Abstract

AbstractSumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam pengelolaan suatu perusahaan. Dalam  mencapai tujuannya, suatu perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai pengelola sistem. Sumber daya manusia  yang  kompeten  dengan  kinerja  yang  baik,  dapat  menunjang  keberhasilan  kinerja.  Sebaliknya sumber  daya  manusia  yang  tidak  kompeten  dan  kinerjanya  buruk  merupakan  masalah  kompetitif  yang dapat  menempatkan  perusahaan  dalam  kondisi  yang  merugi.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  budaya  organisasi  dan  lingkungan  kerja  terhadap  kinerja karyawan pada karyawan SPBU CODO  Pohon Pule. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah  Budaya  Organisasi  (X1)  dan  Lingkungan  Kerja  (X2),  sedangkan  variabel  terikat  dalam penelitian  ini  adalah  Kinerja  Karyawan  (Y).  Penelitian  ini  menggunkan  jenis  penelitian  deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. SPBU  CODO  POHON  PULE  diresmikan  pada  tahun  2014  di  bawah  pimpinan  Richard  Sahertian. Jumlah  sampel  penelitian  adalah  30  orang.  Hasil  penelitian  menemukan  bahwa  budaya  organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract:Marketing Analysis of JTS Products on Service  User  Decisions  to  Select  Ambon  State  Polytechnic  Civil  Engineering  Department. The  Department  of  Civil  Engineering  Ambon  State  Polytechnic  is  one  of  the  education  that leads to Vokasih education, education that prepares human resources that are ready to use in the  world  work  contest.  The  method  used  in  this  study  is  multiple  regression  analysis.  This analysis is used to find out how much the independent variable (7P marketing mix strategy) is dependent  on  the  dependent  variable  (Decision  of  service  users  to  choose  Ambon  State Polytechnic  Civil  Engineering  Department).  The  regression  general  equation  used  is  as follows Y = α + ∑bnXn + e. The results of the calculation of independent variable relations and the dependent variable influence each other shows positivity. Y = 2,442 + (0,126) x1 + (- 0,009) X2 + (0,39) X3 + (0,131) x4 + (0,031) 5 + (0,037) x6 + (0,054) X7. Adjustd R squar value of 0.071 or 71% as an independent variable influences the dependent variable and the remaining  residual  value  of  29%  is influenced  by  other  variables  not  included  in  the  study. the overall value of F count is 2.448 and a significant value of 0.022. the result of the F table value is 2.10, then F count 2.448> 2.10 then Ho is rejected. Keywords: JTS Product Marketing, Service User Decision, Civil Engineering Department

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the significant effect of  work environment, work  trust on work performance  at  the  certified  teachers  at  city  of  Ambon.  The  method  used  in  this  research  is quantitative research methods. And the sample used in this study were 375 employees. Based on the  results  of  multiple  linear  regression  analysis,  it  is  found  that  the  most  dominant  factor influencing work performance. This  work environment is evidenced by the largest standardized coefficient value, which is 0.413, compared to the standardized coefficient of trust, which is 0.190. Thus,  work  environmenet  has  a  very  positive  and  significant  effect  on  work  performance.  The better the work environment, the work performance will increase. Trust has a positive effect on work  performance,  meaning  that  if  the  work  encironment  system  provided  is  better,  work performance will increase.  Kata Kunci :Work Environment , Trust , Work Performance

Abstract:Bank  memperoleh  keuntungan  dari  pinjaman  yang  disalurkan  kepada  nasabah.  Pinjaman yang  disalurkan  bertujuan  untuk  memperoleh  keuntungan  yang  maksimal  dengan  risiko minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Character, Capacity,  Capital,  Collateral,  dan  Condition  of  Economic  secara  parsial  dan  simultan terhadap pemberian kredit di PT. BPR Modern Express Ambon. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Modern Express Ambon. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah  karyawan  PT.  BPR  Modern  Express  Ambon  sebanyak  48  responden.  Teknik analisis  data  yang  dipakai  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian  kuantitatif,  yaitu  uji validitas,  uji  reliabilitas  dan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda  dengan  menggunakan  SPSS. Dari  hasil  pengujian  yang  dilakukan  secara  parsial  dan  secara  simultan,  Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Condition of Economic mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. Kata kunci :, Analisa 5C, Pemberian Kredit, PT. Abstract

