Abstract

This study aims to test and investigate the direct and indirect influence of knowledge, pleasure on attitudes, regarding mobile banking and Behavioral Intention (intention) to use Jambi mobile banking services. This research uses survey and verifiability methods. The sample used 400 units. Analyze the data using Path Analisys. The results showed that knowledge, pleasure had a direct and significant effect on attitudes; knowledge, pleasure and direct and significant attitudes towards Behavioral Intention; knowledge, pleasure have an indirect and significant effect on Behavioral Intention through attitudes; The results of the study recommend that management in the future needs to improve and maintain customer knowledge, pleasure, attitude, and customer in using mobile banking by means of direct or indirect education through multi-media.

Abstract

The learning outcomes obtained by students are influenced by many factors including the teaching methods of lecturers and student learning methods. This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of lecturer teaching methods and student learning methods on student learning outcomes at STIA Nusantara Sakti Sungai Full simultaneously and partially, 2) the influence of lecturer teaching methods and student learning methods on student learning outcomes at STIA Nusantara Sakti Sungai Penuh. simultaneously and partially, and 3) the variabels that most influence student learning outcomes at STIA Nusantara Sakti Sungai Penuh. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents in this study were all students in the fifth semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 88 people. This study uses three variabels consisting of two independen variabels (lecturer's teaching method (X1) and student learning method (X2)) and one dependent variabel, namely student learning outcomes (Y). The data collection technique used is the questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test, coefficient of determination (KD), and effective contribution (SE). Based on the results of data analysis, the research results obtained are: 1). There is a significant effect between lecturer teaching methods and student learning methods on student learning outcomes simultaneously and partially, 2). Teaching methods and learning methods affect learning outcomes by 74,2%, and 3). The variabel that most influences learning outcomes is the lecturer's teaching method, which is 56,298%

Abstract

Characteristics of the Street Vendors Usage in Sungai Penuh City. Management Office The formulation of research problem. How the Characteristics Study of the Useof Street Vendors’ Spatial Planning in Sungai Penuh City? This study uses a qualitative approach in which data obtained through free field interviews with 9 informant. From the results of the study note that the Characteristics of Use of Spatial Street Vendors in Sungai Penuh City. Traders are not fully aware that trading on roadside and sidewalks w3ill damage the beauty of the city.The street vendors in Sungai Penuh City actually are also willing to relocate trading locations, but there problem is the absence of a suitable location trading location. Trough there conditions, the goverment can only safeguard public order and public order.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe women's participation in rural development and constraints of women's participation in rural development in Sungai Jernih Village, Sungai Penuh City. This research used descriptive qualitative research method. The data used came from primary and secondary data. Informants were categorized into two that were key informant and informant. The techniques of data collection were observation, documentation and interview toward related parties; that werepublic figures community, especially women, village head, apparatuses and BPD. The result was the woman’s participationand involvement in planning and implementation of development in Sungai Jernih were substantial even though there were no women in the organizational structure. The form of woman’s participation were mind, fund, vitality, self-help, etc. The participation included physical development, social activities, economics and religious. In evaluating and monitoring rural development, woman’s participation and involvement were not maximal yet even they had a means of complain in each sub region but until the day suggestion and critics were deficient. The obstacles of woman’s participation were time, fund, and self-knowledge of the woman.

