Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and magnitude of the influence: Supervision, Workload and Compensation on Work Productivity of Employees of CV. Telaga Jernih Sungai Bendung Air, Kayu Aro Simultaneously and Partially. The population of this study were all employees of CV. Telaga Jernih, totaling 32 people. The data were collected by using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that supervision has an effect on the work productivity of CV. Telaga Jernih employees, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.323 > 2.048). Workload affects the work productivity of employees of CV. Telaga Jernih, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.174 > 2.048). Compensation has an effect on the work productivity of CV. Telaga Jernih employees, as evidenced by t count > t table (2.846 > 2.048). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between supervision, workload and compensation on the work productivity of employees of CV. Telaga Jernih, which can be proven by F count > F table (19.924 > 2.95). The influence of supervision, workload and compensation on work productivity of CV. Telaga Jernih employees is 66.58%. While the remaining 33.42% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai perusahaan. 2) Pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Nilai perusahaan. 3) Pengaruh kebijakan deviden terhadap Nilai perusahaan. 4) Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Kebijakan Deviden terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. 5) Besarnya pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Kebijakan Deviden terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan antara profitabiltas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2011-2020. 2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan antara likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2011-2020. 3) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan antara kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2011-2020. 4) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan antara profitabiltas, likuiditas, dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Apakah Modal Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. 2) Apakah Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. 3) Apakah Solvabilitas berpengaruh Terhadap Profitabilitas PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. Objek yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan jasa yaitu PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk periode 2012-2021 dengan data-data yang di ambil dari laporan keuangan yang di dapat dari website resmi perusahaan terkait dimulai dari tahun 2012 hingga data tahun 2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda Pada tingkat alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Modal kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, modal kerja, Likuiditas, dan Solvabilitas tidak memilki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge moderated by educational background on the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM in Sungai Banyak City MSMEs. The analysis technique in this research uses linear regression analysis with moderating variables. Based on the results of the research, it shows that accounting knowledge has a significant effect on the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs in Sungai Banyak City with a significance level of 0.010 (<0.05). The role of educational background strengthens the moderating relationship between accounting knowledge and the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what economic sectors are the base and non-base sectors of Sungai Full City, and which sectors have the potential to be developed in Sungai Full City. The analytical methods used in this research are the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis method and the Klassen typology analysis method. The results of the research concluded that thirteen sectors included basic sectors with an LQ value > 1, while there were four non-basic sectors. Furthermore, of the seventeen sectors in the city of Sungai Banyak, there are seven sectors that are developed and growing fast and six sectors that are developed but depressed, two sectors that are developing quickly or have potential and finally two sectors are relatively underdeveloped.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the implementation of government accounting standards has an effective effect on the quality of financial reports at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of research conducted regarding the influence of the effectiveness of implementing government accounting standards on the quality of government financial reports show that Tcount is 33.968 with a significance value of 0.021

Abstract

Faculty welfare in the context of Islamic education is heavily influenced by their job characteristics, such as task variety, level of autonomy, and feedback received (Amalia, 2020). The phenomenon of presenteeism, where despite being physically present at work, productivity declines, poses a significant challenge in academic environments (Amalia, 2020). The Islamic education management approach offers a framework based on principles like justice and accountability, which are crucial for supporting faculty welfare. This study utilized a literature review to explore the relationship between faculty characteristics and their welfare in the context of Islamic education. Key findings indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between job design factors, such as task variety and autonomy, and the level of presenteeism among faculty members (Amalia, 2020). The implications of this research include the application of job design taxonomy in Islamic education, which can enhance understanding of the linkage between job characteristics and faculty welfare. The study also highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values, personality traits, and social networks in developing holistic educational strategies in Islamic institutions, thereby fostering inclusive and empowered educational communities.

Abstract

This article examines the economic policies of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and their role in balancing the global economy. This research will discuss how BRICS member countries use their economic power to reorganize global economic governance and reduce dependence on financial institutions such as the IMF and World Bank and initiate reforms in various sectors including energy and international trade. This research will identify forms of economic cooperation that focus on global economic inclusiveness by highlighting BRICS efforts to develop a new reserve currency to reduce the dominance of the US dollar and strengthen international trade. This research finds that the innovative economic policies and collaborative strategies of the BRICS countries are to create a more multipolar, balanced and sustainable global economic order. This research will contribute to understanding BRICS economic policies and their impact on the global economy

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1. To determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much influence it has. 2. To find out the effect of price on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much it influences. 3. To find out the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much influence it has. 4. To determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon simultaneously and how much influence. The research methodology used is with qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study are; 1. Product quality does not affect customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the tcount value is smaller than the ttabel value and the magnitude of the effect is only 4.63%. 2. Price has no effect on customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the -tcount value greater than the -ttabel value and the magnitude of the influence is -1.37%. 3. The quality of service affects the customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the calculated value greater than the ttabel value and the magnitude of the effect is 14.70%. 4. Partially, product quality, price and service quality affect customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon, as evidenced by the Fcalculate value greater than the Ftabel value and the magnitude of the effect is 18%
