Abstract

E-Government adalah cara pemerintah menggunakan teknologi informasi yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, salah satunya menggunakan teknologi smartphone berbasis android. Android merupakan sistem informasi yang paling sering diakses oleh pengguna. Badan Pusat Statistik merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden. Permasalahan yang terjadi bahwa staff Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Garut biasanya dibekali dengan buku saku BPS namun hanya disimpan saja. Aplikasi buku saku ini dibuat untuk memberikan alternatif penyajian informasi agar staff dapat mengakses buku saku kapan saja. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi Agile Scrum. Aplikasi buku saku ini memiliki fitur profil BPS, jadwal kegiatan, master file desa se-Kabupaten Garut, indikator srategis, peta GIS Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Digital technologies in the world continue to develop in various sectors. This happens not only in developed countries, but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. A trend that continues to develop in the world of information technology becomes a consideration when starting a start-up company. In order to anticipate changes and developments in this trend, it is not uncommon for problems to arise that can directly affect the quality of service for startups. Therefore, a startup needs to create a dynamic culture and infrastructure for the introduction of new technologies. The problems start when startups mature, with more teams, more complex systems, and more traffic to websites or apps. At this stage, startups usually start thinking about scalability issues. to avoid problems, a startup must develop the right architecture for a software product, and a microservices architecture can be a solution to problems. A microservices architecture is an architectural style that structures an application as a collection of small self-contained services modeled around a business domain. This chapter describes the design of microservices architecture for software product in Startup Using Web Service Implementation Methodology .

Abstract

Nowadays, the utilization of Information Technology has become the breadwinner or the main power in supporting the business processes of an organization, including educational organizations. The information technology utilization in the education sector, especially at Private Vocational High School (SMK) Al-Hikmah Tarogong Kaler, has not fully followed the current development where the application used in supporting the current activities has not been integrated between one field and another. This case provides the impact on the ineffectiveness of data redundancy because of the difficulty in accessing data and information between fields. Moreover, the use of unplanned systems in the master plan of system development (blueprint) can cause vulnerability to system disassembly which can also be caused by differences in data structure and system platform. The purpose of this study is to design the school's information system enterprise architecture. Besides, this research also aimed to create an enterprise system blueprint for Al-Hikmah Vocational High School. The method used in this study is The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) and it is restricted only into the Migration Planning phase, and the budget for development is not discussed. The study reveals that the information systems and technology blueprints are compiled into the list of system needs and the needs in the form of application candidates for each business process are arranged based on priority needs

Abstract

The popularity of cryptocurrencies has been increasing in the approximately 10 years since their emergence in 2008. Bitcoin is the most popular and the most instrumental in the existence of cryptocurrencies. The price of coins in cryptocurrencies is the same as the price of shares in the capital market which always fluctuates and even tends to be more volatile than the stock market. This condition is very influential for actors in cryptocurrencies. This study aims to compare the Algorithm Forecasting so that it can be known the right algorithm in Forecasting the trend of Bitcoin. The algorithm used is Algorithm Supervised Learning that is Neural Network, Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine, Gaussian Process, and polynomial Regression. Accuracy was measured using a 10 Fold Cross-validation model and evaluation is done by Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The results showed that the Algorithm Neural Network is an Algorithm Forecasting best with RMSE value 277,237 +/- 74,736 (micro: 287,208 +/- 0.000) among other Algorithms so that Neural Network can be used for Forecasting cryptocurrency Bitcoin.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a process for extracting data in the form of textual, with the aim of obtaining information about the tendency to evaluate an object under study. Sentiments given by the general public can be used as a reference in making product decisions. Sentiment given can be in the form of positive, negative and neutral sentiments. One of the information technology products that has stolen enough attention in the last decade is Bitcoin. The purpose of this study is to compare several classification algorithms using Feature Selection. There are several classification algorithms that can be used for sentiment analysis, such as Deep Learning, Decission Tree, KNN, Naïve Bayes. Textual sentiment classification has constraints on datasets that have high dimensions. Feature Selection is a solution to reduce the dimensions of a dataset by reducing attributes that are less relevant. Feature Selection used is Information Gain and Chi Square. The method used to perform the comparison is by comparing the four classification algorithms to find the best algorithm, then comparing the Feature Selection to get the best between the two, then integrating the best classification algorithm and the best Feature Selection. The results showed that the best classification algorithm was Deep Learning with an accuracy value of 78.43% and a kappa of 0.625. The results of the comparison of Feature Selection, Information Gain get the best results with an average accuracy value of 63.79% and an average kappa of 0.382. The results of the integration of the best classification algorithm with the best Featrure Selection obtained an accuracy value of 78.63% and a kappa of 0.626 where the value was included in the Fair Classification category.

