Abstract

Abstract.The aim of this study  is to portray the effect of SAVI Model towards students' science process skills and students' conceptual mastery on the subject material about Energy. The study was done under the quantitative paradigm with quasi experiment approach by utilizing the purposive sampling. The population of the study was 149 4th grader students with 37 students from 4D as the experimental class where the SAVI Model was applied and 38 students from 4A as the control class where the classical instructions was conducted. The data was gathered through test and observation sheet. The data was analyzed by utilizing the SPSS version 23 through  test-1. The result indicates that there's a significant effect of SAVI Model toward students' science process skills and their conceptual mastery on the subject material about Energy at MIN 2 Bogor by showing the average mark of 79,52 on students conceptual mastery and 89,98 on students' science process skills.Keywords: SAVI model; mastery of concepts; science process skills;

Abstract

Study this aim to describe how students perceive Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Islamic Religious Education students regarding the role of academic supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Type study this is study qualitative with the use method intended descriptive to describe how the perceptions of PGMI and PAI students towards the role of academic supervisors. In obtaining research data, researchers use two sources, namely primary and secondary data. The primary data sources used by the informants main are students of PGMI and PAI class of 2019 While the secondary data used covers journals and books. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires distributed to students. Data analysis techniques consist of three plot activities interactive and ongoing Keep going continuously until completed, namely: 1) Data reduction. 2) Data presentation. And, 3) Interesting conclusion. The results of the research show that students' perceptions of the role of academic supervisors are good, this is evidenced by the good perceptions of students in several indicators. but 3 indicators must be immediately corrected by the role of academic guiding lecturers, namely improving the quality of academic guidance in the field of worship practices, then academic supervisors must reactivate classical meetings at least once a month. As well to academic mentoring lecturers are required to take the time to be easily found by their guidance students.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep matematika anak SD masih rendah khususnya pada bidang geometri materi kubus dan balok, untuk itu maka diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif yaitu RME dan problem solving. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan RME dan pendekatan Problem Solving. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuasi eksperimen pada 138 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Pajeleran 01 Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dengan pendekatan RME dan pendekatan problem solving, siswa yang diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan pendekatan RME lebih tinggi dibandingkan pendekatan problem solving. Perbedaan tersebut terlihat dari rata-rata pemahaman konsep yaitu 90% pada kelas eksperimen melalui pendekatan RME, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan pendekatan Problem Solving rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 85%. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada siswa kelas V dengan materi kubus dan balok, dimana pada materi tersebut kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa masih rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata pada kelas Pendekatan RME 74, pada kelas Pendekatan Problem Solving 62 sedangkan pada kelas Kontrol 35. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, diperoleh hasil thitung (3,088) > ttabel (1,99) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's role in improving the communicative character of the Civics learning process at SDN 03 Pabuaran . Cibinong is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive methods to describe the teacher's role in instilling communicative values into Civics lessons . To obtain research data, researchers used two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources used by primary information sources are Civics subject teachers . Secondary data in the form of journals and books. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses interaction model analysis according to Miles and Huberman , namely data reduction (data reduction ), data representation (data representation) and plotting results ( validation ). The results of this study indicate that the teacher has carried out his role as a learning resource, facilitator, class manager, demostator , mentor, motivator and evaluator both inside and outside of learning. In addition, the teacher always guides and guides students who cannot show communication personality, by always inviting students to participate in discussions, then creating heterogeneous study groups, helping students who have difficulty expressing opinions orally and in writing. As well as reminding students who still do not speak well and politely to teachers and peers

Abstract

This study is a literature review with the aim of knowing the critical involvement of parents in encouraging children to study at home in an effort to break the chain of transmission of the Coronavirus disease. This study was conducted in six stages: selection of study subjects, literature review, literature reduction, organizing literature, literature review, and drawing conclusions. Sources of data used are secondary data sources. Data and information retrieval was obtained using documentation techniques such as finding more relevant data from various sources including e-books, study journals, scientific articles, news, and other study-related documents. The findings of this study indicate that parents play an essential role in their children's learning process at home, especially in providing education and motivation to children to continue learning in the midst of the current Coronavirus disease outbreak.

