Abstract

One of the focuses of research and innovation in Indonesia is to encourage the development of health resilience and independence, and one of the concerns is child development. According to the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI), about 5-10% of children are estimated to have developmental delays and around 1-3% under the age of 5 years experience general developmental delays. Early Detection of Child Development Based on the Denver II Test (DEDIAVER) is a decision support system (DSS) application that can be used to detect child development using the Denver II Test instruments. This research aims to evaluate the DEDIAVER application and assess the feasibility of the DEDIAVER application as an alternative application for the Denver II Test for early detection tests of child development. The test is carried out by matching the results of the Denver II Test, which is carried out manually, with the results of the DEDIAVER application. As a result, for the test for children aged 0-2 years, the total accuracy for each developmental sector and age is 90.67%, while the test for children aged 2-6 years has an accuracy of 36%. The accuracy of the test for ages 2-6 years is only 36% due to the difference in the application's age calculation, which is 4-6 months older than the actual age. The age difference causes the questions for children over their age to be questioned.

Abstract

Process of determining scores automatically from one or several documents based on text data included in the field of Automated Essay Scoring (AES). Mechanism for scoring answers manually takes a long time to assess students' essay answers, especially for multi-question answers. The implementation of Automated Essay Scoring (AES) is to make correction and scoring easier by application that run on computers. This study applied TF-IDF weighting method and cosine similarity measurement method in multi-question of essay answer document. The test carried out through the preprocessing phase for data extraction, then weighting on each word term. Weighted value is the calculated using cosine similarity to get the degree of similarity. In each question, the point has been given, the cosine similarity value can be calculated with points from each question. This process produces a final score from student answer document which is compared with an expert document. By using the principle of similarity, only the relevant text or character from an expert document will be given weight, to get the similarity value, the number of terms contained in the answer document must match, neither in fewer nor more in number.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure the influence of financial literacy and behavior on consumptive behavior in Call of Duty: Mobile players. The rapid development of the virtual world has become a scourge for its users in seeking entertainment through online games, this has become an opium effect for users of all ages and occupations, making them consumptive actors. This research is a quantitative research, where the object is used as a Call of Duty: Mobile player. The data processing method is carried out using PLS (Partial Least Square). The sampling method used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with the technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 120 respondents. The design hypothesis was tested through the structural equation model (SEM) in the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy affects the consumptive behavior of Call of Duty: Mobile players positively and significantly, financial behavior also affects the consumptive behavior of Call of Duty: Mobile players positively and significantly. The results of this study contradict the theory as well as several previous studies where financial literacy and financial behavior should have an influence on consumptive behavior. The results of this study can be a suggestion for further researchers in developing related research to find several other factors that influence consumptive behavior for gamers.

Abstract

The spread of information about COVID-19 spreads so fast that the information circulating in the community has not been confirmed. This causes excessive anxiety and fear. There are several approaches to getting things done like design thinking, design sprint, and lean UX. With the right approach, this kind of situation will be resolved. From these problems, in this research, problem-solving will be carried out using a design thinking method. Because design thinking is the best method for developing innovative products. The design thinking process consists of 5 stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test. This research has carried out all these stages. The prototyping process uses the Figma mirror application to produce a more real experience for users. Then the prototype was tested on 5 respondents. After the test is carried out, it shows the success data based on predetermined indicators in the form of task 1 success is 80%, task 2 success is 100% successful, task 3 success is 60%, task 4 success is 40%, task 5 success is 100% and task 6 has 60% success. so that the average success of the prototype made is 88%. This means that the prototype developed with the design thinking method is easy for users to use. However, there are still features that have a low yield of 40%. So in the next iteration, it is necessary to improve the interface display that focuses on the call doctor feature based on user feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in work behavior through work motivation and employee work stress during the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive design by distributing questionnaires to employees in DKI Jakarta. The number of research samples is 100 people using snowball sampling technique. The problems in the study were tested by different tests with the paired sample t-test, MannWhitney (Wilcoxon), and Kruskall-Wallis. The results of this study are that the COVID-19 pandemic weakens work behaviors related to work stress even though work motivation does not. One of the causes of poor work behavior is because employees work from home. Currently, the main cause of increased work stress is because employees are facing increased unemployment since the spread of COVID-19; or female employees whose workloads are increasingly related to the dual roles of employees and teachers at home since school closures. On the other hand, there is no difference in work motivation before the outbreak of COVID-19, because employees have to earn daily income so they can support their families every day and avoid unemployment. As such, managers must comply with laws concerning employment regulations and disclose important information to employees. Managers need to evaluate layoff issues, evaluate and develop continuity plans according to government regulations to improve work and support employees and their families.