Abstract

Abstrak Smartphone merupakan telepon pintar yang memiliki kemampuan seperti komputer. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi saat ini smartphone tidak hanya memiliki fungsi untuk menelepon dan mengirim pesan. Penggunaan smartphone yang terlalu sering menjadi salah satu faktor pemicu kerusakan yang ditimbulkan, seperti terkena air, terjatuh atau kesalahan perawatan dalam pemakaian sehari-hari. Alat bantu berupa sistem pakar reparasi smartphone diperlukan dalam memberikan deteksi kerusakan smartphone sehingga pengguna tidak harus langsung membawa smartphone-nya ke tempat reparasi smartphone. Forward Chaining digunakan sebagai model penalaran yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan dimulai dari gejala-gejala yang nantinya dapat disimpulkan jenis kerusakannya. Metode Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) dengan tahapan Assesment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation dan Maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Sistem pakar ini sudah mampu memberikan informasi kerusakan pada smartphone, menampilkan form konsultasi dan menampilkan hasil konsultasi sesuai dengan kaidah produksi selain itu juga sistem pakar ini dapat membantu para pengguna smartphone dalam mengetahui langkah awal dan jenis kerusakan. Kata Kunci : Jurusan, Sistem Pakar, ESDLC, Forward Chaining. Abstract Smartphone is a smart phone that has capabilities like a computer. As technology develops, smartphones do not only have functions for calling and sending messages. The use of smartphones that are too frequent is one of the factors that trigger the damage caused, such as being exposed to water, falling or maintenance errors in daily use. A tool in the form of a smartphone repair expert system is needed in providing detection of smartphone damage so that users do not have to immediately bring their smartphone to a smartphone repair place. Forward Chaining is used as a reasoning model that is used to detect damage starting from the symptoms which can later be concluded the type of damage. Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method with the stages of Assessment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation and Maintenance. The results of this study are that this expert system has been able to provide information on damage to smartphones, display a consultation form and display the results of consultations in accordance with production rules, besides that this expert system can help smartphone users in knowing the initial steps and types of damage. Abstract

Garut Institute of Technology implements an academic information system for students as an educational institution. When an institution implements an information system, user acceptance must be considered. There has never been an evaluation of user acceptance of the system since it was implemented. This study examines student acceptance of system users using the Technology Acceptance Model Method. Evaluation data, and questionnaires were sent to active students of the Garut Institute of Technology, with a total of 1,681 respondents and a sample size of 200. The results supported only two of the five hypotheses tested in this study. One of them is that the E-Resources Organization has a positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use, with a probability value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 which indicates that the effect is significant at the 5% significance level. E-Resources organization has no effect on Perceived Ease of Use with a probability value of 0.077 or greater than 0.05 indicating no significance at a significance level of 5%, Perceived Ease of Use does not affect Perceived Usability with a probability value of 0 0.437 or greater than 0 .05, and Perceived Ease of Use has no effect on Attitude of Use with a probability value of 0.385 or greater than 0.05.

Abstract

CV Serin Transport is a subsidiary of PT Fajar Prakasa, CV Serin Transport is engaged in goods delivery services. Services at CV Serin Transport include the distribution of fertilizers, both subsidized and non-subsidized, as for delivery areas including Garut, Ciamis, Tasikmalaya, and Sumedang districts. Problems with CV Serin Transport in scheduling Fleet departures still use manual, namely only using Microsoft excel is also data storage, data security, and presentation of information that is less efficient and effective, as well as recapitulation by the Administration which is done by one person. If a Fleet asks for departure schedule information for the delivery of goods, the result is that it becomes an obstacle to work and disrupts time efficiency and reduces company performance and profits. Vehicle Management Information System at CV Serin Transport, which was built to record goods delivery scheduling and produce a report on the scheduling of goods shipments to facilitate the presentation of information to Owners and Fleet. This Vehicle Management Information System uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) Method using several stages, namely business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application development, testing, and sales. The expected results in making the Vehicle Management System at CV Serin Transport can optimize the performance of the company.
