Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa juruan ekonomi pembangunan Universitas Lampung terkait harga, pendapatan, korean wave, dan lokasi penjualan dengan seberapa besar pengaruh terhadap permintaan produk azarine melalui marketplace. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi pembangunan angkatan 2018-2023 Universitas Lampung yang memiliki pengetahuan akan korean wave dan yang pernah menggunakan produk azarine. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling atau secara acak melalui kuisioner google form, dengan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan permintaan produk azarine sebagai variabel terikat dan empat variabel bebas.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, pendapatan, Korean wave, serta lokasi penjualan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan produk azarine melalui marketplace

Abstract

Maritime infrastructure development plays a strategic role in strengthening the national economy, especially in an archipelagic country like Indonesia. This article explores the relationship between investment in maritime infrastructure, such as ports, shipping lanes and logistics facilities, and national economic growth. Through secondary data analysis and case studies of major ports in Indonesia, the research finds that improvements in port capacity and efficiency contribute significantly to increased trade volumes, logistics efficiency, and international competitiveness. Adequate maritime infrastructure is able to reduce logistics costs, speed up delivery times, and improve inter-island connectivity, thereby supporting regional and national economic growth. In addition, this article also discusses the challenges faced in developing maritime infrastructure, including issues of financing, regulation, and environmental impacts. Sustainable financing and private sector involvement through public-private partnership schemes are considered crucial in accelerating infrastructure development. Clear and consistent regulations are also needed to create a conducive investment climate. On the other hand, the environmental impacts of port and shipping line development must be well managed to ensure long-term sustainability. The results show that planned and integrated maritime infrastructure development can drive sustainable economic growth, create jobs and improve people's welfare. Policy recommendations include increased co-operation between the public and private sectors, as well as the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Thus, maritime infrastructure development not only improves national logistics performance but also contributes to stability and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk memahami Perubahan Lanskap Industri bagaimana digitalisasi telah mengubah cara kerja Pesilak Tour & Travel, termasuk perubahan dalam model bisnis, metode pemasaran, dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwah Pesilak Tour & Travel berhasil menerapkan digitalisasi dalam operasional sehari-hari mereka, terutama melalui penggunaan media sosial dan aplikasi WhatsApp. Penggunaan media sosial memungkinkan promosi produk dan layanan travel Pesilak Tour & Travel tersebar secara luas, cepat, dan tepat sasaran, serta meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan pemesanan secara signifikan, Digitalisasi memberikan berbagai manfaat bagi Pesilak Tour & Travel, termasuk kemudahan dalam proses pemasaran, transaksi, dan promosi, serta peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan kenyamanan pelanggan

Abstract

In the current digital era, there have been significant changes in information and communication technology in the medical field through telemedicine services such as the Halodoc program. The aim of this research is to determine user satisfaction with health telemedicine services through the Halodoc application and the factors that influence this satisfaction. The research method used is a qualitative approach that uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature reviews. Based on a survey of 35 respondents, the majority of users gave positive reviews of the Halodoc service. Factors influencing user satisfaction were identified as responsiveness, service quality, ease of use, service availability, technical quality, and communication with stakeholders. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of the views and experiences of users of telemedicine services through the Halodoc program and can be used as practical guidance. to improve the quality of health services. In addition, the results of this research can be a reference for companies and telemedicine developers to improve service quality and strengthen the health system as a whole.

