Islam as a religion has many branches of teachings, one of which is Shia. Shia is a sect of Islam based on the views of Sayyidina Ali (the fourth caliph) and his descendants. This sect emerged at the beginning of Khulafaurrasyidin’s leadership and has loyal followers. They believe Sayyidina Ali should become the successor caliph to the Prophet Muhammad SAW based on the Prophet’s will. Shia has developed into various sects and has become an issue that requires exceptional understanding and attention in Islamic studies. Debates and polemics often arise around Shiism, so it is essential to understand its various types and doctrines. This literature research discusses four Shiite sects: Shiite Itsna Asyariah, Shiiah Sab’iah, Shiiah Zaidiah, and Shiiah Ghulat. Shia Itsna ‘Asyariyah is a sect that recognizes twelve imams as Islamic community leaders and has the most prominent followers. Shiite Sab’iah recognizes seven imams. The Zaidiyah Shiites, whose name is Zaid bin Ali Zainal Abidin, have a moderate attitude in dealing with the issue of Ali bin Abi Talib’s leadership and in assessing the three previous caliphs. Meanwhile, the Ghulat Shiites tend to be extreme in supporting Ali. Abu Zahrah explained that the Ghulat Shiites are a group that places Ali in a position like God; some even have a higher concept than the Prophet Muhammad. This research aims to provide a broader understanding of various Shia sects. Understanding these schools provides many perspectives on how religious thought is formed, which needs to be considered

Education plays a significant role in shaping individual personalities, society, and civilization. Education is not solely related to the knowledge imparted but also involves the formation of character, moral values, and skills needed to understand and successfully practice something new that has been learned. Education can also bring you closer to spiritual or religious values. This journal article aims to make Generation Z aware of the importance of Islamic religious education in the current digital era so that they are not easily influenced by the negative things they get from their gadgets. The research method applied in writing this journal article is a qualitative approach and literature analysis methods related to the urgency of Islamic religious education for the Zoomer Generation. This research was done by reading and analyzing relevant journals and scientific literature. The research results show a decline in Generation Z's interest in studying Islamic religious education caused by the presence of modern technology in their lives today. They feel that Islamic religious education is boring and makes them out of date, so most of them do not have the confidence to study it because they are afraid of being looked down upon by the people around them. This kind of understanding arises from their minds due to a lack of knowledge about the importance of Islamic religious education in their lives, and they also do not know the purpose and impact of this education. Therefore, this journal article aims to straighten Generation Z's understanding of the importance of Islamic religious education, especially in their current era. Providing Islamic religious education to Generation Z has a very crucial role in shaping their character. This will help them understand moral and ethical values, develop mental and emotional resilience, strengthen leadership, and build a healthy social life

Educational stimuli that are considered to have an essential role in children's lives from an early age are emotional development. Emotional development is related to all aspects of child development. Young children tend to express their emotions freely or openly at this stage. This research aims to see the role-play method's effectiveness in improving young children's emotional abilities at school. This research uses an experimental method with a quasi-experiment type and a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a pre-test and post-test on 25 children. The difference in the emotional abilities of Group A children in PAUD Nurus Syifah Sumber, Cirebon Regency, before and after implementing the role-playing method is proven by the tcount = 14.687. This value is compared with the ttable at db = 25-2 = 23 with a significance of 0.05 (5%), resulting in a ttable of 1.714. Based on the provisions, if tcount > ttable, then H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that tcount > ttable (14.687 > 1.714), which means that H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference in children's emotional abilities before and after implementing the role-playing method with a difference level of 56% which means that children's emotional abilities are more significant. Good when using role-playing methods. This research concludes that the role-playing method can improve the emotional abilities of young children

This study is based on the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic which has claimed tens of thousands of lives in 2020. From an Islamic perspective, the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic is believed to have a strong relevance to the hadiths of plague as once expressed by the Prophet Muhammad 1400 years ago. The main indicator in this study is to examine and directly search for hadiths in the Kutub Sittah, especially tracing the hadiths of the Prophet that mention the plague, specifically in the hadiths of the Prophet stating plague as a plague that is the same as the Covid-19 virus that has hit modern society. After tracing the hadiths of the Prophet that mention the plague by identifying the hadiths of plague specifically in the Kutub Sittah, the purpose of this study is to determine the quality and status of the hadiths about plague contained in the Kutub Sittah, then to find out the relevance of understanding the hadiths of plague in the Kutub Sittah with the Covid-19 pandemic. In the end, the research results show that the Covid-19 pandemic is the same as what the Prophet described in his various sayings about the hadiths of the plague

This study examines domestic violence and explores how the Qur’an responds to such acts. It presents an analytical conclusion based on applied theoretical frameworks, revealing that domestic violence has persisted throughout history and continues to this day. This research adopts a library research approach by collecting and analyzing qualitative data from both primary and secondary sources relevant to the theme. The primary focus of this study is the Qur’anic response to domestic violence. A key finding of this study, viewed through a historical lens, is that domestic violence has long existed—initially in societies where victims were marginalized and lacked social standing—until the arrival of Islam, which acknowledged their dignity and provided them with protection. However, even today, misinterpretations of divine revelation still occur, often placing victims in unfavorable positions. The author considers this study crucial for further exploration, emphasizing the need for reinterpreting related Qur’anic verses to reinforce Islam as a religion that is shâlih li kulli zamân wa al-makân (relevant for all times and places)