Abstract

Penerapan model ARIAS untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan hasil observasi awal penelitian dimana masih terdapat banyak kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa sehingga berdampak dengan menurunnya hasil belajar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan guna memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh model ARIAS bagi hasil belajar murid kelas IV Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan MIS Miftahul Athfal pada materi Globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen semu dengan rancangan kontrol group pretest-posttest design Partisipan dalam riset ini ialah 60 siswa MIS Miftahul Athfal Athfal kelas IV, dengan kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen untuk pembelajaran dengan model ARIAS dan kelas IVA sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ARIAS berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar murid MIS Miftahul Athfal pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam materi globalisasi dengan hasil pretest yaitu ialah 74,00 dengan skor rata-rata posttest adalah 86,00. Artinya nilainya ada peningkatan menjadi 12.00. sedangkan Nilai pre-tes rata-rata di kelas kontrol adalah 66,00 dan rata-rata posttest adalah 71,00. Artinya, nilainya meningkat menjadi 6,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya yakni model ARIAS memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar bagi hasil belajar murid pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas IV MIS anak Miftahul Athfal di Kecamatan Kemang sebagai kelas eksperimen setelah perlakuan dengan memakai model ARIAS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine education policies that support quality education SDGs in several ASEAN countries, especially Indonesia. The method used is library research by taking references from books, websites, and international journals. Sustainable Development Goals or commonly abbreviated SDGs are sustainable development goals resulting from the UN Summit in 2012. One of the 17 resulting goals is regarding quality education. Several ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Indonesia have demonstrated that education policies have been issued to support quality education SDGs. In Singapore, it is proven by ensuring that all children of Singapore Citizens over the age of six must be enrolled in a national primary school. The six-year primary school education, which is heavily subsidized, aims to provide Singaporean children with a general core of knowledge that serves as a solid foundation for further education and training. While it is proven by the policies and priorities of education in Malaysia which are systematically related to the national development plan. As such, the ministry of education is committed to providing education and training services in line with the main thrust of the National Line Perspective Plan and the 5-Year Development Plan. Then, in Brunei Darussalam, it was proven that Through the '2018-2022 Strategic Plan', the ministry of education has set its mission to provide holistic education to achieve maximum potential for all in line with its vision of 'Quality Education, Dynamic Nation'. Whereas in Indonesia the implementation of quality education policies in support of the SDGs can be seen based on reports of regional action plans, one of which is West Java and East Java, namely: Increasing lifelong learning opportunities for all people free of charge, equal and quality which leads to the achievement of effective and relevant learning. while basic services are of high quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how interested fifth-grade students were in learning about science and to see if the use of Pop-Up Books as a learning tool had a big effect on students' interest in learning about science in class V. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a None-equivalent Control Group Design and a sampling method called "purposive sampling." This study looked at 75 fifth-grade students from SDN Batu 3 Bogor, which were divided into two class groups, namely class VB as the experimental group who took part in learning using Pop Up Book media and class VA as the control group who took part in learning using ordinary learning media. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The questionnaire used by researchers according to its type is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that provides various alternative answers, and the respondent only needs to choose the appropriate answer. The form of the questionnaire in this study was 26 choices using 4 alternative answers, namely, strongly agree (SS), agree (S), disagree (TS), and strongly disagree (STS). The data analysis technique used in this study used the t-test with the help of the SPSS version 23.0 computer. The results of the study show that, based on the data from the previous research, there is a link between the use of Pop Up Book learning media and students' interest in learning about science. The results of research on students' learning interests. Following are the average scores of the two classes. From the two classes, it is explained that the average post-test score is 59.2. Meanwhile, the control class got an average posttest score of 47.0 with a difference in the value of 12.1.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of parenting style on learning motivation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in class III students at SDN Kayumanis 01 Bogor. The parenting style adopted by parents has an important role in shaping children's learning motivation in PAI. This study uses a quantitative approach to the survei method. The research sample consisted of 70 grade III students who were randomly selected. The instrument used in this study was a previously validated questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to measure parenting styles and students' motivation to learn PAI. The validity and reliability of the collected data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity and simple linear regression tests to determine the influence between parenting styles and students' motivation to learn PAI. The results of the study showed that there was a positive relationship between parenting style and the motivation to learn PAI for third grade students at SDN Kayumanis 01 Bogor. Parents who provide emotional support and give gifts according to children's academic achievements tend to have children who are more motivated in learning PAI. In addition, parenting styles that emphasize wise direction and control also have a positive effect on students' motivation to learn PAI. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of parenting in shaping the motivation to learn PAI in class III students. The practical implication of this research is the important role of parents in supporting and encouraging children's motivation to learn PAI. Schools and teachers can also play a role in providing guidance to parents regarding parenting styles that are effective in increasing students' motivation to learn PAI.
