Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned process aimed at developing the personality, attitudes, and abilities of students holistically, both physically and spiritually. Along with technological advancements, learning has undergone transformations, one of which is through the use of multimedia, which is considered capable of increasing the effectiveness of material delivery. This study aims to describe the implementation of a multimedia-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning model at Al-Azhar Cairo Islamic Junior High School in Banda Aceh and the challenges encountered during this process. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of digital devices such as iPads, Apple TVs, and the Keynote application increased students' interest in learning and understanding of PAI material. The strategies implemented included technical preparation, multimedia project implementation, and the use of interactive presentation media. However, several obstacles hampered the learning process, such as unstable internet connections, limited learning platforms for PAI subjects, and student dependence on digital devices. This study concluded that multimedia-based learning can be an effective alternative for improving the quality of PAI learning if supported by adequate infrastructure, teacher training, and digital classroom management that balances technology and direct interaction

Abstract

The phenomenon of many new students who do not feel at home, have difficulty adapting, and choose to leave the pesantren is a serious problem faced by many pesantren This is due to the weak dormitory management system that has not run strategically and directionally. In fact, the dormitory is a center for character development and habituation of Islamic values for students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a dormitory strategic management model that is able to respond comprehensively to the adaptation needs of new students. This research aims to develop a strategic model of new student dormitory management at the MTs level in Islamic boarding schools, in order to optimize the adaptation process of new students in the pesantren environment. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model and the strategic management theory approach of Fred R. David, which includes the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The research also integrates Islamic values from the thought of Imam Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun to strengthen the spiritual and moral dimensions in the management of the dormitory. The results of this research produce a strategic model that is not only operational, but also rooted in Islamic educational values, so that it can be a reference for Islamic boarding school institutions in improving the quality of dormitory management, especially in assisting new students to live the early life in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

Education is a process that facilitates students in developing their potential through learning. However, learning success largely depends on student motivation. Observations in class XI IPA 1 at MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa, Aceh Besar, revealed low student engagement during Fiqh lessons, mainly due to the monotonous lecture method used by the teacher. This study aims to explore the planning, implementation, and effectiveness of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method in improving students' motivation in learning Fiqh. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a purposive sample of 22 students from class XI IPA 1 in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection methods included observation, documentation, and questionnaires, analysed through the stages of planning, implementation, and reflection. The findings show that the STAD method significantly increased students' motivation. Students demonstrated improved activeness, responsibility, and comprehension, especially in the topics of inheritance and wills. Group collaboration and interactive discussion encouraged student participation and interest. Questionnaire results indicated a predominantly positive response from students. The use of appropriate learning tools and media further enhanced the effectiveness and enjoyment of the learning process

Abstract

The rapid growth of mobile coffee shops in Indonesia, particularly in Banda Aceh, has intensified market competition. Within the context of Qanun Syariat Islam, business success depends not only on product quality but also on innovation and adherence to Islamic economic principles. This study aims to explore product and process innovation practices, compliance with Sharia economic law, and their implications for customer satisfaction. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with mobile coffee shop owners and customers, as well as direct observations of business operations. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, involving coding, categorization, and theme development. Validity was ensured through member checking and triangulation. Findings indicate that product innovation involves menu diversification, distinctive local flavors, and attractive packaging tailored to local preferences. Process innovation includes the adoption of digital cashier systems, cashless payments, and simplified service SOPs. Sharia compliance covers the use of halal-certified ingredients, transparent pricing, and ethical promotion. The integration of these three aspects fosters customer satisfaction that is both functional and value-based, thereby encouraging loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. These results confirm that competitive advantage in Banda Aceh’s mobile coffee shop sector can be built through a combination of innovation and Sharia-based values aligned with local culture. The findings expand the literature on differentiation strategies in halal-based culinary businesses.

Abstract

Nowadays in Indonesia, the reform of state financial management has entered an era of transparency and accountability. This is marked by the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance which authorizes central and regional government agencies to make financial reports in every accountability of the implementation of the APBN/D to the DPR/D. The financial reports in question are the Budget Realization Report, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report and Notes to the Financial Statements. Research Results Based on the results of simultaneous tests, it can be seen that all indicators studied have an effect on improving the performance of the Aceh Government Work Unit, where the application of public sector accounting (X), accountability (X), and transparency (X,) have an effect on the performance of the Aceh Government Work Unit. shows that the application of public sector accounting partially affects the performance of the Aceh Government Work Unit. These results indicate that the application of public sector accounting will have a real impact on improving the performance of the Aceh Government Work Unit. The variables that affect performance in this study are limited to research variables, namely the application of public sector accounting, accountability and transparency. Public sector accounting research is advised to add variables that affect the performance of the Aceh Government Work Unit, for example the use of information technology and internal supervision. Measurement of SKPA performance in this study is limited to self-evaluation methods so that it is possible that respondents who have just held positions in the Aceh Government Work Unit have not been able to measure their own performance. Therefore, it is hoped that further researchers will combine the methods between subordinate evaluation of superiors and superior evaluation of subordinates, so that the research conducted can be generalized in an effort to provide empirical support for the theory being tested.

Abstract

Majelis taklim is a non-formal educational institution that has a strategic role in improving the religious quality of the community, especially women. Unfortunately, many taklim assemblies still hold learning activities without a structured curriculum guide that is in accordance with the needs of the congregation. This causes learning materials to be often not on target, less systematic, and unable to answer the challenges of religious and social life faced by worshippers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a religious curriculum based on the real needs of female worshippers so that the learning process becomes more directed, effective, and meaningful. This research uses the research and development method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model. The analysis stage is carried out with two analyses, namely needs analysis and product analysis. In the integrated design stage with the Tyler model, a model religious curriculum for the women's taklim assembly was designed which resulted in an initial prototype design. In the development stage, expert validation of the initial prototype consisted of curriculum development experts, material experts and linguists so that a second prototype was produced. At the implementation stage, validation was carried out by practitioners of the second prototype. At the evaluation stage, improvements were made to the third prototype based on assessments and suggestions from previous experts so that the final product was produced. The results of the study show that the main needs of pilgrims include understanding of the knowledge of the Qur'an, faith, women's jurisprudence (including worship, munakahat, muamalah, and funeral arrangements), morals-Sufism, family education, and health. The curriculum is designed with components: objectives, materials, methods, and learning evaluations that are structured systematically and contextually. The validation results show that the curriculum is very feasible to use. This curriculum can be a reference for the organizers of the taklim assembly in organizing religious education in accordance with the needs and characteristics of adult female worshippers