Abstract

This study took place in the village of Baru Sungai Medang East Warm Water District Kerinci. Objective To determine the Improvement of Public Participation in the Construction of New Village in Sungai Medang East Warm Water District. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The Informant Research numbering as many as eight people. Techniques and Data Collection Tools in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Tools Data Collection Form a list of questions, a pen, a book / paper, tape recorder. Analysis of individual government units are under construction in the village of Baru Sungai Medang East Warm Water District Kerinci. Results showed Increased Public Participation in New Village In development Medang River East Warm Water District Kerinci district has been running optimally. In carrying development already well underway, but there is increase the participation of the communities associated with the financing is not just a funding from the government but also non-governmental, it shows a form part of public participation in the process of development or awareness that in a development requires adequate funding and society in contributing not for the insistence of the government or other parties but for their consciousness to develop their regions. Where the rural village of Baru Sungai Medang East Warm Water District Kerinci development have ups and downs there needs to be improvement in the work program of the villag head and the village of Baru Sungai Medang.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana manajemen penerapan sekolah Adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. Metodologi riset yang digunakan berupa kualitatif rancangan studi kasus. Kepala sekolah dan tim Adiwiyata merupakan dua partisipan dalam riset ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi adalah beberapa pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan. Kredibilitas, kepastian, dan ketergantungan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk memvalidasi fakta. Temuan pada riset ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tidak menggunakan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan saat pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata. Ketiadaan peralatan dan perlengkapan untuk pengolahan sampah serta kurangnya kesadaran siswa pada lingkungan menjadi penghambat program Adiwiyata.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector capable of increasing employment and economic growth. Currently halal tourism (halal tourism) is starting to be in great demand. Recorded as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia always makes improvements in the development of halal tourism, one example is on the island of Madura, especially in Bangkalan, namely the Mangrove Education Park Tourism which is in Labuhan Village, Sepulu District, Bangkalan Regency. This research was conducted to determine the tourism potential of the Mangrove Education Park in becoming a halal tourist destination. By using a research method that is descriptive qualitative and using a field study approach, it is hoped that this research can increase readers' understanding of halal tourist destinations and tourism potential that can have the opportunity to become halal tourist destinations.

Abstract

Tourism is a major sector driving the economy in the world including Indonesia, currently halal tourism has become a topic of conversation, many tours have a halal concept and are not well known due to the lack of destination branding efforts in these tours. Destination branding is very influential on regional tourism development. The purpose of this study was to find out what efforts and steps were taken in building halal tourism destination branding by managers and the community at the Jung Koneng Labuhan Mangrove Tourism, Bangkalan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which is considered very appropriate for reviewing the application of rules in detail, while the data source is obtained from scientific literature searches which have included various field reviews related to interview materials and documentation. Various kinds of interesting facts related to halal tourism, which in fact this context is still difficult to apply in Indonesia, especially in Bangkalan district, this is because there are many systems and regulations that still do not accommodate halal tourism. The results obtained from this study say that Labuhan Mangrove has carried out several stages of destination branding such as the brand launch and introduction stage, building image, personality and character, only need to carry out other branding stages and need to get wider support so that the Halal tourism concept of Labuhan Mangrove develops.

Abstract

So far, there is an impression that finance is everything in advancing an educational institution. Without sufficient financial support, it is as if he cannot do much in advancing the educational institutions he leads. This is because they think that all efforts to advance education must be funded by money. Efforts to advance educational components without financial support seem to have stagnated halfway. At least, there are two things that cause great attention to finances; First , finance is a key determinant of the continuity and progress of educational institutions. This has the consequence that education reform or development programs can fail and fall apart if they are not supported by adequate finances. Second , it is usually very difficult to obtain large amounts of money, especially for newly established private educational institutions. Funds are closely related to trust ( accountability ). If you want to get funds from BP3/Community, Madrasah/School or Higher Education must have a good program, so that the community believes that these programs can run well and be useful. In another sense, educational institutions must convince the owner of the funds in the use of these funds. Islamic educational institutions really need to regulate ( manage ) the finances of their institutions. How can this Islamic educational institution move the finance so that it can be easily spent for effective and efficient financing? namely, with budgeting (budgeting), implementation involves accounting (implementation of the budget), and evaluation involves (the process of evaluating the achievement of targets).

Abstract

The formulation of the problem, is there an effect of sophistication in information technology and management participation on the effectiveness of information systems at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kerinci Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of sophistication of information technology and management participation on the effectiveness of information systems at the Department of Population and Civil Registration office at Kerinci Regency. The data respondents in this study were 32 respondents using a quantitative approach, where the analysis tool was using the coefficient of determination above showing the magnitude (R²) was 0.915 (there was an effect of the two dependent variables from the correlation coefficient 0.915) this means 91.5 % variation in Information System Effectiveness can be explained by variations of the 2 independent variables, namely Information Technology Sophistication () and Management Participation (), while the remaining 8,5% (100%-91,5%) is influenced by other variables that are not researched. This is also evidenced by the obtained Ftes test, it turns out that the value of F = 156,453 With a significant level less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that together there is a significant influence between Information Technology Sophistication () and Management Participation () on the Effectiveness of Information Systems (Y) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration.