Abstract

Bank Syariah telah menjadi bagian integral dari sistem keuangan global, memberikan alternatif bagi nasabah yang mencari solusi keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemahaman dan preferensi nasabah terhadap layanan bank syariah secara umum melalui analisis literatur. Metode ini menggali literatur terkait dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan publikasi resmi. Temuan utama menyoroti bahwa pemahaman dan preferensi nasabah terhadap bank syariah dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti keyakinan agama, kepercayaan terhadap kepatuhan syariah, kualitas layanan, dan ketersediaan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Selain itu, faktor-faktor demografis seperti usia, pendidikan, dan penghasilan juga memengaruhi preferensi nasabah terhadap bank syariah. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya bank syariah untuk terus meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran nasabah tentang produk dan layanan mereka, serta mengakomodasi kebutuhan dan preferensi nasabah yang beragam. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan bank syariah oleh nasabah.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, memiliki potensi pasar industri halal yang besar. Namun, masih ada beberapa tantangan dalam memaksimalkan potensi ini. lembaga keuangan syariah dan Sertifikasi halal, misalnya, menjadi perdebatan, dengan proses yang belum optimal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka, menyoroti pentingnya dukungan pemerintah untuk pengembangan industri halal. Peran lembaga keuangan syariah, terutama perbankan syariah, dianggap penting dalam mendukung industri halal. Namun, tantangan seperti persaingan dari negara lain, standarisasi sertifikasi halal, dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat menjadi kendala. Solusi mencakup meningkatkan literasi, memperbaiki regulasi, dan mempromosikan kesadaran kompetitif. Ekosistem industri halal dan keuangan syariah memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat, yang dapat diperkuat melalui kerja sama dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang sesuai. Abstract

This research was conducted at Mardhiyyah Retail. Mardhiyyah Retail is a business in the service and supermarket sector whose aim is to sell goods or products that have been produced by producers for resale to the public. Mardhiyyah Retail was founded in 2009, located at Kiara Sari Asri Housing, Jl. Kiara Sari Raya no. 6, Bandung. The purpose of this research is to find out what promotional strategies are carried out by Mardhiyyah Retail so that it can increase sales. In this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research consisted of 1 (one) key informant and 1 (one) comparison informant. The results of this research state that the role of word of mouth promotion is able to support increased sales at Mardhiyyah Retail. The prices offered by Mardhiyyah Retail also play a role in the success of the promotional strategy created because the prices offered are competitive with the market. Using delivery messages via business WhatsApp messages can also provide opportunities to increase sales. So this promotional method can increase sales at Mardhiyyah Retail.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the multifaceted factors influencing tax administration efficiency and taxpayer compliance, including legal frameworks, cultural norms, economic conditions, and technological advancements. The research design and methodology involve a comprehensive review and synthesis of existing literature on tax administration and compliance, incorporating empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and comparative analyses. Findings indicate that efficient tax administration, supported by robust legal frameworks, effective human capital investments, and modern technological solutions, significantly contributes to higher taxpayer compliance rates. Additionally, cultural attitudes towards taxation and economic stability play crucial roles in shaping compliance behavior. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of adopting a holistic approach to tax administration, which balances deterrence with trust-building measures and emphasizes continuous investment in capacity building, legal reforms, and technological innovations. This study informs policymakers and tax authorities about strategies to enhance administrative efficiency, promote voluntary compliance, and design responsive tax systems capable of adapting to changing economic and technological landscapes.

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of good corporate governance, company growth, company size and earnings management on capital structure. This research on manufacturing companies was selected using a purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25. The results showed that Capital Structure (Y) had a minimum value of 0.10, a maximum value of 2.72, a mean value of 1.6248 and a standard deviation of 0.62031. then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. Company Growth (X2) has a minimum value of 0.20, a maximum value of 2.63, a mean value of 1.3361 and a standard deviation of 0.29018. So the second hypothesis is accepted. Company size (X3) has a minimum value of 5.08, a maximum value of 5.79, a mean value of 5.3792 and a standard deviation of 1.5288. So the third hypothesis is accepted. Earnings Management (X4) has a minimum value of 0.80, a maximum value of 4.12, a mean value of 2.4875 and a standard deviation of 0.62838. So the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu tentang kepuasan pasien pengguna Bpjs dalam pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cililin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana gambaran kepuasan pasien pengguna Bpjs terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cililin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik random sampling (diambil secara acak, Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah (14), yaitu 9 informan utama dan 5 informan tringulasi yang merupakan keluarga dari pasien bpjs dan dokter spesialis dalam. Dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dilakukan dengan Teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan pernyataan bahwa palayanan kesehatan di RSUD Cililin sudah cukup baik. Dikatakan cukup karena dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan , terdapat sebanyak empat (1) dimensi pelayanan belum maksimal dalam menunjang kepuasan pasien. satu hal tersebut merupakan kondisi toilet yang kurangnyaman, Saran bagi instansi terkait untuk lebih memperhatiakn kebersihan.
