Abstract

Religious character building is one of the main focuses of education in Indonesia, especially at the madrasah level, because there are still many students who face challenges in the form of a lack of self-awareness and a tendency towards negative behavior such as bullying. This study aims to analyze the role of extracurricular activities in improving students' religious character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Falah Bogor City. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis, and involved students and extracurricular advisors as research subjects. The results showed that extracurricular activities, especially scouting, contribute significantly to the formation of students' religious character. These activities not only deepen understanding of religious values, but also train social skills, foster discipline, increase involvement, and strengthen awareness of spiritual responsibility. Thus, extracurricular activities have proven to be an effective means in forming individuals with noble character and religious personality. This study concludes that strengthening extracurricular programs based on religious values needs to be continuously developed by educational institutions as a strategy in building students' overall character. Abstrak Pembentukan karakter religius merupakan salah satu fokus utama pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya pada jenjang madrasah, karena masih banyak siswa yang menghadapi tantangan berupa kurangnya kesadaran diri dan kecenderungan terhadap perilaku negatif seperti bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan karakter religius siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Falah Kota Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, serta melibatkan siswa dan pembimbing ekstrakurikuler sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, khususnya pramuka, berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Kegiatan tersebut tidak hanya memperdalam pemahaman nilai-nilai agama, tetapi juga melatih keterampilan sosial, menumbuhkan kedisiplinan, meningkatkan keterlibatan, serta memperkuat kesadaran akan tanggung jawab spiritual. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terbukti menjadi sarana efektif dalam membentuk pribadi yang berakhlak mulia dan berkepribadian religius. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan program ekstrakurikuler berbasis nilai religius perlu terus dikembangkan oleh lembaga pendidikan sebagai strategi dalam membangun karakter siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The phenomenon of many new students who do not feel at home, have difficulty adapting, and choose to leave the pesantren is a serious problem faced by many pesantren This is due to the weak dormitory management system that has not run strategically and directionally. In fact, the dormitory is a center for character development and habituation of Islamic values for students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a dormitory strategic management model that is able to respond comprehensively to the adaptation needs of new students. This research aims to develop a strategic model of new student dormitory management at the MTs level in Islamic boarding schools, in order to optimize the adaptation process of new students in the pesantren environment. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model and the strategic management theory approach of Fred R. David, which includes the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The research also integrates Islamic values from the thought of Imam Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun to strengthen the spiritual and moral dimensions in the management of the dormitory. The results of this research produce a strategic model that is not only operational, but also rooted in Islamic educational values, so that it can be a reference for Islamic boarding school institutions in improving the quality of dormitory management, especially in assisting new students to live the early life in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

Kelahiran seorang anak adalah kebahagiaan bagi kedua orang tua. Namun, harus diingat bahwa anak -anak adalah kepercayaan dari Tuhan. Berikan perhatian khusus kepada anak -anak sejak awal kelahiran, ketika bayi, sampai cara mendidik sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditahbiskan Allah adalah keharusan mutlak bagi umat Islam. Islam tidak mengizinkan manusia ketika mereka turun ke kehidupan bumi ini tetapi telah menetapkan aturan dan hukum untuknya. Oleh karena itu, bagi mereka yang diberkati dengan anak -anak berkewajiban menerapkan undang -undang ini. Islam adalah perkembangan pikiran perilaku manusia dan penataan perilaku berdasarkan agama Islam, dengan niat menyadari ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan individu dan masyarakat, yaitu di seluruh bidang kehidupan. Pembiasaan dan pengajaran adalah salah satu cara atau metode pendidikan anak. Jika anak selalu terbiasa dan diajarkan untuk berbuat baik maka ia akan memiliki kecenderungan untuk berbuat baik sampai ia tumbuh dewasa atau bahkan hingga usia tua. Masalah itu terjadi karena nilai -nilai kebaikan telah meresap ke dalam dirinya dan telah menjadi pola pikir, sikap dan perilaku. Jika anak dapat memenuhi tugas perkembangannya maka itu berarti akan dapat mengembangkan potensi yang ia miliki secara fisik maupun spiritual. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian perpustakaan, yaitu kegiatan untuk mengeksplorasi, memeriksa, memeriksa, dan mengidentifikasi hal -hal yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat menurut subjek atau objek yang ada. Pendidikan anak pada periode pascanatal sesuai dengan perspektif Islam adalah memberikan kabar baik dan selamat atas kelahirannya, menggemakan panggilan untuk berdoa di telinga kanan dan iqomah di telinga kiri kemudian, lalu Tahnik (madu ke dalam mulut yang baru lahir), memberikannya nama yang bagus, direkomendasikan untuk aqiqah, menyusui selama dua tahun penuh dan diresepkan untuk disunat sebelum pubertas

Abstract

Majelis taklim is a non-formal educational institution that has a strategic role in improving the religious quality of the community, especially women. Unfortunately, many taklim assemblies still hold learning activities without a structured curriculum guide that is in accordance with the needs of the congregation. This causes learning materials to be often not on target, less systematic, and unable to answer the challenges of religious and social life faced by worshippers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a religious curriculum based on the real needs of female worshippers so that the learning process becomes more directed, effective, and meaningful. This research uses the research and development method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model. The analysis stage is carried out with two analyses, namely needs analysis and product analysis. In the integrated design stage with the Tyler model, a model religious curriculum for the women's taklim assembly was designed which resulted in an initial prototype design. In the development stage, expert validation of the initial prototype consisted of curriculum development experts, material experts and linguists so that a second prototype was produced. At the implementation stage, validation was carried out by practitioners of the second prototype. At the evaluation stage, improvements were made to the third prototype based on assessments and suggestions from previous experts so that the final product was produced. The results of the study show that the main needs of pilgrims include understanding of the knowledge of the Qur'an, faith, women's jurisprudence (including worship, munakahat, muamalah, and funeral arrangements), morals-Sufism, family education, and health. The curriculum is designed with components: objectives, materials, methods, and learning evaluations that are structured systematically and contextually. The validation results show that the curriculum is very feasible to use. This curriculum can be a reference for the organizers of the taklim assembly in organizing religious education in accordance with the needs and characteristics of adult female worshippers
