Abstract

This study aims to determine whether a social work graduate has a large or small chance of being eligible to be a human resources practitioner in the industry. This research is qualitative and uses data collection techniques through library studies, internet-based research, as well as field studies that included interviews and observations with practitioners of human resources from Ralali.com, Unilever Indonesia, Glints Indonesia, and TikTok (Bytedance) Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, the authors concluded that the opportunity for social work graduates to become practitioners in human resources feasibility exists. In the discussion, the factors that influence the magnitude of the opportunity are: first, the views of human resources practitioners in the industry towards social work graduates are still not optimal, but when human resources practitioners already know in detail about social work and its graduates, practitioners tend to believe in the skills possessed by social work graduates. Second, it shows how the industry is actually quite open to hiring graduates of any education for positions in human resources as long as these graduates possess the competencies required by the industry even though the level of market competition for positions in human resources is quite competitive.  Keywords: Employability, Human Resources, Human Resources Practitioners, Social Work Graduates, Industry

The research method used in this research is library research which aims to collect data and information by reviewing various sources including the Al-Quran, Hadith, scientific books, journals, documents and other writings as comparisons and supports used to obtain data. . The results of the analysis show that the digital era has brought changes in communication patterns within the family. Interactions between family members are often done via electronic devices, which can lead to a lack of face-to-face communication and a lack of time together. Abstract

Slum settlements in urban areas are a problem that is often faced by a number of big cities in Indonesia. One of the minimum provision of facilities and infrastructure is related to waste management. Based on the 2020 National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), West Java is the 3rd largest nationally in terms of contributing to landfill, namely 4,143,000 tons/year. Bekasi Regency is the largest in West Java, with managed waste of 40.97%. Based on the Central Bureau of Statistics for Bekasi Regency in 2017, 1,500 tons of waste came from household/domestic waste. In 2010 the community of the Happy Waste Bank Association (PBSB) was established with an innovative waste bank program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research is based on the innovation development theory of Dr. Khairul Muluk which includes three stages, namely the development of innovation leadership, community development, and innovation performance development. The results of this study indicate that the development of innovation is in accordance with the three stages based on Dr. Khairul Muluk. The waste bank program is still running today, but its implementation is still not optimal, there are obstacles such as scavengers who pick up waste that has been sorted by residents (waste bank customers), as well as price fixing by collectors. Therefore further monitoring and review is needed on the prices of organic waste so that the waste bank program runs well. Keywords: Happy Village, Innovation Development, Waste Bank

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the performance of government officials regarding e-government-based public complaint services in Bogor City in implementing the SiBadra application in the Bogor City Communication and Information Service. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research results show that: 1) In terms of productivity, Bogor City Diskominfo, as the person responsible, already has standard operating procedures. If there is still no response, the mayor will immediately take action against the OPD. Because Sibadra itself has been regulated in the guardianship and has become a Bogor City Government program. 2) The quality of service at Sibadra has been quite good, and we are always trying to make improvements. Sibadra itself has a WhatsApp service, so it could be easier. There is no longer any reason for people not to use this service. Apart from that, it takes up to 2x24 hours to produce a public report. 3). Sibadra's services continue to improve from year to year; this includes transparency of Sibadra website reports, to see reports that have been received and resolved. 4). From the side of the Sibadra team itself, there has been cooperation; the form of cooperation itself is in the form of solving problems or complaints from the community. Keywords: Apparatus Performance, E-Government, Community Complaints, SiBadra Application, Bogor City.

Abstract

This research examines PT. Transjakarta's efforts to address sexual harassment in public transportation, specifically within the Transjakarta system, focusing on Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis in detik.com news coverage. The research aims to investigate three dimensions of Fairclough—textual analysis, discursive practices, and socio-cultural practices—embedded in the news reporting. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a critical discourse analysis approach to explore and analyze discourse in detik.com news. Data were collected from secondary sources, including relevant news and articles. Data analysis techniques encompass textual analysis to explore representations, relations, and identities in the news, discursive practices to understand text production and consumption, and socio-cultural practices to interpret situational, institutional, and social aspects of the news. The findings indicate that PT. Transjakarta's efforts to combat sexual harassment involve active participation from the Head of the Company Secretary Division, Anang Rizkani Noor, and strategies such as providing women-only buses as a preventive measure. The news also reflects the independence of detik.com journalists in reporting the issue without associated interests. Keywords; Sexual Harassment, Transjakarta, Detik.com.
