Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the website based Tahfiz Report Recording Information System application at the Assembly Hifzhu Syifaa Cileungsi Foundation because of community service activities. The main purpose of implementing this application is to make it easier for the Foundation to manage and record the students' memorization reports. This website-based application allows teachers to easily enter grades and notes related to students' memorization through the application, thereby speeding up the recording and assessment process. This application can be accessed via a web browser, providing access flexibility for users. In application development, special attention is paid to a simple user interface to make it easy for novice users to use. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through questionnaires and research. The development technique applied is Prototype, where application functions are tested with relevant input. The results of this implementation present a website based Tahfiz Report Recording Information System application as a practical solution for the Assembly Hifzhu Syifaa Cileungsi Foundation in managing rote reports. It is hoped that this application will provide significant benefits and can be adopted by foundations or similar institutions that require an effective and efficient tahfiz report recording system.

Abstract

This activity provides an overview of how students form good friendships (connections) from an Islamic perspective, provides an overview of the negative effects of promiscuity among young people (millennials), It helps (millennials) develop good personality traits around teenagers (millennials) to provide an overview and help combat the easy reception of negative information. The methods used in this activity consist of advising on the unification of millennial youth from aspects of Islam using unification materials provided by Resource People. Participants will provide material and advice through Q&A afterwards. Participants in this activity were students from Diponegoro Vocational School in Rawamanggung, East Jakarta. Her 1st grade through her 3rd grade students that we teach will be asked to represent each grade, for a total of 51 students. This is because it is very important to provide these students with insight into good character development by actively participating in consultation.

Abstract

The purpose of this outreach is to assist the Pondok Kelapa 11 Residential Pillars community in monitoring population growth and trends. As the pandemic situation impacts municipal population growth, the service implements a tableau-based monitoring dashboard to facilitate monitoring of population trends. When collecting data, qualitative techniques are used to ensure the accuracy of the information received, with a focus on data collection, processing, and development. During the discussion, the data processing results of the population growth rate from January to October 2022 received by the Rukun Warga 11 Secretariat were presented. Through this community service, it is hoped that the community of RW 11 Pondok Kelapa will be able to visualize data more easily and accurately on population growth while raising awareness of the importance of monitoring population growth in community organizations.

Abstract

Ar-Rahmat Mosque has played an important role in the management of Muslim places of worship. However, to improve financial management, a more modern financial recording system is urgently needed. As a concrete step, the author carried out community service activities with a focus on implementing a system for recording Friday alms balances at the web-based Ar-Rahmat Mosque. The aim is to make it easier for the mosque's prosperity council to submit information on Friday alms balance reports and to facilitate the mosque's financial communication with the community. The author uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and library research to design a system that is easy to use and can display accurate data. The designed information system includes financial data of the Ar-Rahmat Mosque. The author also tests the quality of the system by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 to respondents. The calculation results show that the average score is 4.5 which indicates that the respondents agree with the application designed.

Abstract

This outreach aims to introduce a web-based academic information system at SD Anak Aptana Bangsa East Jakarta to be a beneficial activity that serves the needs of the school. In this activity, through the development of a website-based information system, we will provide a platform with a database for managing data on students, faculty and staff at schools and information on academic activities. This activity involves SD Anak Aptana Bangsa teachers and staff to fulfill the requirements of the STIKOM CKI KKP Strata-1 course. The programming language PHP and the database MySQL are used for the development of this information system. This information system provides an information medium that makes it easier for teachers and students to obtain information about school activities. In addition, the system will also serve as a promotional tool for SD Anak Aptana Bangsa in East Jakarta. By introducing a web-based academic information system at SD Anak Aptana Bangsa, the outreach is expected to bring real benefits in increasing the efficiency of academic data and information management in schools.

