Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of welfare and job design on employee job satisfaction at PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The data collection methods in this study are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The population which is the object of this research is the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, South Labuhanbatu Regency, totaling 55 people. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 20.0 for windows program. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, the conclusion is that the tcount for the Welfare variable is 5.733, the worker design is 5.926. Based on the criteria that if the value of tcount> ttable); namely (5,733> 1,674, (5,926> 1,674) so it can be concluded that partially the Welfare variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Design has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) PKS Torgamba, South Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether work experience, educational background and compensation affect employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Persero Branch Rantauprapat. The hypothesis contained in this study is that work experience, educational background and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is the permanent employees of PT. Rantauprapat Branch Pegadaian. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The data used by researchers is data that is made in the form of a closed questionnaire, all of which use the SPSS 21 program. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the effect of work experience , educational background and compensation for employee performance, either partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between the effects of mutations, punishments, and job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Milano Batang Seponggol in South Labuhanbatu Regency. In this study, four variables were used, namely the Mutation (X1), Punishment (X2) and Job Description (X3) variables as the independent variable and the employee's Job Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. To obtain data in statistical form using SPSS software version 16. The results of data processing show that the results of the coefficient Y = 14,602 + 0,264 X1 + 0,263 X2 + 0,161 X3 show Mutation (b1 = 0,264), Punishment (b2 = 0,263) and Job Description (b3 = 0.161) the correlation coefficient value was 67.6% and the determinant correlation was 43.3%. Testing the overall hypothesis F test (Simultaneous Test) by showing the value of Fcount is 19.866 with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, the calculation with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-actualization and workload on employee work performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Labuhanbatu district, totaling 31 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.00 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that self-actualization and workload together have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency. . This can be seen from the R Square value of 0.687 or 68.7%, the remaining 31.9% can be explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The history of Islam in the United States dates back to around the 16th century, when Estevánico of Azamor was the first Muslim recorded in North American history.1 However, most researchers in studying the arrival of Muslims in the US have focused more on the arrival of immigrants who came from the Middle East in the late 19th century. This migration of Muslims to the US took place over a different period, which is often called the "wave", although experts do not always agree on what caused these waves. In Washington. Mosques are the main places of worship for a Muslim. In the US, there are around 1,209 mosques, of which the largest is the Islamic Center of America located in Dearborn, Michigan. Built in 2005, the Mosque can accommodate more than 3,000 worshipers who continue to grow in the area. With fewer than 100 units actually designed as mosques from the start, most Muslim worshipers in the US originally worshiped in buildings originally erected for other purposes, such as former fire stations, theaters, warehouses and shops. The largest number of mosques in the US is in the State of California, which is about 227 units in 2001.

Abstract

From the initial research that the researchers conducted, the weakness of employees in building trust, namely interactions with other individuals and building a sense of confidence in the company. Concern and uncertainty which causes employee commitment to be disrupted, apart from the result of not being able to focus time and energy on tasks and work which results in neglected aspects of work, also because there are still employees who have not been able to accept responsibility for the work of others either positive or negative, this is because there are still employees who have not been able to formulate a criteria or work procedure to achieve the quality, productivity and work services required. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and competence on organizational commitment at PT. Barokah Utama Karya Medan. The number of samples in this study amounted to 93 people using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was no direct significant influence of self-concept on organizational commitment. Directly there was a significant influence of competence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the differentiation strategy in determining market positioning (case study of LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu). This research was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with the poulation that the consumer of LEGA drinks at Jln KH Dewantara, Kec. Rantau Selatan. a sample of 30 respondents who had consumed LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu and the sampling method was carried out by giving questions in the form of questionnaires and interviews where each question answered would be expressed in numerical form based on the linkert scale. The analysis tool used is a simple analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is concluded that the independent variables partially affect the dependent variable, including product, service, personnel, and image have an effect on the market positioning of LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu, with F count, namely, 61.678.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price and product quality factors on coffee purchasing decisions at Warkop On Mada Rantauprapat. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is the consumers of Warkop On Mada Aek Tapa Rantauprapat. Because the population in this study is unknown, the sample determination uses the formula according to Wibisono. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t-test to test the partial regression coefficient and the F test to test simultaneously. From this study, the regression equation Y = 6.229 + 0.195X1 + 0.207X2 + 0.253X3 + e is obtained. The results of this study indicate that the variables brand image, price and product quality both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on coffee purchasing decisions. Judging from the results of the determination coefficient test (R2) shows the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, the results show the value of R2 = 0.302 which means that 30.2% of coffee purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image, price and product quality, while the rest is equal to 69.8% is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and career development on the performance of the employees of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DP2Kb) Labuhanbatu Regency. This study used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale which was analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The population in this study was 38 people and the sample in this study was the entire population of 38 people taken using Saturated Sample method. The results of this study indicate that work stress and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the office employees Population Control and Family Planning (DP2KB) Labuhanbatu. With the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 10.566> 3.27 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Non Performance Loans are an indicator of the soundness of a commercial bank. Because the high NPL shows the inability of commercial banks in the appraisal process up to the disbursement of credit to debtors, on the other hand NPL also causes high cost of capital (cost of capital) which is reflected in the operational costs of the commercial bank concerned. With the high cost of capital, it will affect the net profit from the bank. Based on calculations to find the NPL ratio, it will produce a ratio value, which describes the conditions currently being experienced by banks regarding credit problems. In this regard, Bank Indonesia has determined a fair ratio of NPLs of 5% of its total loan portfolio. In this case, a bank with an NPL ratio below 5% is still considered normal in its credit activity. The smaller the NPL ratio, the lower the risk of bad credit in a bank and the better its credit activity performance is in line with the theory attached above. The NPL ratio value generated by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2013 to 2017 shows the value; 1.27%; 1.26%; 1.17%; 0.05% and 1.10%. This means that the rating value achieved is 1, which is very healthy.
