Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Evidence, Reliability and Responsiveness on Patient Satisfaction in Inbate Health Center, Bikomi Nilulat District, North Central Timor Regency. The data used in this study are: Primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. Analysis Method The data used are analysis of validity and reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 21 program. The results showed that based on partial test (t test), Physical Evidence does not affect Patient Satisfaction in Inbate Health Center, Bikomi Nilulat District, Timor Regency North Central with a significance of 0.373> 0.05. Whereas Reliability and Responsiveness have an effect on Patient Satisfaction in Inbate Community Health Center, Bikomi Nilulat District, North Central Timor Regency with significance of 0.004 and 0.009 <0.05. Simultaneously (F test), Physical Evidence, Reliability and Responsiveness have an effect on Patient Satisfaction in Inbate Health Center, Bikomi Nilulat District, Timor Tengah Utara Regency with significance of 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

Payroll or salary management is a process of retaliating an organization's services to employees as a person who contributes to achieving organizational goals. The length of the process of making paychecks and reports can hinder the employee payroll process. The purpose of the research is to build a payroll information system that is useful to assist the activities of permanent employees and teachers of educational foundations with case studies at the Yapim Educational Foundation in the North Jakarta area. The method used in this study uses the Rational Unified Process methodology with inception, elaboration, and construction phases. The results of this study are system designs in the form of system design diagrams and payroll programs. This research is limited to the stage of construction on the software engineering methodology and testing using the blackbox testing method with the Yapim Education foundation in North Jakarta as a sample of data retrieval. This payroll information system can facilitate the management of payroll in educational foundations and this system can be used in all educational foundations by changing the profile of the organization in the system.

Abstract

Corn (Zea Mays) is a very potential plant because in addition to corn kernels as the main product, corn stalks can be used as animal feed ingredients. Farming is a way to allocate existing resources effectively and efficiently to obtain maximum profits. Farming costs consist of fixed costs and variable costs. Farmers' income is obtained from the difference between revenue and total farming costs. The feasibility of farming is measured using Revenue Cost Ratio. Research conducted at the Goal Village in East Sahu District, West Halmahera Regency used a quantitative descriptive method, with a population of 34 corn farmers. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples. The research data was obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. The results of research on maize farmers in Goal Village, the cost of producing corn (Zea Mays) for a 2nd Ha land area is Rp. 10,153,196, - with an income of Rp. 22,789,365, - and sales profits of Rp. 12,636,169, - and the value of the R / C ratio of 2.25. So that farming carried out in the Goal Village of East Sahu District, West Halmahera Regency is feasible.

Abstract

Agricultural extension is a way to increase farmers' knowledge so that the achievement of the effectiveness of farmer groups in managing agriculture properly and correctly, this research was conducted from October to November 2018 in Danar Village, South East Kei Sub-District, Southeast Maluku Regency, the sample was 30 people / farmers the data used are primary data and secondary data and analysis using validity analysis, reliability of the correlation coefficient and determination, simple linear regression and hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that agricultural review with the effectiveness of the wealthy farmer group in good value, the results of t test calculation at the level obtained tcount> t table is 0.502> 0.361 then H0 is rejected Ha accepted, so the null hypothesis (H0) states that there is no influence of agricultural extension against the effectiveness of farmer groups rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states the influence of agricultural counseling on the effectiveness variable of the successful farmer group is received, the results of simple linear regression analysis equation persamaan = 4.291 + 0.682. X of the equation is known to be a regression regression of agricultural extension has a positive sign, by looking at the correlation efficiency of 0.682. This value is included in the category of low relationships, and the terminated confirmation results (r square) 0.465 or 5% and epsilon is 69% is the role given by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research objective is to prove and explain the significant influence both partially between Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin, to stock prices. The sample used in this study were 14 companies registered in the mining and gas sector in the Indonesia stock exchange in 2013-2017. Secondary data sources in this study are based on IDX. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling which resulted in 14 companies as research samples from a population of 70 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin, to stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of agricultural extension agents in empowering farmer groups in Ampera Village, Oba District, North Tidore Islands City. This research was conducted by survey, the research locations in Ampera Village were selected purposively. The method used in this study is a correlational method that describes the influence of variables X and Y variables. The population in this study were all members of the farmer group in Ampera Village which amounted to 67 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 67 with the sampling technique was census or saturated sampling. The time of the study was in November 2018 to December 2018. The data used were primary data resulting from questionnaire distribution on 67 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method. Analysis of related data using regression and correlation statistical tests. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension agents had a significant effect on the empowerment of farmer groups.

Abstract

In this study we will measure the audit tenure, company size, auditor specialization and leverage on audit quality in infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. In this study, the data used was obtained from the financial statements of each company. The population in this study are infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in the sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 36 companies with the research period, namely in 2013-2017. The method used for data analysis in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that simultaneous audit tenure, company size, auditor specialization, and leverage positively influence audit quality. While partially the results show that audit tenure and leverage have no effect on audit quality. However, company size and auditor specialization have a positive influence on audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Net Profit Margin, Non Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Banking Company Stock Prices Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2017 period. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive analysis, the nature of research is causal nature, the data collection method is the documentation method, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the population in this study are 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). And the sample used was 26 companies. From this population there are 26 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. In this study multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, Net Pofit Margin, Non Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratios have a significant effect on Stock Prices, with the test results the coefficient of determination is 28% of the Variable Stock Price variable which can be explained by the variable Net Pofit Margin, Non Performing Loans and Capital The remaining Adequacy Ratio72% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. While based on the results of partial hypothesis testing on Net Profit Margin, Capital Adequacy Ratio doesn’t significant to stock prices and Non Performing Loans have a positve and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Fish is one of the foodstuffthats which is quickly decomposed and damaged, therefore it is often preserved. There are several ways to preserve fish, including drying and fumigation. In general, the people of Morotai Island carry out the processes of fish fumigation traditionally. The fumigation is conducted by placing the fish above wood that is burned, so that direct contact between fish and smoke occurs. In addition, the fumigation carried out also uses simple equipment and less attention to sanitation and hygiene aspects. This can have an impact on health and environment. The current research aimed to determine the processing of smoked tuna and skipjack fish and the application of sanitation and hygiene in its processing in Tanah Tinggi, Gotalamo Village Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Data obtained from interviews with business actors using questionnaires and direct observation of the manufacturing process smoked fish. The results of the study showed that the smoked fish business was still in the home industry scale whose processing was carried out by the business owner and assisted family members. This industry was still simple and smoked fish processing was conducted traditionally. It was established in 2008. The step in producing of smoked fish includes fish cleavage, discarded gills and stomach contents, washed, clamped with bamboo, washed again, weeded, smoked, and be lubricated with cooking oil. Furthermore, the process of producing smoked fish was not meeting sanitation and hygiene standards, both in terms of workers, equipment and the place.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with SPSS software version 21. The sample used for data collection amounted to 44 employees using saturated sampling with all the parts in PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta. The results showed that based on analysis of correlation coefficient test has a significant 2-tailed relationship of 0.746 this means that job stress and employee performance have a strong and direct positive relationship. The coefficient of determination has influence between work stress and employee performance with the result of contribution given equal to 55,7% and the rest influenced by other factor outside this research. And the regression equation shows that every addition of 1 unit of motivation, Y = -26,314 + 1,515X, then there will be addition of 1,515 unit at employee performance. Preferably, PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta can maintain and motivate employees so that employee performance increases.
