Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of total asset turnover, firm size and current ratio on profit growth in PT.Sirma Pratama Nusa period 2014-2017. The research approach used in this study is an associative quantitative approach with causal character. Population of this study in PT.Sirma Pratama Nusantara is financial statements in PT.Sirma Pratama Nusantara. From the population in PT.Sirma Pratama Nusantara has chosen with saturated sampling method. In this study the analytical technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with test F and test t. Based on the results of partially shows that total asset turnover effect and not significant, while the firm size has a significant effect and current ratio negative effect and significant on profit growth. Based on the results of simultaneous shows that total asset turnover, firm size and current ratio have an effect and significant on profit growth.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Operational Costs Operational Income to Performing Loan in banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This study uses quantitative data that have been published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population used in the study is the banking company listed in Indonesia stock exchange 2013-2017 totaling 43 companies. The sample used in the study as many as 31 companies using purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in the study using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially Capital Adequacy Ratio no influence positive and no significant to Non Performing Loan, while Opertional Costs and Operational Income that partially influence positive and significant to Non Performing Loan. Simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operational Costs Operational Income influence and significant on the on Performing Loan. Where the error rate used is 5% or 0.05 at significant level of 95%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of variables of the gross profit margin, asset structure, total asset turnover and the company's size to the capital structure at IDX in 2012-2016. This research sample obtained 16 companies that selected as many as 7 companies that meet the criteria by using purposive sampling with certain criteria. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques and data analysis using multiple linear analysis with the help of Sofftware SPSS 25. The results of a partial study (T) indicate that gross profit margins are negatively and insignificant to the metal structures in metals companies and the like in IDX, the asset structure and size of the company have a positive and significant effect to the capital structure. While the total asset turnover is positive and insignificant to the company's capital structure and the like in IDX. The simultaneous research result (F) shows the gross profit margin, asset structure, total asset turnover and the influential and significant company size of the capital structure.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the consideration of the Cibinong Religious Court judges about divorce divorce decisions that determine the living allowance for the wife of nusyuz in case Number 5408 / Pdt, G / 2018 / Pa.Cbn, and the position of the iddah for nusyuz wives and the legal implications from the provision of the living iddah. This study shows that the wife who has divorced from her husband with raj'i divorce then still gets the rights from her ex-husband, which is called the iddah income for the duration of her iddah. However, the wife who did the nusyuz and the husband divorced her then her right to live was killed. As in Article 80 paragraph 7 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), which reads the Obligation of the husband as referred to in paragraph (5), the wife of nusyuz and article 152 reads: The ex-wife has the right to get a living from her ex-husband, except if he forgets. But not all cases caused by Nusyuz's deceased wife get a living, if in the trial the husband is voluntary and is able to provide a living for his ex-wife.

Abstract

This community service aims to enable the Successful Multipurpose Farmer Group to Build a Successful Business in Sungai Mengkuang Village, Bungo Regency, to be able to establish a Cooperative and to be able to carry out their own bookkeeping in order to conduct their financial records so that their expenses and income can be measured and the benefits obtained. The target of the service is the Multipurpose Farmer Business Development Group Success in Sungai Mengkuang Village, Bungo Regency. The training was carried out using the training method with a presentation method followed by question and answer discussion and case studies. Results of bookkeeping training activities for the perpetrators of Successful Multipurpose Farmer Development Groups in Sungai Mengkuang Village, Bungo District This financial bookkeeping training shows there is a positive response from the actors or participants so that the trainees can understand the procedures for establishing a Cooperative, the benefits of the Cooperative and improving their skills and knowledge of business actors and can make good financial reports.

Abstract

Community service is carried out in the State Teak Village, including in the North Binjai sub-district. The land distance is approximately 4 km from the city center of Binjai. After making direct observations, in the Jati Negara Village there are several private-owned convection, such as shoe crafts and also making clothes. In this case there is convection waste in the form of convection cloth that is wasted just like that. Based on the analysis of this situation, service activities are directed towards a creative economy, namely by utilizing convection waste to be a selling value item. The service method directly conducts training in homes with informal conditions. Pamicip the material by dialogue and giving examples and showing short films of making bross hijab and piggy bank from convection waste. The results of community service are to produce piggy bank products and hijab brooches that are worth selling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Firm Size, Systematic Risk on The Stock Returns in Real Estate & Property Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchage 2013-2016. The Population used in this study is the Real Estate & Property Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchage 2013-2016. The sample used in this study as money as 31 companies using purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially Earnings Per Share and Price Earning Ratio positive and significant influence on the Stock Returns in Real Estate and Property Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, Firm Size negative no significant influence on the Stock Returns in Real Estate and Property Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, while Systematic Risk negative and significant influence on the Stock Returns in Real Estate and Property Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on egg box customer satisfaction at PT Mega Sari Agung Sejahtera Langkat Medan. The analytical method is multiple linear analysis. The population is customers at PT Mega Sari Agung Sejahtera Langkat Medan totaling 276 people. The sample research was 163 customers of PT Mega Sari Agung Sejahtera Langkat Medan. The conclusion showed that product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously had an effect on egg box customer satisfaction at PT Mega Sari Agung Sejahtera Langkat Medan. The test results of the determination coefficient above is the amount of adjusted R Square is 0.205, then the influence of product quality and service quality on egg box customer satisfaction at PT Mega Sari Agung Sejahtera Langkat Medan is 20.5% while the remaining 79.50% is influenced by other factors which was not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality variables and promotion on customer loyalty. Decrease in customer loyalty can be seen from the number of customers who stopped due to the quality of service that has not been satisfactory and the promotion has declined. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population is 147 customers, a sample of 107 customers of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch. The results showed that simultaneously and partially service quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch (Deposit Products). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 25.5% of the variable customer loyalty which can be explained by service quality and promotion variables while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan jati Negara termasuk dalam wilayah kecamatan Binjai Utara. Jarak tempuh darat lebih kurang 4 km dari pusat kota Binjai. Setelah mengadakan pengamatan langsung, di Kelurahan Jati Negara memiliki beberapa konveksi milik swasta, seperti kerajinan sepatu dan juga pembuatan baju. Dalam hal ini terdapat limbah konveksi berupa kain konveksi yang terbuang begitu saja. Berdasarkan analisis situasi ini, kegiatan pengabdian diarahkan menuju ekonomi kreatif yaitu dengan memanfaatkan limbah konveksi menjadi barang yang bernilai jual. Metode pengabdian langsung melakukan pelatihan di rumah warga dengan kondisi informal. Pamaparan materi dengan berdialog dan memberikan contoh dan menayangkan film pendek pembuatan bross jilbab dan celengan dari limbah konveksi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu menghasilkan produk celengan dan bros jilbab yang bernilai jual.
