Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for the company because they are the drivers of the company's activities. The pandemic that has hit in recent years is certainly very influential and has an impact on employees, especially on the ongoing process of training and development activities. The process of training and development activities during a pandemic as it is today is very different from before, training and development before a pandemic can be said to run smoothly and without constraints and maximally because it is carried out directly and interacts with each other between resource persons and development training participants while during a pandemic as it is today the process of training and development activities is carried out online/online which is remote, of course, without any direct interaction between individuals with each other. Actually, the problem is the level of understanding of participants in digesting any material conveyed by the speaker of training and development and the other side of the saturation level of participants will be higher as well because they feel bored and sometimes there is often a disruption of the internet network that is less stable resulting in the process of training and development activities become hampered and disrupted. However, this activity must be carried out and intensively carried out because this activity aims to improve the skills of employees in their respective fields so that when the skill or ability of employees increases productivity, employee performance will also increase so that the company can get maximum benefits in accordance with the expected from the beginning.

Abstract

this study aims to analyze the effect of organizational structure and job satisfaction on employee productivity PT. Insuindomas Son Of Medan.The method used in this study is quantitative. Sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling as many as 60 employees. Data collection methods using questionnaires/questionnaires. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained a constant value (A) of 1.475,B1 of 0.367 and b2 of 0.312 to obtain multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.475 + 0,367x1 + 0, 312x2 + e. The results obtained from the value of the coefficient of 0.326, where the value of t-count > t-table (3.442> 1.6706) and significant of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 means that the organizational structure has a significant effect on employee productivity, then H1 is accepted. The value obtained from the value of the coefficient of 0.562, where the value of t-count < t-table (5.892> 1.6706) and significant of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee productivity, then H2 is accepted. Obtained value Fhitung (30.625) > Ftable (3.16), and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning the variable organizational structure (X1) job satisfaction (X2) affect simultaneously (simultaneous) to employee productivity variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination that has been adjusted (R Square) of 0.518 this means that 51.8% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the remaining 48.2% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Theoretical and practical advances in Islamic accounting have been made in Indonesia. The Islamic finance industry includes Islamic banks, Islamic insurance companies, even Islamic stocks. However, in the non-financial sector, Islamic accounting is not widely practiced. In today's World, Islamic accounting is widely used because its principles consider not only the relationship of man to man, but also the relationship of man to God, man to man, and nature to nature. Aceh is one of the areas that adheres to strong Islamic law. Acehnese people uphold Islamic values in their lives, thus making aceh one of the privileged areas, where aceh can make local regulations based on Islamic law called Qanun aceh. Basically, aceh has applied many sharia accounting principles and systems to its local regulations, so that currently all financial institutions in aceh are sharia-based. According to Karim, the terminology definition of Sharia is “regulations and laws that have been outlined by Allah SWT, or have been outlined principally and charged to the Muslims to obey them, so that this Sharia is taken by Muslims as a liaison between them with Allah SWT and between them with humans.” (Karim, 2010). Aceh has a privilege that can make local regulations in accordance with Islamic law, should be able to apply the concept of Islamic government, where local government activities are carried out in accordance with the concept of Islamic law but not contrary to the legislation of the Indonesian government system, as well as Sharia governance signifies not violating international law and Human Rights.

Abstract

In this study the aim is to find out how the influence of leadership communication on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Labuhanbatu Regency. Which is where leadership communication greatly affects employee performance, has an effect on increasing employee morale and provides ideas for developing better BPS agencies. Of the 24 employees who interviewed researchers said that leadership communication affects their morale with BPS leaders who have a caring nature for employees, reminding employees of the work assigned to employees.

Abstract

Work discipline is the capacity and disposition to self-regulate to comply with the rules issued by the company in achieving goals. This study aims to determine the impact of full and partial work discipline. on the performance of the employees of the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat Office. Primary data as a data source. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling strategy is a sampling technique used in. approximately fifty personnel in the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat. Explanatory study is the method used. Through the distribution of personal questionnaires or questionnaires, data is collected. Data analysis in this study used validation, reliability, normality, correlation, and hypothesis tests (t test and f test). Discipline at work has a considerable impact on employee performance, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is concerned with the business activities of a substantial and complex system organization. Unlike other information systems implementation projects, ERP system implementation projects are unique. The scale, complexity, organizational impact, expenses associated with this project, and other effects that will result from project failure are some of the key differences. The findings of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for change management strategies that can have an impact on the effectiveness of ERP installations at the PTPN IV AJAMU 3panai jaya Finance Directorate. To anticipate the performance of the ERP system implementation program, the DICE framework and change management models are used as study references by scholars. The DICE framework can measure programmatic external manifestations, such as longevity, implementer honesty, and leadership and staff commitment. This study uses qualitative methods and gathers information through in-depth interviews and focus groups with workers who make up the main ERP implementation team. managed and understood effectively. Therefore, a company's competitiveness will increase if it manages change better, which will help it survive and maintain its effectiveness through change strategies and programs.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the Population Administration Service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. This research is motivated by the number of community complaints against the Population Administration service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. The author conducted this study to find out the services of the Population Administration at the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office as well as obstacles in the implementation of population administration services at the North Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This research was conducted with research objectives, among others, namely to examine the effect of compensation and work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi and to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi and to examine the effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi. The analytical method that I use in analyzing the data is qualitative where this method is used by using activity data that already exists in the field for the sake of drawing conclusions about the company data of PT. ABADI ASIA FASIFIK ABADI, namely by comparing the existing literature references with reality. Which is where the frozen fish service at the company PT. Duta Asia Pacific Abadi is more dominant in fish products because marine products are dominant in fish products as for various types of frozen fish ranging from Ogak, Terisi, Bloat Fish, Sembak, Cincaru, and many more. Not only fish, this fish company also accepts squid freezing service although not too much compared to fish. The results showed that the processing of freezing fish has several stages that must be carried out specifically by each employee, including receiving raw materials, weighing, washing 1, holding, washing 2, preparation in long pan, freezing, storage. While the weakness is in the management of the packaging design, it is still not attractive, there is no special label for PT. Asia Pacific Ambassador Eternal. The fish freezing service at the fish company is Rp. 600-, per pack.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher chose SO Division employees (Signing Officer) as the subject which is one of the important divisions in completing the KPR contract at PT. State Savings Bank KC Medan. This study aims to analyze the level of  work  stress  and  work motivation obtained by employees of the SO (Signing Officer) division. The results of this study explain what things make employees' workloads causing  work stress,  and  what  things  make employees motivated to work during the work process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show that work stress  occurs  due  to the burden of credit settlements from problematic customers and differences of opinion with the leadership which cause pressure on SO employees. Behind work stress, there is employee work motivation with the feedback they get.

Abstract

Organizations are social structures that are coordinated across national boundaries and work to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is one of the keys to the success of an organization in responding to these changes, and through planning and implementing organizational change, leadership plays a role in determining the direction of organizational change. Strong leadership is needed through management actions to influence and guide organizational members to achieve change. Transformative leadership is a modification of charismatic leadership because it can create a strong emotional connection with the community to achieve certain goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of leadership in change management for an organization. The method used is a qualitative research method. The result of this research is the importance of leadership in change management. Change must be designed, designed, and managed by strong, positive, intelligent and growing leadership.
