Abstract

Peran pemuda sangat penting dan sering dikaitkan dengan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Hal ini sudah terjadi sejak masa perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia, diantaranya bisa kita lihat sejarah deklarasi sumpah pemuda yang merupakan salah satu bukti bahwa pemuda Indonesia memiliki arti penting dalam peranan perjuangan bangsa. Dalam Permensos No. 25 Tahun 2019 bahwa Karang Taruna dalam menjalankan tugasnya berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945, dimana Karang taruna merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk oleh masyarakat sebagai potensi dan sumber kesejahteraan sosial serta kewenangan Karang Taruna merupakan pengembangan potensi generasi muda dan masyarakat. Dari uraian dan gambaran diatas penulis melakukan penelitian di Desa Baru Lempur Kecamatan Gunung Raya yang dituangkan dalam judul penelitian Peran Karang Taruna Di Desa Baru Lempur Kecamatan Gunung Raya Kabupaten Kerinci. Tipe Penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan mempelajari berbagai literatur dan perundang-undangan, serta teori-teori hukum yang mengenai peranan dan fungsi Karang Taruna di Desa Baru Lempur. Adapun metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan meliputi, Pendekatan Konseptual (Conceptual Approach), Pendekatan Perundang- Undangan (Statute Approach), dan Pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach). Peranan karang taruna Desa Baru Lempur sudah berjalan dengan baik namun belum berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan berbagai indikator terutama dalam mengambil keputusan visi dan misi karang taruna.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence of restaurant taxes is on increasing local original income in Sungai Penuh City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and document study. The sampling technique used in this research uses saturated sampling by making the entire population the sample, namely the report on the realization of restaurant tax payments in 2018-2022. It can be seen that the restaurant tax does not have a significant influence on increasing original local income in the City of Sungai Penuh. The magnitude of the influence of the restaurant tax on increasing the original local income in the City of Sungai Penuh is 37%. low and the form of the relationship is positive. It is hoped that the Sungai Penuh City government will further increase the potential for regional tax revenues, especially restaurant taxes, because restaurant taxes still have a small influence. As well as exploring other potentials outside the variables studied, in order to increase local original income.

Abstract

Sejak dikeluarkan  Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 pada 21 Juni 2018, penelitian mengenai penyelenggaraan PPK pada satuan pendidikan formal dalam konteks peraturan baru belum banyak dilakukan, khususnya pada madarasah yang  berbasis kelas sementara tuntutan akan pembangunan nation and character building (pembangunan watak dan mental) terus disuarakan masyarakat baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menemukan manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter, khusunya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa dalam konteks kurikulum 2013  dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri kabupaten Kerinci serta mengkaji dan menemukan faktor pendukung  dan penghambat proses penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri  kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini bersifat campuran antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumen. Data angket dianalisis secara deskriptif dan data kualitatif direkam, ditranskripsi dan dianalisa serta dikategorikan sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian.

Abstract

Analysis of the Rewards System in Increasing Employee Work Effectiveness at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office. For this reason, the research aims to explain whether the Reward System can increase the effectiveness of employee work at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office, and the obstacles faced by the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion in implementing the reward system. The benefit of this research is to find out whether the reward system implemented can increase the work effectiveness of employees at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The method used is Qualitative Inferman research is 5 people. The results of this research can be concluded. The Reward System for Improving Employee Work Effectiveness at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, although there is still not optimal training given regarding work duties after transfer of position, and bonuses in other forms such as certificates and gifts are only given to one to five employees at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The awards received by employees at the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion Office can increase employee work effectiveness, this is proven by employees being able to complete work on time, the work results achieved are in accordance with the Tupoksi and SKP and the costs incurred in completing the work according to plan. The obstacles in implementing the Award System at the Ministry of Religion Office are 1. The budget for giving special awards to ASN cannot be budgeted, because the government already cares about all ASN of the Ministry of Religion, in the form of performance allowances as awards 2. There is no budget for awards at the Ministry of Religion, especially in the districts detailed, because every job has a duty and function.
