Abstract

This research focuses on the application of the principle of transparency and accountability in the management of the Village Fund Allocation for the purpose of describing the management accountability Village Fund Allocation. This research was conducted because Allocation Fund Executive Team Village in performing its financial administration not in accordance with applicable regulations. This research is expected to be beneficial to the Kerinci district government, especially subdistrick Air Hangat Timur in an effort to increase management accountability Village Fund Allocation. This research was conducted in villages in Sungai Abu the sub district Air Hangat Timur, as one implementation location of the Village Fund Allocation. As the informant was elected Village Implementation Teams and the communities that are considered to represent the research unit in the management of the Village Fund Allocation. Research conducted in-depth interviews and direct observation by the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. The results of this study indicate that for the planning and implementation activities of the Village Fund Allocation, has revealed the existence of management accountable and transparent. While accountability is seen in the physical results have shown the implementation of accountable and transparent, but from the administration still needed further development, because not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main constraint is not effective coaching village government officials and human resource competencies, so that still need assistance from local government officials on an ongoing basis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci, untuk mengetahui besarya pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana berbicara dengan angka-angka serta melihat pengaruh antara variabel bebas (independen) dengan variabel terikat (dependent). Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin melihat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Puskesmas di Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci yang dihitung dengan korelasi sebesar 0,33, hal ini menunjukkan hubungan cukup kuat prerhitungan tingkat kesalahan 0,05 / 5%, didapat t tabel 2,021 dan t hitung 2,4470 dalam hal ini t hitung besar dari t tabel yang berarti pengaruh disiplin Kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci adalah signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci adalah sebesar 10,89%, sisanya 89,11% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the existence of village-owned enterprises as a reference for improving village economy in the Koto Beringin Village Hamparan Rawang District Sungai Penuh City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of observation and interviews conducted on 7 (seven) informants who were the village government, village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) administrators and the village community Koto Beringin sub-district of Hamparan Rawang, Sungai Penuh City. The finding of research show that the existence of a village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the village of Koto Beringin sub district Hamparan Rawang in Sungai Penuh City can be a forum for reference to improving the village economy even though it has not been seen significantly and not all people anjoy it. Rather than that there are several aspects that show how the existence of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) can be a reference for improving the village economy, which is seen from : Village Income per Capita, Income Inequality, Changes in economic structure, and growth in employment opportunities. The existence of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in rural economic development efforts will be better if the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is increased again, then there is also a need for renewal or innovation in the village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) area on (WTC) so that visitors cn increase so that village and communities can beneffit from it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1. To know the effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency In Depati Head VII, 2. To determine the amount of Effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci. The approach taken in this research is quantitative descriptive, because it systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object and the subject under study accurately. The respondents in this research consisted of 20 people. This study uses data collection techniques are field research and research library. The results showed that: 1. By Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula in can r = 0.598 based on a questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents 2. By using the formula coefficient of determination obtained 35.760% figure means Effect Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci. while the remaining 64.340% is affected by causes or other factors beyond those examined in this study 3. From the hypothesis test obtained by value t = 3.165 and 2.101 t table according to the provisions of hypothesis testing results obtained t count> t table then Ha Ho accepted rejected. That is a significant difference between Against Filing System Work Efficiency At Head Office Air Hangat Kerinci.

Abstract

This study took place in the village of Sungai Bendung Air, Kayu Aro Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of village division on infrastructure development in Sungai Bendung Air village, Kayu Aro sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive study that provides information about division in Sungai Bendung Air Village. In general, descriptive research activities include data, data analysis, data interpretation and conclude with a conclusion on the data analysis.The informants in this study amounted to 14 people, data collection techniques and tools in this study were interviews, observation, documentation, data collection tools in the form of questionnaires, books / papers. The unit of analysis is the village government and the community of Sungai Bendung Air village.Based on data analysis from the results of interviews conducted, it was concluded that village division had a good impact in accelerating infrastructure development in Sungai Bendung Air village, this could be seen from the physical developments that existed after village division such as road construction, posyandu, building halls, PAMDes and development BUMDes in the tourism sector. The success of this development certainly cannot be separated from the enthusiasm and cohesiveness of the community with the village government in order to realize the prosperity of the community of Sungai Bendung Air.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Competence and Discipline on the performance of employees in the Public Works Department Kerinci. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method and data processing using SPSS Version 16.00. the selection of respondents in this study came from all civil servants in the Office of Public Works of Kerinci Regency. The results of this study indicate that the variables of competence and discipline both partially and Sekaligus no significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works Kerinci regency. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 15,1% variation of fluctuation Variable employee performance (Y) can be explained by competence variable (X1), and discipline (X2), while the remaining 100-15,1% = 84,9% Other Variables.

