Abstract

The Warcam store is a store that sells various frozen food products since 2019. The sales process at this Warcam store often experiences a shortage or excess stock of frozen food which causes losses for shop owners. This happens because Warcam Stores have not know how to calculate inventory. This study will discuss how the stages of making a forecasting system using the website-based trend moment method can help to predict frozen food stocks. The data used is data from 2019 to 2020 with in 360 transactions. The stages begin with business understanding, data understanding, and data preparation. Build a model using flowchart and perform a simulation of product forecasting calculations until an evaluation. This system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process For Data Mining) approach. From the results of testing the system that has been made, this system can predict frozen food stocks with an error value of 14.52%. This error states that the forecast is still not correct, there are still excess and or lack of stock so that further research needs to be carried out using other methods.

Abstract

Technology has been used by all ages, including children, because technology can be applied in many fields, including education. In education, there is learning about the human digestive organs, which is still taught in the conventional way because they use learning media such as books, but it is still lacking for students to visualize the organs. Efforts are needed to solve this problem by developing learning media that apply augmented reality technology in the form of learning applications. The learning application developed is called ORCEMAR, which has two menus, namely the learning and evaluation menu. The learning menu uses augmented reality technology with a multimarker, and the evaluation menu is a quick quiz that has a score calculation feature using the fuzzy tsukamoto algorithm. Based on alpha testing, the multimarker method was successfully implemented, and the features and components of the application worked well. The application is compatible with Android 5.1 to Android 10, with a minimum camera resolution of 13 MP and 2GB RAM. Based on beta testing collected through questionnaires, the percentage of 40 respondents who are 5th grade elementary school students who answered that the components and features of the application work well above 50%, and also more than 50% of the respondents answered "yes" to the question asking if the application can increase interest, understanding, and also The application can be a complement to conventional learning media to study human digestive organs. Based on this research, the ORCEMAR application was successfully developed and the multimarker method was successfully implemented, as well as features and components that functioned well and received a good response from the target audience.

Abstract

The Hazard Rate probability value estimation method is an estimation model that is carried out fully parametrically or it can also be done by non-parametric methods. Sometimes using the parametric method will give biased value results because it gives too much value in general, while the non-parametric estimation method causes the variance value to be too high. Therefore, for some cases there is a way to combine the two methods, which is called the Semiparametric method, which is an estimation method that has the characteristics of improving non-parametric parametric estimates. This paper shows that the semiparametric hazard method gives better results than parametric and non-parametric methods. The basis for developing the semiparametric probability method is to roughly estimate the probability of a parametric conjecture as a first step and then proceed with several correction models for setting data. The implementation of the probability value in this study uses the Life Time data of Transplant bone patients at Hospital X with the help of Minitab software analysis.

Abstract

Companies in almost every industry are adopting Agile techniques to improve IT projects, manage marketing initiatives, and manage their businesses. With the sprint life cycle implemented in the company, knowledge management can always be updated. The research was conducted by collecting literature studies, conducting literature review analysis and proposing a theory of the results of the study analysis. Through this research, it is known that by implementing the sprint life cycle of Google Ventures in the Knowledge Management process that adopts the analysis of the framework initiated by Evans (2014), Wee and Chua (2013) , Akhavan (2009), Lettieri (2004), Chyi Lee (2000) can produce a basic theory regarding the application of the sprint life cycle in knowledge management, namely: (1) Identify, Create, and Understand, (2) Sketch and Innovation, (3) Decide and Organize, (4) Prototype and Codification , (5) Test, Use, Share, and Learn. With the ideas from the results of this study, it is possible to expand the previous KMC model by integrating the sprint framework pattern by linking several initiatives within the existing KMC. Produce KMC Sprints that have advantages based on the nature of the Agile methodology, namely speeding up change/knowledge creation time and adaptability.

Abstract

Fund management in financial institutions is a fundamental thing. Baitul Maal Mitra Usaha Mandiri as a microfinance institution plays a role in collecting and distributing donations to those in need. Data recording of receipts and distribution of donations at the Baitul Maal is still done manually where staff enter data into Microsoft Excel and send WhatsApp messages one by one, causing data not to be integrated and allowing for errors such as repeated recording, data loss, or other human errors. This problem has led to the development of a website-based donation management information system that can be accessed online. The system was built to make it easier for staff to manage financial data, make it easier for managers to monitor financial reports, and as an effort to be transparent to the public. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. System development is carried out using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with Laravel framework and MySQL database management system (DBMS). The system was tested using black-box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of this study are the creation of a website-based Baitul Maal donation management information system that can be used to manage data on receiving and distributing donations and publishing financial reports to the public. The system has been tested using black-box testing and System Usability Scale with a test result of 80.81.

Abstract

SIEPEL is an evaluation application for teaching and learning process in University of Bengkulu. It is mandatory for every student to fill the questionnaire before they can see the marking value for each subject each semester. This survey was designed to meet the requirements and expectations of students as educational service for customers. This data is very important to improve the quality of teaching and learning process for further policy and decision maker. However, the analysis of the data remains an open question as the size and the distribution of the data is become some issues to process the analysis. Here, we showed the new approach to analysis the data using K-Means Clustering to see the better distribution and understanding over the evaluation data. This paper used elbow method to find the best number of clusters to be implemented on the algorithm approach which results in four clusters of satisfaction values (unsatisfied, less satisfied, satisfied, and very satisfied). The result of this analysis was published based on website system to show the visualization of analysis. Furthermore, this research showed that the average value of evaluation result for 4 semester was very satisfied 6.50%; satisfied 43.89%; less satisfied 44.26%; and not satisfied 5.36%. The value of vary satisfied students was dropped from 20.47% to 0.12% by 2 years and the value for less satisfied was increased from 27.64% to 66.32%. This term was happened because of the pandemic era and the change on the process of learning and teaching on University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Data is a collection of information that contains a broad picture related to a situation. The amount of data is not necessarily better, because a large data set makes it difficult to convert data into information in a timely manner, especially in analyzing data which produces meaningful and relevant information which ultimately results in quick and appropriate action. Higher education management in Indonesia requires fast and accurate academic reports so that it can facilitate strategic decision making in order to improve the quality of education. This study aims to carry out a comprehensive process of analyzing academic data at universities to display them into interactive data visualizations, so that they can retrieve the information in it and make strategic decisions. The method used is a data visualization technique, which allows users to easily see the insights or insights contained in the data. The results obtained are data that has passed the preprocessing stage, can prepare data before being analyzed and processed to be used to make data visualization, so that the information obtained is more varied. This information can be used as a reference by academic managers to make strategic decisions.
