Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is research that seeks to describe the symptoms, events, and events that are happening now. Descriptive research focuses attention on the actual problem, as it was at the time the research took place. Data collected in the form of words, images and not numbers. There are several steps undertaken to finance the Umrah bailout fund regarding the process that must be passed by prospective users of the Umrah bailout product, including the following: prospective customers must become official customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, customers come directly to the Bank Syariah Mandiri office by bringing file, then to the financing section and there the financing section will conduct a survey, after it has been decided that the right to receive financing will then carry out a mutually agreed agreement, open a savings account with a minimum balance of Rp.200,000 per person, the customer must have collateral. Legal analysis on the implementation of the umroh bailout product process at Bank Syariah Mandiri uses a sharia-compliant agreement. Of course, Bank Syariah Mandiri already has a sharia supervisory board and a national sharia council, they certainly do not carelessly create a system on their products. If it is reviewed in the feasibility of this product user, Bank Syariah Mandiri does not arbitrarily provide its products, so it is not someone who is truly unable to pay off, but Bank Syariah Mandiri will provide this umroh bailout product to people who can afford to pay in installments.

Abstract

Education is a very important requirement for humans. Based on the results of research conducted, states that student motivation is still relatively low, so we need an active learning strategy that is able to increase student motivation. Active learning strategies that can be used are Critical Incident strategies. This study aims 1) To determine the motivation for fiqh learning in class VII through critical incident strategies in MTs N Bogor City, 2) To determine the effect of Critical Incident strategy on fiqh learning motivation in class VII MTs N in Bogor City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with quasy experiment method or also called pseudo experiment. This research was conducted in seventh grade students of MTs N Bogor City. The results showed through the t-test the value of tcount was 6.299 with a significance of 0,000. Significance value that shows 0,000 <0.005 so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. This is also supported by the mean value of the experimental class of 61.81 greater than the control class of 55.97. Thus, it can be concluded that the critical incident strategy has an effect on student motivation in class VII MTs N Bogor City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of understanding of muamalah fiqh on imitation trademarks, knowing the use of products with imitation trademarks on and to know the effect of understanding muamalah fiqh on 5th and 7th semester students (class 2016-2017) Islamic Economics Study Program at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor on purchasing decisions products with imitation trademarks. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative approach is carried out by recording and analyzing the data of research results carried out using statistical calculations. The population in this study were students in the 5th and 7th semester (2016-2017) of the Sharia Economics study program at the University of Ibn Khaldun, Bogor. This study uses a Non-Probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This study shows that students in the 5th and 7th semester (2016-2017) of the Sharia Economics Study Program at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, although they have understood the understanding of Muqalat Fiqh, but still make imitation brand purchases on the grounds that imitation brand items have a much cheaper price with original brand and has a similar model, so students prefer and decide on the purchase of goods that have an imitation brand. And according to the results of t-test data processing, it is known that the calculated t value of the Muamalat Fiqh Understanding variable is 0,000. Because the value of 14,888> 1,656 and the coefficient value of Muamalat's Fiqh Understanding variable is positive, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Muamalat's Fiqh Understanding with Decision of Buying Products with Artificial Brand Statistically

Abstract

The reaset goal is to analyze the level of satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study was conducted during the months of August-October 2019 at PT. AFI Tour. The data collection method to spread out questionnaires to 70 respondents out of a total population of 240 pilgrims. Processing data using SPSS 25.0 software support for Windows. The results of the analysis of satisfaction index worshipers at a variable intangibles with an average index of 4.59%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 66.43% has the category of very satisfied, the variable reliability with an average index of 4.34%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 65.73% has the category of very satisfied , the variable responsiveness with an average index of 4:09%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 57.28% has the category of very satisfied, the guarantee variable with an average index of 4:25%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 63.68% has the category of very satisfied, the variable empathy with an average index of 4.66%, which indicates the level of 67.96% satisfaction pilgrims have very satisfied category.

