Abstract

Analisys of Intelegence Emotional of employees at Office Dinas Pendidikan Sungai Penuh City. This study aims to determine the Intelegence Emotional of employee work at early chilhood edication field of ation office of full river city. The Research methode research is qualitatif approach by doing interview method. The number of informants in this study is as many as seven people. Indicators for motivation variables based on Gibson opinions consisting of emphati, expectations and incentives. Based on the result showed that the employee’s Intelegence Emotional of is Good. Where this is contrary to the phenomenon that occuret in the research.

Abstract

This research was started from students’ low communication ability and mathematical problem solving at grade IX SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Penuh. To solve the problems, thus the writer applied problem-based learning approach. By using problem solving activity the students was guided to understand the concept and to find the characteristics of the subject material, so that the students would be trained to propose their mathematical idea and to develop problem solving ability. The aim of this research was to know the effect of problem-based approach toward enhancement of communication ability and students’ mathematical problem solving at grade IX SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Penuh. This research was conducted based on the quasi experimental research.. To get the sample, the writer used random sampling technique. T-Test and U-Test was used to analyze the data. Based on the result of the data analysis, the writer got some conclusions that was the enhancement of communication ability and students’ mathematical problem solving that using problem-based approach was better than using conventional teaching approach.

Abstract

The establishment of autonomous regions is one of the government efforts to bring public service closer to people. Every new autonomous regions are expected to create synergy with their parent regions. The proliferation of new administrative areas also requires the establishment of new capitals which will become the icon of the area. This is where all public services and trade activities will be centralized. After the decision to proliferate the Kerinci Regency being made, the new capital of Kerinci has been moved to Bukit Tengah, Siulak. Using the qualitative descriptive method, this research presents the indicators that become the point of reference of Kerinci Regency's government in deciding the location of the new administrative capital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity in the Full River City Disaster Management Agency, to determine the magnitude of the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity in the Full River Region Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is quantitative research to see the effect of the independent variable (Independent) with the independent variable (dependent). In this study, researchers want to see the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity in the Full River City Regional Disaster Management Agency. The respondents in this study were 96 people. The results of this study are: obtained the value of Ha is accepted at a significant and ? (0.05)> 0.05 (signifikacy) means that there is a significant effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity at the Full River City Regional Disaster Management Agency. Then the t-count is 9.399> while the t-table is 1.988. So it can be concluded t-count> from t-table or 9.399> 1.988 then the null hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Village funds allocation is a form of village right fulfillment to organize village autonomy in order to grow and develope to follow the village growth it self base on the diversity, partipatory, pure autonomy, democracy and empowerment of society. One of reasons why the village funds allocation (ADD) was needed and ADD wisedom in same line with regional autonomy note when the village placed as base of decentralize ADD wisedom realy relevant with perspective that placed the village as base of participation. formulation problem in this research is there any influences ADD to the society welfare in Air Hangat village at Air Hangat Timur district Kerinci regency and how far the influences, this research had done in air hangat timur kerinci regency. The population in this research were 312 KK and samples used 31 KK. This a quantitative research which used the numbering during the data collection, data overnmenton, and data presentation. The result of this research were there positive significant influences between village funds allocation to the society welfare of Air Hangat village Air Hangat Timur district Kerinci regency. The influences of village funds allocation (ADD) to the society welfare was 15,3%. As writer suggestion to the village overnment Air Hangat to more attention about overnment activities of monitoring and overnment to the ADD implementation in order to the ADD right targeted, then the village overnment Air Hangat also more attention of educational degrees and health services of society in order to the education or healt services will accessed easily by whole society elements.

Abstract

"This study aims to determine the effect of the application of electronic government on the quality of Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kerinci. The formulation of the problem proposed is: Is there an Effect of the Application of Electronic Government on the Quality of Public Services in the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registry Office? How big is the effect of the application of electronic government on the quality of public services ?. Where the research results are based on the analysis of the independent variable Application of Electronic Government to the Quality of Public Services, where the value of t arithmetic is 0.960 with a significance level of 0.344> 0.05% or t arithmetic 0.960 <t table 2.733, then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means the Application of Electronic Government has no significant effect on the Quality of Public Services. Furthermore, based on the coefficient table it is known that the influence of Electronic Government on Service Quality is 0.085. Based on the analysis of the Electronic Government independent variable above it is known that the R Square value of 0.085 which means that the influence between Electronic Government, Against Quality of Service is 8.5%.

Abstract

The rise of piracy by persons who are not responsible for the copyrighted of batik craftsmen and art activists in Sungai Penuh City which has economic value is the reason of this research. If these copyrighted are not protected by IP, they can be stolen by others. This study aims to analyze copyright protection and the obstacles faced in obtaining copyright protection. The method used in this research is the empirical juridical approach because this legal research uses data from library materials (secondary data) and data obtained directly from the community (primary data). The writing specification is analytical descriptive, which provides a detailed, comprehensive, and systematic description of the reality that occurs, namely regarding the implementation of copyright protection. The results of this study are that copyright protection arises automatically after the creation is born, so that copyright registration is not a necessity because without being registered even copyright is automatically protected by copyright law but legal protection against copyright violations in batik motifs in Sungai Penuh City is currently not maximally implemented, due to the large number of piracy so that it has not provided legal certainty There are several obstacles faced by the community in Sungai Penuh on copyright, namely lack of public knowledge and understanding in the field of copyright, lack of socialization, lack of community legal awareness

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to find out the authority of investigators in the investigation of beatings in the Kerinci Criminal Investigation Unit. This research was conducted in the Kerinci Police Precinct Criminal Investigation Section, the research method used was juridical empirical by using data collection techniques through field studies namely conducting direct interviews with investigators / auxiliary investigators of Kerinci Polres Satreskrim as well as interviews with victims and suspects of beating crimes, determination of iformans in research This uses a purposive technique and literature study by reading documents relating to the problem under study to look for concepts, theories, opinions or findings related to the subject matter. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are obtained, reports / complaints in this case the report must be studied first and then followed up. Second, secure the suspect, secure evidence. Third, check the identity, do not make mistakes, the wrong catch, wrong arrest can harm someone who does not know anything. All four arrests must have evidence or other conditions that support the arrest can be made. The five fingerprints need to be done especially on victims who have died if the victim's identity is unknown, on the evidence can also be fingerprinted to find out the identity of the perpetrator. The sixth summoned witnesses or suspects for questioning. Investigators gave summons, but if they were not met three times, the investigator could summon by force. Seventh termination of an investigation can be carried out if there is not enough evidence but if later evidence is found, the investigation can continue.

Abstract

Increased Quality of Education Resources in High School of Administrative Sciences Nusantara Sakti Sungai Penuh. The purpose of this study was to determine the Improvement of the Quality of Educational Resources in Nusantara Sakti Sungai Penuh College of Administrative Sciences. The research approach used in this study is qualitative. The techniques and data collection in this study were interviews and documentation, data collection tools in the form of questionnaires, pens, books / papers. This research informants numbered 7 people. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of educational resources in high schools is very important in improving quality education. To produce quality graduates in accordance with the expectations and needs of the community and the students themselves, have faith and be devoted to the almighty and achiever god, to live a democratic life, to become the next generation of the nation in building quality universities. It can be concluded that the improvement of the quality of educational resources in the administrative high school of the archipelago of Sakti Sungai Penuh has carried out its role and task well seen by the current Accreditation B.