Abstract:This study was aimed to examined the factors that determine the effectiveness of information systems  in  public  sector  organizations,  namely  top  management,  information  system management, user satisfaction, and the use of information systems. This study took a sample of  120  respondents  with  a  purposive  sampling  technique..  The  type  of  data  in  this  study  is primary data obtained from questionnaire answers. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that that information management and user satisfaction had a positive  effect  on  the  effectiveness  of  information  systems.  While  the  variables  of  top management  and  the  use  of  information  systems  had  no  effect  on  the  effectiveness  of information system.  Keywords  :  effectiveness  of  information  systems  top  management,  information  system management, user satisfaction, use of information systems.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian  ini  dilakukan  untuk  mengnalisa  faktor  –  faktor  yang  mempengaruhi penyaluran kredit pada PT. Bank MalukuMalut. Dalam penelitian ada tiga ratio keuangan yang digunakan  yakni  Loan  to  Deposit  Ratio  (LDR),  Non  Performing  Loan  (NPL)  dan  Capital Adequacty  Ratio  (CAR).  Jenis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  jenis  data sekunder yaitu data yang di peroleh dari pihak lain dalam bentuk yang sudah jadi yang berupa laporan  keuangan  tahunan  dari  Bank  MalukuMalut  dalam  kurun  waktu  2008  -  2018.  Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Regreesi Linear berganda dan pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil  penelitian  dari  uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa:  LDR  berpengaruh  positif  dan signifikan  terhadap  penyaluran  kredit  PT  Bank  Maluku-MALUT;    variabel  NPL  berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit pada PT Bank MALUKUMALUT. Variabel CAR  berpengaruh  positif  tetapi  tidak  signifikan  terhadap  penyaluran  kredit  pada  PT  Bank MALUKUMALUT.  Selanjutnya  secara  serempak  variable  LDR,  NPL  dan  CAR  berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit pada PT Bank MALUKUMALUT.   Kata kunci : LDR, NPL, CAR dan Penyaluran Kredit

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose this article is to determine the effect of the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR),  Capital  Adequacy  Ratio  (CAR),  Non  Performing  Financing  (NPF),  and  Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) on the  Profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia (Case Study of Islamic Banks). Independent Period 2016-2020). The sample of this research is Bank  Syariah  Mandiri.  Analysis  of  the  data  used  to  test  the  hypothesis  is  to  use  multiple regression  analysis  techniques.  The  findings  of  this  study  are  that  the  Financing  to  Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) has no effect on ROA, while the ratio of Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) has an effect on ROA. The managerial implication of this research is to encourage the bank's management to set  a  strategy  to  maximize  its  profitability  by  considering  the  capital  adequacy  ratio, financing risk and liquidity risk. Keywords – FDR, CAR NPF, BOPO

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing usaha laundry kiloan pada Fresh laundry, dengan melakukan pembanding pada dua kompetitor usaha Laundry kiloan di apartement Green Park View. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisa SWOT. Adapun metode  pengumpulan  data  yaitu  melakukan  wawancara  dan  observasi.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian maka strategi yang dilakukan oleh Fresh Laundry adalah mendatangi pelanggan, mengambil cucian, memprosesnya,  dan  mengantarkan  kembali  (door  to  door),    memberikan  jangka  waktu  pembayaran sampai  pengambilan  cucian  yang  kedua.  Apapun  kebijakan  dari  pemilik  fresh  laundry  akan memberikan dampak peningkatan atau penurunan pelanggan.  Kata kunci: Strategi bersaing, analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Abstract:This study, aims to determine the growth of terminal user fees from 2014 to 2018, the  effectiveness  of  terminal  user  fees  from  2014  to  2018,  the  contribution  of terminal  user  fees.  Secondary  data  type,  data  source  from  the  Department  of Transportation  and  the  Ambon  City  Revenue  Office.  Data  collection  techniques through  documentation.  Analysis  of  the  data  used  is  the  analysis  of  growth, effectiveness and contribution. The results of data analysis show that (1) the growth of revenue from parking fees in  Ambon  City  in  2015  was  (10.43%);  in  2016  amounted  to  3.82%;  in  2017 24.82%; this means that growth is positive while in 2018 the growth is negative at only  0.53%.  (2)  The  effectiveness  of  station  retribution  receipts  in  Ambon  City from  2014  to  2018  reached  an  average  of  87.75%  per  year.  This  shows  that  the acceptance  of  Station  charges  in  Ambon  city  is  not  effective.  (2)  Contribution  of Station Retribution Receipts to Regional Original Revenues amounted to 3.03% in 2014; 2.34% in 2015; 2.31% in 2016; 2.59% in 2017, while in 2018 there was a decrease of 0.24% to 2.35% from 2017.  Keywords: Reception, Effectiveness, Retribution, Region Original Income

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial statements with the quality of human resources as a moderating variable. This research uses population studies or census studies. This study are primary data obtained from direct distribution of questionnaires. This result of the study partially show that the effectiveness of accounting information systems and internal control systems has an effect on the quality of financial statements. Analysis of moderating variables using the absolute different  value  approach  shows  that  the  quality  of  human  resources  is  able  to  moderate  the effectiveness of the accounting information system but is not able to moderate the internal control system on the quality of financial statements. Keywords: Effectiveness of Accounting Information System, Internal Control System, Quality of Financial Statement, and Quality of Human Resources.
