Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Leverage, Good Corporate Governance and Company Growth on Earnings Management with Company Size as an Intervening Variable. This research uses quantitative methods. With a research data population of 210 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange per year, using purposive sampling techniques a sample of 290 companies was obtained during the 2017-2021 period. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Leverage partially influences company size. (2) Good Corporate Governance partially influences company size. (3) Partial company growth has no effect on company size. (4) Leverage partially influences Earnings Management. (5) Good Corporate Governance partially influences Earnings Management. (6) Company growth does not partially affect Earnings Management. (7) Company size partially has no effect on Earnings Management. (8) There is no direct influence between Leverage on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable. (9) There is a direct influence between Good Corporate Governance on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable. (10) There is no direct influence between Company Growth on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work facilities and career development have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Bkrie Pasaman Plantations Air Balam . Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work facilities on improving employee performance,Meanwhile, Job Facilities and Career Development through Job Satisfaction have an effect of 69.2% while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the company's management can improve performance by improving work facilities through office equipment, transportation, career development through training, education and job satisfaction through increasing salaries and promotions at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence, competence and achievement motivation on employee performance in the Hospital Level III. Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang (Case Study: Non Medical Staff).  The study consists of three independent variables of emotional intelligence, competence, achievement motivation and the dependent variable employee performance. The analytical method used is the multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Methods of data collection in this study is the use of questionnaires filled out by respondents are Hospital Level III. Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang (Case Study: Non Medical Staff). The results showed that: 1) Emotional Intelligence with the result t is greater than t table (3,661 >1,660)  or the level is significantly smaller than alpha (0.000<0.05), the Emotional Intelligence positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Competence with the result t is greater than t table (4,596>1,660)  or the level is significantly smaller than alpha (0.000<0.05) the competencies and significant positive effect on employee performance. 3). Achievement Motivation result t is greater than t table (9,810 >1,660) or the level is significantly smaller than alpha (0,000>0,05), Achievement Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4). Emotional Intelligence, Competencies and Achievement Motivation jointly significant effect on employee performance, which results t is greater than t table (5.062>1,660) or the level is significantly smaller than alpha (0,000<0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menguji  pengaruh  kebijakan  hutang  dan  ukuran  perusahaan  terhadap kinerja  perusahaan  melalui Struktur modal sebagai  variabel  intervening.   Sampel  penelitian  ini  adalah perusahaan   manufaktur   yang   terdaftar   di   Bursa   Efek   Indonesia   (BEI)   periode   2017-2021.   Data dikumpulkan  dengan  metode  purposive  sampling  dengan  jumlah  330  perusahaan.  Metode  analisis yang  digunakan adalah  analisis  jalur dan  pengolahan  data  dengan  menggunakan  SPSS  versi  25. Berdasarkan  hasil  pengujian  disimpulkan  Kebijakan hutang secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029, Ukuran perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,127, Kebijakan hutang secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,011, Ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001, Struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,025, Kebijakan hutang terhadap kinerja keuangan tidak mampu dimediasi oleh struktur modal, Ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan tidak mampu dimediasi oleh struktur modal.Keywords: Kebijakan hutang; Ukuran perusahaan;Struktur modal; Kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of Company Size and Capital Structure on Financial Performance with Debt Policy as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2020 period. This research focuses on the financial performance of 330 manufacturing companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of the research show that Company Size and Capital Structure have a partial effect on Debt Policy, and Company Size and Capital Structure also have a partial effect on Financial Performance. However, Debt Policy does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance. In addition, mediation of Debt Policy on the influence of Company Size on Financial Performance does not occur, while mediation of Debt Policy on the influence of Capital Structure on Financial Performance can occur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan etis dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT. Transco Energi Utama Inderapura. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 84 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan smartPLS.  Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, dividend policy and profitability on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The population used in this study was Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period while the sample of this study was 65 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to predetermined criteria. The amount of data used by each company is as much as 5 years multiplied by 65 companies, so that 325 financial statements of manufacturing companies are obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 25. This study obtained the result that Likuditias partially had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.005. The dividend policy partially has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.257. Profitability partially has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.000. Liquidity, dividend policy and profitability together have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the R2 test (coefficient of determination) on the adjusted r-square showed that the percentage of contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables was 0.226 or 22.6%.

Abstract

This research examines the effects of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on stock trading volume, with stock price acting as a mediating variable on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2023. Employing quantitative analysis, the studys population includes all BUMN companies listed on the IDX 2017-2023. A purposive sampling method was applied, yielding a sample of 29 companies. Secondary data were obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.investing.com. The analysis utilized panel data regression through Eviews 12. The results indicate that inflation significantly and positively affects stock prices, while the rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative impact on stock prices. Inflation also significantly and negatively affects stock trading volume, On the other hand, the volume of stock trading is significantly positively impacted by both the rupiah exchange rate and stock price. However, stock prices does not operate as a mediator between the impact the volume of stock trading by inflation and the rupiah exchange rate for BUMN companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2023.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas dan Profitabilitas, terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kebijakan Deviden sebagai variable intervening. Objek penelitian yang dilakukan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017 – 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 198 perusahaan manufaktur periode 2017-2021. Metode pengumpulan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 perusahaan. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis jalur  dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Likuiditas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,116. (2) Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. (3) Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,007. (4) Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. (5) Kebijakan dividen secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung, antara likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening (7) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung, antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study explores the role of mindfulness-based compensation and work-life boundary management in reducing quiet quitting through psychological well-being among retail employees in Padang, Indonesia. A total of 109 respondents from small and large retail businesses participated using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings reveal that both mindfulness-based compensation and work-life boundary significantly affect psychological well-being and reduce quiet quitting. However, psychological well-being does not significantly influence quiet quitting and does not mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and quiet quitting. These results suggest that while organizational efforts may improve psychological well-being, they do not necessarily reduce employee disengagement. Retail companies should incorporate mindfulness elements into compensation policies and establish clear work-life boundaries to support employee engagement. Additionally, the findings point to the need for further research on other influential factors, such as job satisfaction and organizational culture, which may directly impact quiet quitting. Future studies are encouraged to examine alternative mediators to better understand disengagement and to develop more effective human resource strategies for the retail sector.
