Abstract

ABSTRACT Village financial management to facilitate bureaucracy. BPKP's task is to develop this system further to improve responsible and transparent financial management. The SISKEUDES application is planned according to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning financial management. Siskeudes consists of planning, implementing, managing, reporting, and Liability stages. The purpose of this study is to find out how it is implemented. Mulyoagung village financial management, from the stages of planning, implementation, management, and reporting to the person in charge. Method Descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Some research and results show that with SISKEUDES working in managing the village economy, especially village funds starting from the planning, implementation, management, and reporting stages and responsibilities are, of course, quite good with the implementation of the village system siskeudes feel very helpful in working, especially in compiling village financial reports and implementation financial management with the principle of openness. Keyword : BPKP, SISKEUDES, implementation, village financial report ABSTRAK Pengelolaan keuangan desa untuk memfsilitasi birokrasi Menjadi tugas BPKP untuk lebih mengembangkan sistem ini guna meningkatkan manajemen keuangan yang bertanggung jawab dan transparan. Aplikasi SISKEUDES direncanakan sesuai Permendagri No. 20 Tahun 2018 tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Siskeudes terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan, pelaporan dan tahapan Kewajiban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasinya. Manajemen keuangan desa mulyoagung, dari tahapan Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan, pelaporan kepada penanggung jawab. Metode Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Beberapa riset dan hasil menunjukkan dengan adanya SISKEUDES bekerja dalam mengelola ekonomi desa khususnya dana desa mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan dan pelaporan dan tanggung jawab tentunya cukup baik dengan penerapan siskeudes sistem desa merasa sangat terbantu dalam bekerja, terutama dalam menyusun laporan keuangan desa dan Pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan dengan prinsip keterbukaan. Kata kunci : BPKP, SISKEUDES, Implementasi, laporan keuangan desa.

Abstract

The World Maritime Axis Policy for Indonesia is important with a focus on the Indo-Pacific region with maritime cooperation that can continue to be strengthened with other countries in the region, both through ASEAN as a strategic regional organization and cooperation with countries outside ASEAN membership, including India. This research will use qualitative methods. The data in this study will be interpreted and then analyzed using a conceptual framework for securitization. Strategic partnerships provide freedom for Indonesia without being bound by alliance obligations, in which middle-power partners who are regionally relevant and have the same interests can collectively enhance Indonesia's defense capabilities. Deeper strategic partnerships with Japan, India and Australia can then be prospects that deserve further exploration because apart from this, it is a form of arrangement between middle powers countries that have shared values such as democracy, recognizing the importance of maritime security, preventing domination one hegemon in Asia, maintaining the free and open Indo-Pacific (including the security and stability of the South China Sea), respecting the sovereignty of each country, and surviving the vortex of great powers competition, cooperation between partner countries is also under policy principles Free Active and able to meet Indonesia's security needs.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan. Pertama, bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kedua, bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Ketiga, untuk membuktikan pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Keempat, untuk membuktikan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan peran penetapan harga sebagai variabel moderating. Kelima, untuk membuktikan pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan peran penetapan harga sebagai variabel moderating.. Dari hasil penelitian maka didapatkan hasil adalah bahwa kualitas produk berepngaruh  terhadap  keputusan pembelian kendaraan bermotor merk honda jenis skutermatic Di Kota Sungai Penuh dengan besarnya pengaruh yakni 63,9%.. semakin bagus kualitas produk akan berdamapak pada tingginya keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Jenis Skutermetic di Kota Saungai penuh. kualitas produk, desain produk dan Penetapan Harga terhadap  keputusan pembelian kendaraan bermotor merk honda jenis skutermatic Di Kota Sungai Penuh dengan besarnya pengaruh 75,5%. semakin bagus ualitas produk, desain produk dan penetapan harga akan berdamapak pada tingginya keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Jenis Skutermetic di Kota Saungai penuh. Penetapan harga berperan sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada pengaruh Kualitas produik dan desain produk  terhadap  Keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merk Honda jenis skutermetic Kota Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs or move from one workplace to another according to their own choice (Mobley, 2011). Turnover intention does not stand alone, there are things that encourage the behavior of these employees. Someone will not leave the organization without a reason/factor that triggers the desire to move/turnover intention. Many factors affect Turnover intention including organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction (Mobley, 2011). This study aims to see the influence and magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction on Turnover intention of PT. BPR Kerinci. By using validity and reliability tests on research instruments, the samples in this research were employees of PT. BPR Kerinci as many as 30 people. With multiple linear regression analysis tools, determinant coefficients and hypothesis testing with t test and F test it is obtained that partially organizational commitment and compensation have a negative and significant effect on turnover invention, while job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover intention . Simultaneously, organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BPR Kerinci.

Abstract

Work Risk Analysis and Hazard Control Efforts at the Satpol Pp Service and Kerinci District Fire Officers. The phenomenon that occurs in Kerinci Regency when a fire occurs, firefighters often complain of this because the equipment and equipment owned by the Kerinci District Fire Service can be said to be classified as very limited and this can result in firefighters having a greater risk on their way and when being at the fire site As a result, fire incidents are often fatal and recurrent. When carrying out their duties in extinguishing operations, the safety of firefighters should receive serious attention due to electricity, heat, fire, working at heights, extinguishing equipment, explosions, backdraft and flashover, burning conditions of buildings, sharp objects, or physical clashes with residents.The research method used is qualitative, the data source in this study were 9 people. The implementation of control of work risks and hazards for firefighters is carried out in the area of ??Kerinci district which is the object of research, in terms of reducing the risks and dangers of firefighters by increasing the quality and awareness of firefighters, this can be done by providing incentives equivalent to firefighters In addition to these fires, the fire department must have complete equipment and equipment in order to reduce risks while working.

