Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect, the influence of the role of Indigenous Local Institutions on the Infrastructure Development of Koto Mudik Village, Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat, Kabupaten Kerinci. The formulation of the problem posed is: Is there an Influence of the Role of Indigenous Local Institutions on Village Infrastructure Development? How Big is the Influence of the Role of Indigenous Local Institutions on Village Infrastructure Development ?. The influence of the role of local customary institutions on village infrastructure development must be seen based on indicators of the role of local customary institutions on village infrastructure development, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on data analysis, it is known that the coefficient of influence of the role of Indigenous Local Institutions on Village Infrastructure Development is 39,6%. Then it was discovered that the influence of the role of the Local Customary Institutions on Infrastructure Development was 28,5%. Furthermore, the results of the study where the value of t arithmetic of 2,940 (sig 5%) = 0. 176 or t arithmetic 2,940 > t table 2.831, meaning that Ho is rejected Ha accepted, which means the role of Indigenous Local Institution has a significant effect on Infrastructure Development in Koto Mudik Village.

Abstract

The problem that will be discussed in this paper is about how the community's legal awareness about the importance of legal protection of intellectual property rights in Sungai Penuh City. The research location was carried out in Sungai Penuh City using an empirical juridical approach and qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Sungai Penuh City has the potential of a very large Intellectual Property but has not yet received maximum IP protection.

Abstract

The Influence of Knowledge and Skill on Work Performance at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh. This Research aims to conduct a study on The Influence of knowledge and skill on work performance at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh. The Research was done at MTsN Model Sungai Penuh by method used are kuantitatif method with number of respondens 12 people. The research instrument is the research himself and the collection of data through quesionnaires.The Influence of knowledge and skill on work performance at the MTsN Model Sungai Penuh cover Location Of Knowledge, personal skills, reasoning for Ability, understand of ability, values presense and conviction. Conceptual Skills, human skills, technical skills. And work performance consists of work quality, the quality of labor, toughness, attitude. An analytical tool used in this study is the likers, Analyse doubled linear regersa, Koefisien Determinant and test of T with data processing use application program of SPSS version 0.16

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on the Retention of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, while the population and sample in this study were 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by conducting a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant influence on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of t-test where tcount> ttable (17,992> 1,677), while the amount of Career Development that is proven by Rsquare is 0.831 or (83.1%), while the remaining 16.9 %% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Staff of the Regional Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Kerinci Regency. The number of samples in this study were 65 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained by the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work discipline. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of supervision on work discipline. c) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on work discipline. The results of the study simultaneously showed that leadership, supervision and compensation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. And based on the Determination coefficient test (R2) the value was 0.658 or 65.8%. This indicated that the percentage contribution of the independent variable was leadership, supervision and compensation of the variables dependent Work Discipline of 0.658 or 65.8%. While the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Human resources are part of a progress in science, development and technology. In order to achieve the objectives of an organization within the government environment, good employee performance is needed. A performance can be said to be good if in doing a job get results in accordance with the objectives, both in quality, quantity and time in accordance with predetermined targets and in accordance with established performance standards. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 68 respondents who were in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has an effect on and significant on employee performance, empowerment has an effect on and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction jointly has a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation and promotion of position on work motivation. The number of samples determined was 68 respondents using the Quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely work mutation and promotion while the dependent variable is work motivation. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis includes, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple linear can be seen that the mutation variable affects motivation by 1,227 (122%) and Job Promotion affects Work Motivation by 0.067 (6.7%) both of these variables affect the performance and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 0.962 (96.2%) Variations in work motivation can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study and 3.8% are explained by other factors beyond this discussion. And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously that the independent variable on the dependent variable there is a significant influence using the t-test and f-test

Abstract

The results of the study show that issues relating to the regulation of legal protection for child victims of domestic violence, not all the rights of victims are clearly regulated, legal protection for child victims of domestic violence that is not clearly regulated. Therefore, criminal law reforms must be carried out on the provisions of legal protection for child victims of domestic violence that are regulated in the legislation, especially against child victims of domestic violence so that there is a legal umbrella that can guarantee the emergence of a sense of justice and certainty in the community.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat penting bagi kemajuan sebuah perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mengambil studi kasus pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Kayu Aro. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari besar pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial, serta variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier. Diketahui bahwa besar pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah 0,1512. Kemudian besar pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,1008. Sementara hasil analisis variabel independen Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan diperoleh R Square sebesar 0.0500, berarti bahwa besar pengaruh antara Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 0,50%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis variabel independen diketahui nilai Kompensasi 0,1512% dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 0,1008%, maka variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah Kompensasi dengan nilai 0,1512 %.