Abstract

Therefore, the long-term goal of this research is to find out the strategy of developing groupers aquaculture (Groupers) to maintain business sustainability. Specifically, this research can produce outcomes in the form of policies that can be used by stakeholders as a source of reference. At a minimum, it will be an input for the Regional Government in formulating policies related to the management and development of grouper aquaculture for the realization of the vision of the government of the City of Tidore Islands as an Agromarine-based service city that prioritizes development in agriculture and fisheries. In addition, research results will be published in scientific journals to enrich scientific insights for academics and practitioners. This type of research is descriptive research. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Through these methods, the data obtained are more in depth and accurate. Data collection is done by observation, interview and study documentation. The data used are secondary and primary data and then analyzed using SWOT analysis.

PT. Cipta Karya Lestari Indah is a company engaged in the automotive sector, namely body repair services. One of the software that can help in the preparation of financial statements is the Accurate Accounting Accounting System Version 5 is easy to learn, understand, understand and easy to use in the field of business type, can be accessed the results of financial statements that are more accurate and in accordance with general financial accounting standards.

Abstract

The result of the survey at SMA Negeri 1 Parlilitan in 2019 showed that adolescents’ level of knowledge of reproductive health was low which could cause sexual abuse, marriage in young age, unwanted pregnancy, narcotics, and PMS (sexual Transmitted Disease) since the young are susceptible to hoax. Lecture method and counseling tend to be tedious for students and inadequate knowledge for them. Therefore, health education with Martumba dance can be used as health promotion about reproductive health in adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Parlilitan, Parlilitan Subditrict, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, in 2019. The research used quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest one group only design. The samples were 62 students based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were gathered by using questionnaires. The result of Wilcoxon test showed that p-value = 0.000 which indicated that there was significant difference in adolescents’ knowledge of reproductive health. In the pre-Martumba dance their mean-knowledge was 4,96 and in the post- Martumba dance it was 10.34 so that the disparity was 5.38. it is recommended that health promotion in adolescents be done more creatively by using different media in order to increase their knowledge as primary prevention.

Abstract

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach and survey design and field observations. Samples (informants) were determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that the potential and main tourist attraction objects of the Tiworo Islands are the existence of small islands (13 islands) and the waters of the Tiworo Strait which are rich in diversity of marine life where the potential is categorized according to marine tourism. The effective carrying capacity (ECC) of tourism in the Tiworo Islands is 93,131 people per day or 11,641 people in every 3 hours without causing disturbance to the ecosystem, this means that the development of the tourism industry is very potential given the average number of tourist visits in Muna Barat around the year 018 as many as 1,749 people or 60 people / day. Availability of facilities both basic, functional and supporting facilities in the Tiworo Islands is currently quite adequate in serving tourists. The direction of the development of the marine tourism industry in remote and backward areas in the Tiworo Islands is carried out through two approaches namely; (1) Direction of tourism industry development according to location and spatial structure by dividing four hierarchies according to the tourism function zone (2) Direction of tourism industry development according to the carrying capacity of eco-green-based regions.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to improve students’ vocabulary achievement at class VIII-6 of SMPN 9 Kendari through Pegword Strategy. The researcher finds some problems faced by students at VIII-6 class of SMPN 9 Kendari on learning vocabulary. Those problems are find offer the researcher do preliminary research through direct observation, interviewing some students and the English teacher, and giving diagnostic test. The problems of the students difficulty to determine the word class of vocabulary, do not know synonym and antonym of vocabularies, do not know vocabulary use, easy to forget the vocabularies which they have learned, rare to apply new vocabularies which they get, and do not have a good way to learn vocabulary. The subject of this study is VIII-6 class of SMPN 9 Kendari in academic year 2017/2018. The total subjects are 35 students. The design of this study is classroom action research. This study is conducted in two cycles which applied some instruments. They are vocabulary tests in form of objective test, observation sheet, and note taking. The target vocabulary of this study are verb, noun, and adjective (contents word). In this research, qualitative and quantitative data are collected and analyzed by describing data into words and by using descriptive statistics. As the result of this study, the writer finds that in diagnostic test, the mean score is 51.7. In the first cycle, the mean score of the vocabulary test is 75.30 with the average of target improvement is 68.57 %. While for the cycle two, the mean score of the vocabulary test is 82.98 with the average of target improvement is 94.28 %. In other words, it could be said that there is an improvement about 7.68 in the cycle two compared to the mean score of vocabulary test in the cycle one and about 25.71 % improvement of the target of study. This result indicates that the Pegword Strategy can improve students’ vocabulary achievement class VIII-6 of SMPN 9 Kendari.