Abstract

Advances in technology make it easy for everyone with regards to the ease of obtaining and managing information. One clear example is the development of the internet which has become an icon of technological development. Especially in the era of education 4.0, the internet plays an important role in the educational process. In the era of education 4.0 educators and students are required to be able to integrate technology in every educational activity. One of the applications of technology in education today is the existence of an internet-based report card information system or what we usually know as online report cards. This service is a literature study that aims to collect information related to the use of the online report card information system implemented by several schools. The results obtained from this literature study are that the online report card system makes it easy for educators or teachers at SMK IDN Boarding School Jonggol to process student value data which can be accessed by both students and parents

Abstract

Partner Institution “Mom N Me” is a small micro business that is engaged in sewing services for patchwork or unused cloth so that later it becomes a valuable material and becomes one of the needs of households and offices. The problem in his business, before the Covid-19 pandemic there were several obstacles, namely in terms of promoting and marketing the products of these MSMEs, the system previously used was only manual (offline) while online was only on Whattaps Group. The second problem is that Mom N Mee is not able to build a marketing network outside the region, so the sales of their products are very small, of course this is a big problem, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based on these problems, the Almuslim University Service implementation team offers a solution for this, namely: designing and building a digital-based marketing direction and website as a means of promotion, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then the second solution is to use technology to build networks in the form of broader marketing and sales forces reaching outside the region. The purpose of this activity is to expand the marketing of MSME Mom N Mee products in the future, increase the number of sales, and help MSME employees stay healthy after the COVID-19 pandemic. period. The method used to conduct this activity is to design a website and train partner institutions to independently manage it. After that, we will conduct training in marketing and advertising techniques through e-commerce. The next way is to continue to support these MSMEs as they evolve in the future. Can serve as a foundation for regional economies even after the pandemic

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to implement administrative applications that can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in the Taman Harapan Baru Association (THB) Bekasi City. MSMEs are an important part of the Indonesian economy and have a significant contribution to the country's GDP. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, application technology trends that focus on data exchange and automation have great potential in the development of MSMEs. However, there are still many MSMEs in Indonesia who do not have a structured administration system and well-organized filing. Therefore, this service activity uses a descriptive analytical method to find out what kind of information system is expected by MSME actors and can help them manage their business administration. Based on this method, it was found that SMEs expect an information system that is automated, simple, and easy to understand to assist them in managing their business administration. In this service activity, administrative applications will be implemented that are tailored to the needs and expectations of MSME actors in the THB Association. Through collaboration with MSME actors, it is hoped that this application can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business administration, as well as assist them in achieving business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

The UMKM Association of Bekasi City has challenges in collecting data on members of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Taman Harapan Baru RW 23, Pejuang Village, Medan Satria District, Bekasi City. Limitations in making periodic reports cause difficulties for cooperatives in providing accurate MSME member data information to the MSME Cooperative Service. To overcome this problem, we developed a computer and database system that would make data collection easier. This system enables efficient and easy monitoring of member data, considering the large number of members who are members of the community. Through community service activities, we have succeeded in producing a website application that uses JavaScript programming language technology with the Next.js Library and the MongoDB database. This application assists the community in collecting data and searching for member data, as well as creating member business identities through online cards that can be accessed from anywhere via the internet. The information system that has been developed provides a solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection for MSME members, as well as facilitating easier access to information for related parties, such as the MSME Cooperative Office. With this website application, UMKM Paguyuban Kota Bekasi can carry out data collection activities more effectively and efficiently. In addition, the information system that has been developed can also support data-based decision making for MSME empowerment programs in the region.

Abstract

Science laboratories play an important role in the success of chemistry, physics, and biology education in schools. Students and teachers need facilities and infrastructure to prove the veracity of theory and to establish the relationship between theory and practice through experiential learning activities. In addition to teachers and students, the roles of research assistants and work managers are also very important to put practical learning into practice. To improve the knowledge and skills of science room management in schools, we will standardize the science room management of laboratory assistants and work instructors. This activity began with a pre-test, followed by the provision of teaching materials through lectures and discussions, quizzes through a method of promoting understanding, lab operations through a real-action approach, and a post-test. The training will be held for 4 days from August 9 to 12, 2022, at the Aceh Barat Daya District Education Office, where classroom lessons will be held, and at SMA Negri 6 Aceh, where participants will practice setting up their laboratories. It was conducted at two locations in Bharat Daya. education. Participants followed the learning process in the classroom very well as evidenced by achieving good quiz scores with an average accuracy of 7-12 out of 15 questions, or 47-80%. With Kahoot learning games, the quizzes at the end of each learning material add extra fun and motivation to learners and are very helpful in the evaluation process during the training process. Furthermore, post-test results showed that participants' knowledge increased by up to 80.4% compared to pre-test results. From this, we can conclude that this laboratory management training was properly implemented and produced very good results.
