is the human resource factor. All service organizations will face particular in the service or service sector. Likewise with Nadhlatul Ulama Tuban Hospital in maintaining its existence amid service competition with other hospitals against the community in Tuban Regency. The most appropriate way to test the performance results is to do research. The purpose of this study is to understand human resource management strategies in improving the performance of its employees. The research results showed data processing of factors can affect employee performance. It called individual factors, psychology and company. The value of spirit in RSNU Tuban is also quite influential on the strategy of improving the performance of its employees, because all forms of action taken are not independent of the value of the organization's struggle established and presented amid the community. The results of processing research data are IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) value found 3.45 and EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary)value found 2.99. so it can be concluded that employee performance improvement strategy through improved human resource management can improve performance in the RSNU and be in the category of satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline and job satisfaction on performance. The number of samples in this study were 78 employees at PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Syariah Mandiri Gresik, using the technical method Probability Sampling type Simple Random Sampling. Collecting data in this study is using questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partial test results Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training, compensation and work discipline on work performance. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and companies. The population used in the study amounted to 99 people, using a total sampling method with a sample of 89 people. The research data is primary and secondary data, ,primary data obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data obtained from companies. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the independent variable partially to the dependent variable used the t test technique. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables as a whole on the dependent variable, the F test was used. The results showed that partially the training variable had an influence on the Work Performance variable, compensation had an effect on work performance, whilethe discipline variable had no positive effect on work performance variables. Overall the variables tested are able to explain changes in employee performance.

Abstract

Work productivity is very important to achieve company goals optimally. One way is to provide motivation and job satisfaction. Motivated employees work with enthusiasm, so that job satisfaction is achieved and employee work productivity increases. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work productivity of employees of PT. Amanah Sang Surya Tuban and find out which variables have the greatest influence on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative research using anassociative approach. from linearity test and normality test, partial regression test (t-test) and simultaneous regression test (F-test). Based on testing using a simultaneous linear regression test between work motivation and work productivity, job satisfaction, From this it can be concluded that work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect work productivity at PT. Amanah Sang Surya Tuban

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support on employee performance (PNS Staff) at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. This study took a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique while measuring data using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses test instruments (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of measuring instruments, model test/classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test). The results of the study stated that individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. Based on the results of the t test, the three independent variables have a partial effect. The final conclusion is that the variables of individual characteristics, work motivation, and organizational support are able to explain changes in performance variables.

Abstract

Investment has been in great demand in the modern era, starting from students to the public, now students are also starting to get to know investment with the existence of investment galleries that are starting to enter universities. But in fact, even though students have been given investment gallery facilities, an understanding of investment is very much needed before investing. The results of the pre-survey conducted by researchers show that management students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik in 2019-2020 are still unable to understand investment and its types. Many factors influence investment interest, including investment knowledge, financial literacy, and minimal capital. This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge, financial literacy, and minimal capital on investment interest in Management Students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik in the Investment Gallery. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 212 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 program. The results showed that investment knowledge had a positive and significant effect on investment interest, financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest, and minimal capital had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Abstract

The background in this research is the sale of Semen Merah Putih does not meet the target. This study aims to examine the influence of advertising, price, and public relations on the purchasing decision of Red and White Cement in Gresik Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Semen Merah Putih products, while the sample was taken using the Probability Sampling technique using simple random sampling. The reason is because of the way of taking samples from members of the population using random regardless of the strata (levels) in the members of the sample population. The sample studied by the researcher was 96 96 people who had made a purchase of Red and White Cement products. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and public relations has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