Abstract

Innovative leadership style in the implementation of public services (a case study in the Kerinci district population and civil registration service) The formulation of the problem in this study is, how does the innovative leadership style in the Kerinci district population and civil registration service cope with the soaring people who need services with innovations owned by the relevant department. This study uses a qualitative approach where the data obtained through field interviews with 6 informants refers to 4 research indicators namely, 1. Findings or ideas 2. Selection of ideas 3. Implementation of ideas 4. Dissemination of ideas. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which were then carried out by interpretive researchers. It is known that the innovative leadership style in the implementation of public services at the Kerinci district population and civil registration office, from four indicators has been well implemented, but the authors suggest that the apparatus can continue to strive to create the latest innovations to make it easier for people who receive services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio on Profitability of Pt. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. In 2011-2020, partially and simultaneously, this study explains the factors that affect profitability. These factors are the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely Summary of Financial Statement data obtained from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2020. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on all data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Liquidity has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (0.396 < 2,447) with a value of sig = 0.706 > 0.05 so that hypothesis I cannot be accepted. 2) Solvency has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (-1.562 < -2.447) with a value of sig = 0.169 > 0.05 so that hypothesis II cannot be accepted. 3) Activities have a partial and significant effect on profitability. It is proven by the value of tcount > ttable (6.398 > 2,447) with a value of sig = 0.001 <0.05 so that the third hypothesis can be accepted. 4) Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity have a simultaneous effect on Profitability, as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or 19.656 > 4.76, and with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 so that hypothesis IV can be accepted. 5) The magnitude of the influence of each The independent variables on the dependent variable are Liquidity, Solvency and Activity on Profitability at PT. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. The 2011-2020 period is 90.8%. While the rest (100%-90.8%) which is equal to 9.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has seriously impacted the socioeconomic sector, including affecting the unemployment rate. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the government's social policies in responding to the economic crisis due to the pandemic and evaluated the traditions of citizenship and the welfare regime that existed in Indonesia during the crisis, especially to see the position of social policy during a crisis in Indonesia, which is rarely discussed. The data was collected using the questionnaire on unemployment in several big cities with a random sampling technique, and hypotheses were tested using the Structural equation modeling (SEM) method with LISREL 9.30 software to analyze the correlation between the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on unemployment among individuals, communities, voluntary organizations, and the government. This study showed that citizenship traditions and welfare regimes are not necessarily associated with social policy performance; people tend to rely more on themselves and the surrounding community to overcome their financial problems than the government. This is closely related to the level of public trust in the government's ability to solve public problems. Furthermore, the performance of existing social policies is quite effective in the short term in overcoming the issue of unemployment.

Abstract

Komisi Pemilihan Umum sebagai lembaga yang diberikan mandat berdasar untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan rakyat, menyelenggarakan pemilihan umum, guna memilih kepala daerah dan wakil-wakil rakyat dalam lembaga legislatif. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara mendalam fungsi komisi pemilihan umum dalam penetapan verifikasi parpol peserta pemilu. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan pendekatan konseptual, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan historis dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keputusan hasil pemilu yang dikeluarkan oleh KPU termasuk kedalam katagori keputusan tata usaha negara karena memenuhi unsur-unsur suatu keputusan pejabat tata usaha negara seperti KPU sebagai lembaga yang berwenang memutuskan hasil pemilu berdasarkan tugas dan fungsinya dalam menyelenggarakan pemilihan umum yang berlandaskan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan kode etik penyelenggara pemilu. Keputusan hasil pemilu yang dikeluarkan oleh komisi pemilihan umum tersebut sifatnya konkret menetapkan secara jelas. Keputusan tersebut menimbulkan akibat hukum bagi seseorang atau badan hukum perdata yang terkait dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu. Proses pengesahaan dan penetapan keputusan pemilihan umum tidak hanya semata-mata berdasarkan mekanisme pengambilan keputusan didalam kelembagaan KPU sendiri akan tetapi telah didahului proses penyelengaraan pemilu sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was logged with the help of statistical software version 20. The source of the data came from IDX financial report data on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Data collection techniques were carried out using library research techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Information asymmetry has no significant effect on earnings management partially in this study, seen from the value , - tcount < -ttable or -0.209<2.201, or sig value> 0.05 (0.845>0, 05). Audit Quality There is no significant effect on Earnings Management partially in this study, seen from the tcount < ttable or 0.048 <2.201, or the sig value > 0.05 (0.964> 0.05). Ownership Structure There is a significant influence on Earnings Management partially in this study, seen in the value, tcount>ttable or 2.469>2.201, or sig value> 0.05 (0.069>0.05). The magnitude of the influence between information asymmetry, audit quality and ownership structure on earnings management is 34.1% (100% - 65.9%).