Abstract

Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada salon feri pelaminan, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada salon feri pelaminan, untuk mengetahui apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada salon feri pelaminan, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada salon feri pelaminan dan berapa besar pengaruhnya tersebut, untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada salon feri pelaminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan (x1) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y) feri pelaminan. Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = = 3,092 ( t tabel > 1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,028 (signifikan < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (x1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y), sehingga semakin tinggi nilai kualitas pelayanan (x1) yang dimiliki oleh feri pelaminan maka kepuasan konsumen (y) akan semakin tinggi juga. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk (x2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y) feri pelaminan. Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = (-3,925) ( t tabel > -1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,000 (signifikan < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk (x2) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y), sehingga semakin menurunnya kualitas produk (x2) yang dimiliki oleh feri pelaminan maka kepuasan konsumen (y) akan semakin turun juga. Secara parsial tidak pengaruh antara kepercayaan (x3) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y) feri pelaminan. Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = 0,018 ( ttabel < 1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,986 (signifikan > 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan (x3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y), artinya dalam penetapan kepercayaan feri pelaminan tidak akan menurunkan atau meningkatakan kepuasan konsumen (y) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan (x1), kualitas produk (x2) dan kepercayaan (x3) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y) pengujian hubungan antar variabel secara simultan tersebut menunjukkan nilai fhitung = 5,550 ( f tabel > 2.70) dengan signifikan = 0,002 (signifikan < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (x1), kualitas produk (x2) dan kepercayaan (x3), berepengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y). Besar pengaruh secara simultan yaitu 26,6% sedangkan sisanya 84,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (x1) kualitas produk (x2) dan kepercayaan (x3), mempunyai pengaruh positif yang lemah terhadap kepuasan konsumen (y).

Abstract

The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance and Motivation on ASN Work Discipline in he Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat. This research was conducted at the erinci Regency Regional Secretariat with the formulation of the research problem. 1. Is there a simultaneous and partial influence between fingerprint attendance and motivation on ASN work discipline at the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat 2. How much is the simultaneous and partial influence between fingerprint attendance and motivation on ASN work discipline at the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat : 1. To determine the effect simultaneously and partially between fingerprint attendance and motivation on ASN work discipline in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat 2. To know the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous influence between fingerprint attendance and motivation on ASN work discipline on the influence simultaneously and partial between fingerprint attendance and motivation towards ASN work discipline at the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat. This research uses a quantitative approach where data is obtained through a field questionnaire to 35 respondents who refer to the research indicators of fingerprint attendance, motivation and work discipline variables. Data obtained in the field were analyzed based on formulas. Multiple Linear Regression to see the effect of the variables X1, X2 on the Y variable. KD (Coefficient of Determination) to see the magnitude of the influence between the variables X1, X2 on the Y variable. From the results of the study note that fingerprint attendance and motivation affect the ASN work discipline on the influence Simultaneously and partially between fingerprint attendance and motivation towards ASN work discipline in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, the influence was 31.1% ,. For this reason the authors suggest that fingerprint attendance and motivation can be increased so that work discipline can run optimally and with quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. To know the Influence of Motivation, Education and Placement on Performance at Public Work Department and Housing of Kerinci Regency, 2. To know the amount of Influence of Motivation, Education and Placement on Performance of Public Works and Housing of Kerinci Regency Approach conducted in this study is a quantitative descriptive, because it describes the systematic facts and characteristics of objects and subjects are researched appropriately. The respondents in this study amounted to 90 people. This study uses data collection techniques that are field research and library research. The results showed that: Y = = 2,574 + 0,466X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,213X3. artimya that the variables Motivation, Education and Placement is improved then the performance of employees will increase. Result of calculation t calculate motivation 7,084, education 2,979 and placement 2,685 compared with t table 1,987 thus hence Ho refused and Ha accepted Mean that there are positive and significant influence between Motivation, Education and Placement to Performance at Department of Public Works and Housing of Kerinci Regency . Obtained f value counted 27,694 and compared with t table equal to 3,101 mean Motivation, Education and Placement effect on Employee Performance. While the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable to the devendent variable is 49.10% the remaining 50.90% influenced by other variables not included in this study.
