Abstract

Analysis of Village Development Factors and Strategies Towards Independent Villages (Case Study in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency). This study aims to determine the Factors of Development of Batang Sangir Village and Strategies Towards Independent Villages. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the development factors in Batang Sangir Village include: (1) Natural Resources. (2) Human Resources. (3) Economy. (4) Public Services. (5) Community Participation. Batang Sangir Village applies a strategy towards independent villages from within, namely: optimizing the initiative or desire of the community to progress, optimizing the capacity / ability of the community, optimizing the capacity of the village head in organizing. Facilitate bureaucracy and facilitate constructive activities. Strengthening village officials' human resources through training and coaching and involving the community in development. Conduct village meetings which include community leaders, religious leaders. Determine productive businesses in Batang Sangir Village.

Abstract

The Influence of the Capacity of Human Resources and the Role of the Government's Internal Auditors on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements on Sungai Penuh City SKPD.The quality of LKPD is the level or degree of a financial management accountability report that provides information about the financial position and transactions carried out by the regional government during a period. This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Human Resources Capacity and the Role of Government Internal Auditors on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements in Sungai Penuh City SKPD". The main problem is whether there is a significant influence on the Capacity of Human Resources and the Role of the Government Internal Auditors on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements in the Sungai Penuh City SKPD.The type of data used in this study is quantitative time series data from 2010-2018. About HR Quantity, Role of Internal Auditors and Quality of Financial Statements obtained from all SKPDs in Sungai Penuh City.While the data collection method used is a questionnaire technique which is a way of distributing a list of questions to get data from respondents who are systematically compiled and filled out by respondents based on alternative choices on the answers already available and information related to the object of study. The analytical method used in this method is multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the magnitude of the influence of a variable on other variables with the help of SPSS V16.0.The results of the partial analysis show that the independent variable Human Resources Capacity is 07.8% of the Dependent Variable in the Quality of the Regional Government Financial Report, the Auditor's Role is 63.5%. Internal Auditor's Role Variable of 63.5% is the most dominant variable influencing the capacity of Regional Government Financial Statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this study is the employee of the Human Development Agency (BKPSDM) Sungai Sungai City. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on work performance. (b) There is a positive and significant effect on commitment to work performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of locus of control on work performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, commitment, locus of control had a positive and significant effect on work performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.541 or 54.1% this shows that the percentage of contribution of the independent variable competence, commitment, locus of control to the dependent variable work performance is 0.541 or 54.1%. While the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Kerinci Regency Education Office Staff. The number of samples in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained by the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work commitment. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on work commitment. c) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational justice on work commitments. The results of the study simultaneously showed that work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on work commitment. work and organizational justice on the Work commitment dependent variable of 0,700 or 70.0%. While the remaining 30.0% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much p engaruh leadership style, motivation of work, and discipline to employee performance BKPSDMD Kerinci, with a sample of 95 respondents employee BKPSDMD Kerinci district . The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained based on partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (b) partially significant effect between employee motivation t erhadap employee performance . Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (c) partially significant effect between work discipline of work t erhadap employee performance . Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (d) then based on the results of joint hypothesis testing (Test F) leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) obtained a value of 74.1%, this indicates that the percentage contribution of independent variables of leadership style, employee motivation, and discipline by 74.1% while the remaining 25.9% influenced by variables outside the research , such as employee commitment, organizational culture, training, and work environment. Finally, the authors suggest to the Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD to be able to increase work motivation and employee work discipline , leaders can implement a better leadership style and maintain a good leadership style .

Abstract

Scientific papers has to know language criminal sanctions against crime air pollution in perspective Constitution Nomber 32 Year 2009. This research a library research with lenguage approach constitution as will as method collection data through study literarature. Based on this research which is conducted results obtained and conclusion that air pollution especially what happened jambi throughout the year 2019 is the crime detrimental wide community, and the action with constitution number 32 year 2009, Protection and management environmend. That matter caused law awarenes publik as well as the absence law enforcement that what happens. Othen than that the act that causes pollution and damaging the environment. Therefore pollution action air normatively juridical on the contrary to constitution ang criminal law.Based on that conclusion as a government 0fficial expected to improve oversight and enforce law applicable so that it doesn’t happen enhancement air pollution, specifically caused by burning forest and land.

Abstract

This study aims to determine SMART ASN Towards 4.0 in the Apparatus of Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interview approach using interview guidelines with the problem under study and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that to determine the quality of SMART ASN Towards 4.0 at the Sitinjau Laut District Office at this time, researchers used six dimensions of quality SMART ASN Towards 4.0, namely Recruitment of Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) using Computer Assisted Test (CAT), Development career patterns, competency development, career development, promotion through open selection, and succession plans in creating SMART ASN Towards 4.0 at the Sitinjau Laut sub-district office. Government tasks are carried out in the context of carrying out general government functions which include the empowerment of institutions, personnel, and administration. Meanwhile, certain development tasks are carried out through economic and social development aimed at increasing the welfare and prosperity of the entire community.

Abstract

The women's empowerment strategy is one of the government's programs as an effort to solve the problems faced by the community so that it can fulfill the desires and needs of the community towards a better and more advanced direction. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of the Women's Empowerment Strategy in the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Sungai Penuh City and the factors that influence it. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data used there are two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data, the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively which was collected by the author and then displayed in the form of sentences according to interviews from 10 informants. The research uses a phenomenological type. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies and documents. The results showed that there were four related issues, namely: women's participation was good, the programs implemented were not optimal, women's awareness was still lacking, and socialization was not evenly distributed throughout society. The hope in the future is that through the strategy implemented by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Sungai Penuh City regarding the strategy of empowering women, it can be carried out in stages and continuously and guidance for women must continue to be improved.

The existence of the Sitinjau Laut Sub-district institution to date is inseparable from the regulatory changes, the re-positioning of the sub-district authority in the era of regional autonomy opens the space for the sub-district / kecamatan institutions to re-exist in the midst of the people who are highly expecting the role of the sub-district to be the only way the community in the affairs of the government assessed by the local community is more effective and efficient when the sub-district / districts institutions get the power that is in accordance with the circumstances and conditions of society in the region. Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in cultural diversity spread throughout its territory, one of which is the Kenduri Sko Culture of the Kerinci Nation in Kerapatan Adat Jujun Country, in its management that is authorized is the local government and customary institutions followed by the role of the community, which forms a collaboration in carrying out conservation, namely synergy.The research objective is to describe and analyze the implementation of synergy, supporting factors and inhibitors of synergy, as well as the results of synergy in carrying out conservation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method.The synergy of the local government and customary institutions in carrying out the preservation of the culture of kenduri sko in the density of the jujun customs turned out to be unsuccessful, seen from the implementing actors, programs, and facilities and infrastructure. The synergy was not carried out so well that it had not brought positive results to the preservation of the culture of kenduri sko in the density of jujun customs.The supporting factors are the contents of regulations that are easy to understand, and the attitude of the government that has the desire to be able to be involved in the implementation of the preservation of the culture of kendo sko. The inhibiting factor is coordination that does not work well, and there is no specific regulation that regulates the issue of preserving the Kerinci Nation's Kenduri Sko Culture.
