Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors of website quality, and trust that affect customer loyalty related to purchasing airline tickets and booking hotel boldly on Traveloka. Non-probability sampling procedures and accidental sampling procedures. Questionnaires were boldly distributed to 150 informants. Path analysis data analysis technique supported by the Amos program. The results of the first hypothesis which states that the website quality variable is only able to influence the trust variable of 46.6% with a sig level value. 0.000 is lower than the standard coefficient of 0.05, then the website quality variable is said to have a direct influence on trust. The results of the second hypothesis state that the price variable is only able to influence the confidence variable of 48.7% with a sig level. 0.000 is lower than the standard coefficient, which is 0.05, which means that the variable is said to have a direct influence on trust. The results of the third hypothesis state that the website quality variable is only able to influence the customer loyalty variable by 17.8% with a sig level. as much as 0.007 is lower than the standard coefficient of 0.05, then the website quality variable is said to have a direct influence on customer loyalty. The result of the fourth hypothesis is that the value of the coefficient of the price variable on the customer loyalty variable is 0.498, so that variable is said to have a direct influence on customer loyalty. The results of the fifth hypothesis indicate that the trust variable affects the customer loyalty variable as much as 28.3% with a sig level. 0.000 which is small from the standard coefficient of 0.05, it can be said that the trust variable has a direct influence on customer loyalty. The biggest variable that influences customer loyalty towards purchasing airline tickets and booking hotel boldly on Traveloka is the price variable because customers feel that the price that comes out of the customer is based on the benefits obtained and the affordability of the price.

Abstract

The number of people who have died from COVID-19 has also continued to increase, as has the number of people infected with the Corona virus (Covid-19). Until May 2021, which coincides with the Eid al-Fitr 1442 H, which is the custom of the people of Jakarta, to go home to stay in touch with family in the area. At that time, Jakarta was still in the red zone due to the spike in the spread of Covid-19 cases. The state, in this case the Government, must be present to protect its people, both those infected with COVID-19 and so that they are not infected with Covid-19. This protection is in the form of the issuance of a regulation in the form of a Covid-19 Handling Task Force Circular Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Elimination of Homecoming for Eid Al-Fitri in 1442 Hijri and efforts to control the spread of Covid-19 during the holy month of Ramadan 1442 Hijri to change the ignorance of the people towards the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by prioritizing secondary data, to find out the background of the issuance of the telemudik policy. The conclusion drawn from this literature research is that the background behind the birth of the telemudik policy is the ignorance of the community towards the covid pandemic itself. The right solution for carrying out homecoming during the Covid-19 pandemic is telemudik not to reduce the essence of friendship and sharing and prepare the community for the New Normal. in the midst of the Corona pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine empowerment leadership and its dimensions, namely the dimensions of leading by example, coaching, participative decision making, informing and show concern and also include creative self-efficacy variables in influencing employee creativity. The study took the population of employees at three companies in the field of financial services located in Jakarta. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula. From this calculation, a sample size of 159 employees was obtained. Intake of 159 samples taken by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was using multiple regression with SPSS 26. The results showed that increasing the practice of empowering leadership and creative self-efficacy of employees will increase employee creativity. The results of the influence of the five dimensions of empowerment leadership on employee creativity, only the leading by example dimension is proven to affect employee creativity. While the other four dimensions have no significant effect. The practical implication is that companies are expected to apply leadership that empowers employees and create programs to increase employee creative self-efficacy in an effort to increase employee creativity.

Abstract

Shoes are one of the complementary tools to support one's appearance, over time shoes become a very important aspect to pay attention to, the development of the times makes the shoe industry compete in innovation in terms of design or color. With the technology that has developed at this time, it can be used in all aspects of the industry, one of which is in the business or business sector at the Queen Shoes Cleaning store. The process used at this time is still carried out by recording services, making reports, and also storing transaction evidence manually so that the documents are messy. In the future, there is a very big risk of losing the documents in the store. For this reason, the author makes the idea of building a website-based information system in which you can order services, print reports, make receipts, and see shoe washing prices. There are 3 users in this system, namely regular visitors, registered visitors, and admins. For ordinary employees can only see the price list, about the store, the type of service. Then members can make transactions, print transaction receipts, and admins can process incoming transactions, print incoming reports, view user data, and view admin data. The method used in conducting this research is descriptive method, combining data collection methods and system development methods. With this website-based shoe washing service information system, it can help and simplify the shoe washing service process.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the contribution of emotional regulation to parenting stress on working mothers. The hypothesis proposed is that emotion regulation is able to predict parenting stress on working mothers. The subjects of this study were working mothers who had children with a total number of 318 mothers. The study uses two measuring instruments, Emotion Regulation Scale (Gross and John, 2003) with reliability coefficient 0.831 and Parenting Stress Scale (Berry and Jones, 1995) with reliability coefficient 0.71. Data analysis using simple regression techniques and processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. Hypothesis test results show that emotion regulation is able to predict parenting stress significantly with F = 15.838 and p = 0.000 (p <0.001). The R square value of 0.048 means that regulation of emotion is able to contribute effectively to parenting stress by 4.8%, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, especially e-commerce. The use of e-commerce has increased, causing public consumption to also increase compared to before the pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of public consumption through e-commerce before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this research is UPN Veteran Jakarta students and several people who use e-commerce. This type of research is quantitative research with instruments in the form of online questionnaires, as well as descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results show that the level of public consumption through e-commerce has increased after the Covid-19 pandemic. People believe in the system, they also claim that the costs incurred through e-commerce are relatively cheap compared to shopping in person.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock price using fundamental, technical and macroeconomic aspects. The research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for Energy Sector Companies, 2015 - 2019. Multiple regression equations were used to determine the effect between stock prices and fundamental, technical and macroeconomic aspects. Fundamental aspects include Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. The technical aspect is seen from the trend of stock movements, while the macroeconomic aspect is shown by the interest rates ofr Bank Indonesia Certificates, world oil prices, and foreign exchange rates. The results of the study show that Earning Per Share and stock price movements have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and the Rupiah Exchange rate have a negative and insignificant effect, while the interest rate ofr Bank Indonesia Certificates and world oil price have a negative and significant effect. From this research, it is hoped that it will be useful for academics and the public to pay attention to aspects that affect stock prices in investing in the shares of a company. Besides that, it can also be useful for companies in determining strategies to increase stock prices.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of distance learning from the perspective of students such as the material provided by the lecturer, understanding of the material, obstacles in participating in distance learning, and the learning model carried out. This study uses a descriptive survey method, the research sample is students from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Jaya (Ubhara Jaya). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The findings in this study, 64.1% of students disagree with distance learning, according to students distance learning is not effective in the teaching and learning process, and 35.9% agree. Those who agree with distance learning generally state that this is a way to stop the spread of Covid 19. When asked about the understanding of the lecture material delivered by the lecturer through distance learning, 72.5 students found it difficult because the question-and-answer process was less effective. Constraints experienced by students during distance learning, 43.1% were caused by unstable signals, 37.7% answered that there were no problems, and 19.2% answered that they sometimes experienced signal disturbances. Regarding student spending during distance learning, 43.8% said they were not more efficient than offline lectures, 41.1% said there were savings.

Abstract

Crime is the shadow of civilization. Therefore, the crime will tend to increase in line with the increasingly rapid dynamics of community life. For this reason, it is necessary to take preventive measures or law enforcement intensively and consistently. One of the pieces of evidence that is required to be fulfilled in the law enforcement process is the testimony of a witness who testifies based on what he has heard, seen, and / or experienced himself. This law enforcement effort will not be successful if the community does not optimally participate in giving testimony. The role of witness and victims in supporting law enforcement has not been optimal due to various factors, including: Legislation regulating protection and victims in Indonesia which is still partial and well-known in various regulations and institutional structures are still limited at the central level, not yet at the regional level, including the legal awareness of the community to be witnesses, are still felt to be lacking.Efforts to increase protection and victims that need to be continuously evaluated and refined by relevant legislation, Development of protection and victim institutions (LPSK) up to the district level. For this reason, a strong commitment from the Government is needed to provide protection to witnesses and victims through strengthening the functions and roles of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency by fulfilling aspects of the legal structure and aspects of its legal substance in an effort to encourage changes in the legal culture of the community.

Abstract

The covid-19 crisis has forced education sisytems to find alternative face-to-face instrunction. As a result online lectures have been used by teachers and students. There are many problems faced by students when taking online lectures that can have negative impact on the continuity of lectures. Students must be optimistic in dealing with problems that occur during lectures in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of students optimism during online lectures. This study involved 100 Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya college students. The result of this study indicate that the highest score of students optimism is at a high level with a value of 76%, and 24% of students are in the moderate category of optimism. The average level of students optimism is in the high category, meaning that students have confidence in facing all obstacle while undergoing online lectures.
